对 1997年和 2 0 0 0年本省 6万余例成年人按《标准》测试结果比较中的不合理现象的分析 ,表明在抽样、仪器和测试方法等环节存在影响纵向可比性的因素 ,并提出相应的建议     

彩色图像信号的非均匀采样和重构

计算机图像处理技术的发展，加速了情报学对图像／视频等较大信息量的快速存储、检索、应用。本文讨论将彩色数字图像信号按一定的规则分割成相同大小的子块，对其进行非均匀降速采样的过程，重采样频率的自动确定、选择原则，重构信号的质量、数据量与子块的尺寸等问题，并以实际的彩色数字图像文件全部用VC 6．0编程实现非均匀降速采样和Hermite插值重构；以实验数据得出了一些有益的结论，并进行了分析讨论。分析方法、实现程序不仅彩色数字图像文件有效，对视频信号也有效的。     

高速PCB中过孔引起的同步开关噪声抑制研究

高速PCB中，由于过孔数量较多导致信号产生严重畸变．文章首先分析了过孔对高速信号质量的影响，然后通过在过孔周围添加去耦电容器来抑制同步开关噪声（SSN）．结果表明，在过孔周围添加去耦电容器可以有效地减小同步开关噪声，使得信号波动峰值减小，提高了信号质量．     

从教学条件看信息技术教育的发展

通过对浙江省嘉兴、湖州两个地区部分中学的抽样调查,从教材和课时、教学设备、师资力量等多个方面分析我国中小学信息技术教育的现状.在分析过程中,除一般的对比说明外,还运用了Excel数理分析中的假设检验,对该学科在教学条件方面存在的问题做进一步揭示,并提出一些可行性建议.

Students with special educational needs within PISA

Abstract

Since 2003, the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) has included students with special educational needs (SEN), identified as those with functional disabilities, those with cognitive/behavioural/emotional disabilities and those with limited test language proficiency. While the number of countries and included students has increased with each test administration, the percentage of students with SEN remains extremely low. The inclusion of these students is not an intentional PISA design parameter but rather a response to the interaction between the need to maintain strict sampling criteria and country-level educational mandates to include SEN students in standardised testing. Based on the analysis of student participation and performance across four cycles of PISA (2003–2012), this paper examines the challenges that exist in current PISA procedures related to: student sampling, eligibility and identification; assessment methodology; and reporting results. PISA practices, their limitations for scientific inferences and recommendations for design improvements are given.     

2006年深圳市畜禽肉类食品安全抽查结果分析

为了了解深圳市食品安全状况，有目的地进行管理，确保食品消费安全，采用购买方式对全市超市、农贸市场、餐馆酒楼和集体食堂待销售或待烹饪的畜肉类食品，如猪肉、牛肉和猪肝，及禽肉类食品等进行抽样检查，按照国家、行业和地方标准评价并计算抽查结果的合格率。结果显示，全市畜肉类食品抽查平均合格率为79．4％，其中猪肉合格率为95，0％，牛肉合格率为83．3％，猪肝合格率为60．0％，不同畜肉品种合格率比较有较显著性差异（p〈0，001）：全市禽肉类食品抽查平均合格率为63，3％，其中鸡肉合格率为83．3％，鸭肉合格率为39，2％，鸡肉与鸭肉合格率比较有极显著性差异（p〈0.001）：超市、农贸市场、餐馆酒楼和集体食堂4个不同抽样点的畜、禽肉合格率比较无显著性差异（p〉0.05）。深圳市肉类食品安全状况总体良好，但仍存在不安全因素，提示政府卫生监管部门仍需加大对食品安全监管力度。

Global existence and blow-up of solutions to reaction-diffusion system with a weighted nonlocal source

In this paper, we study a semi-linear reaction-diffusion system with a weighted nonlocal source, subject to the null Dirichlet boundary condition. Under certain conditions, we prove that the classical solution exists globally and blows up in finite time respectively, and then obtain the uniform blow-up rate in the interior.
