本研究中,应用Simple数值计算方法开发了求解MPC系统模块结构中二维流场分布的计算软件。为了验证计算结果的精确性,用多普勒测速仪实测了用有机玻璃制成的MPC模块二维模型的流场,模拟计算结果与实测值对比取得了较好的一致性。四种不同流出角的MPC模块平均总压损失计算结果表明,已开发的软件可作为设计低流阻MPC模块的良好工具。 相似文献

We consider the problem of finding a transitive orientation of a comparability graph, such that the edge set of its covering graph contains a given subset of edges. We propose a solution which employs the classical technique of modular tree decomposition. A self-adhesive insulator is a component of a home appliance that is used to suppress vibration or prevent humidity affecting the internal parts of the appliance. There is a wide range of types and designs available, allowing them to be applied to areas having different shapes. At the design stage, once an insulator design has been developed sufficiently to identify its dimensions and features, the attaching time and baseline cost must be estimated with reasonable accuracy to enable a comparison of vendor quotes. However, the current estimation method is not sufficiently accurate in terms of the baseline cost. This paper presents a motion-based time-estimating scheme with which the time required for the attachment of such insulators can be calculated more accurately. The scheme has been developed by analyzing the motions needed to attach 350 insulators and then designating representative motions and their time values. For this purpose, a modular arrangement of predetermined time standards (MODAPTS) is adopted. Motion-based time-estimation method is useful in terms of simplicity and accuracy. It enables design engineers to estimate the time required for the attachment based only on a drawing of the insulator and a few MODAPTS rules. Estimates made with this method should vary from the actual value by no more than 9.5%. 相似文献

In a large-scale locality-driven network such as in modular robotics and wireless sensor networks, knowing the state of a local area is sometimes necessary due to either interactions being local and driven by neighborhood proximity or the users being interested in the state of a certain region. We define locality-aware predicates (LAP) that aim at detecting a predicate within a specified area. We model the area of interest as the set of processes that are within a breadth-first search tree (BFST) of height k rooted at the initiator process. Although a locality-aware predicate specifies a predicate only within a local area, observing the area consistently requires considering the entire system in a consistent manner. This raises the challenge of making the complexities of the corresponding predicate detection algorithms scale-free, i.e., independent of the size of the system. Since all existing algorithms for getting a consistent view of the system require either a global snapshot of the entire system or vector clocks of the size of the system, a new solution is needed. We focus on stable LAP, which are those LAP that remain true once they become true. We propose a scale-free algorithm to detect stable LAP within a k-height BFST. Our algorithm can detect both stable conjunctive LAP and stable relational LAP. In the process of designing our algorithm, we also propose the first distributed algorithm for building a BFST within an area of interest in a graph, and the first distributed algorithm for recording a consistent sub-cut within the area of interest. This paper demonstrates that LAPs are a natural fit for detecting distributed properties in large-scale distributed systems, and stable LAPs can be practically detected at low cost. 相似文献

Decentralized control of self-reconfiguring modular robots requires reliable inter-module communication. Communication links must tolerate module misalignment and implement the neighbor-to-neighbor communication model. In this paper, we propose a wireless system based on multiple radios per module that addresses these challenges. Although the capacity of general wireless mesh networks is known to rapidly decrease with network size, we show that a multi-radio single-channel system has constant capacity in square and cubic lattices of infinite size. We validate the performance of such a system in a testbed with 15 unactuated modules using synthetic data and a benchmark decentralized algorithm. We also demonstrate automatic neighbor detection. The main benefits of radio communication in modular robots are tolerance to module misalignment and to eliminate the tight coupling between communication and mechanical design necessitated by typical existing infrared and wired systems. Our results are the first to establish the feasibility of radio as the primary means of inter-module communication in modular robots. 相似文献

综合模块化航电(IMA)系统中的分区系统提高了其可靠性和安全性,但在系统设计和实现过程中,应采用各种分析和验证方法确保系统的时间需求得到满足。为此,针对符合ARINC653规范的IMA系统,根据分区系统层级调度的特性,提出一种基于仿真的分区任务集可调度性判定方法。借助Cheddar工具及其自定义调度策略功能,使架构分析和设计语言(AADL)具有对分区系统进行建模的能力,并利用该工具对AADL模型进行仿真以判定系统的可调度性。实例分析结果表明,该方法能自动、准确、快速地进行可调度性判定,并以甘特图的方式绘制任务调度过程,得到直观、详细的结果。 相似文献

介绍了一种冲床高速送料数控系统的硬件和软件结构,数控系统硬件采取CPU主从式结构,驱动单元采用高,低压供电,恒流斩波控制,并根据步进电机的特性,将升、降速时间控制在最小范围内,保证送料的高速性。数控系统的软件采用模块化结构,根据冲床加工特点,参考ISO标准,设置了用户指令,用户指令少,功能强,可大大减少用户程序的编程量。 相似文献
