一种基于SiGe BiCMOS工艺的单片集成光接收机前端放大电路

基于0.13μm SiGe BiCMOS工艺,设计了一种25 Gbit/s的光接收机前端放大电路单片集成的放大电路。该电路实现了光接收机前端放大电路的单片集成,并采用带反馈系统的跨阻放大器、电感峰化、自动增益控制电路等设计有效提高了增益、带宽和系统稳定性。经仿真与测试,该设计增益达到69.9 dB,带宽为19.1 GHz,并在工业级芯片工作温度(-40℃~+85℃)下带宽误差不超过0.1%。该芯片工作时需要的供电电流为45 mA,功耗为81 mW,信号抖动RMS值为5.8 ps,具有良好的性能和稳定性。本设计提供了一种能够适用于100 Gbit/s(25 Gbit/s×4线)光互连系统的设计方案,具有广泛的应用前景。

Design and realization of ad-hoc VoIP with embedded p-SIP server

In this paper we design and implement the pseudo session initiation protocol (p-SIP) server embedded in each mobile node to provide the ad-hoc voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services. The implemented p-SIP server, being compatible with common VoIP user agents, integrates the standard SIP protocol with SIP presence to handle SIP signaling and discovery mechanism in the ad-hoc VoIP networks. The ad-hoc VoIP signaling and voice traffic performances are analyzed using E-model R rating value for up to six hops in the implemented test-bed. We also conduct the interference experiments to imitate the practical ad-hoc VoIP environment. The analyzed results demonstrate the realization of ad-hoc VoIP services by using p-SIP server.     

对交通影响分析阈值确定方法的初步探讨

交通影响分析阈值的确定,是进行交通影响分析的关键问题,通过对国外交通影响分析阈值研究的分析,结合我国城市交通特点、交通基础研究状况、土地开发和经济水平,建立了适合我国城市特点的交通影响分析阈值理论和方法。根据建设项目产生的交通量、开发类型、开发强度和开发区位等因素,将阈值分为高峰小时交通量阈值、建设项目日交通量阈值、建设项目高峰小时出行总人次阈值、建设项目土地利用类型阈值、建设项目规模阈值、服务水平阈值和最大出行时间阈值等等,并提出了各类阈值的具体确定方法。最后以北京市某区域TIA阈值的确定为例,提出了应进行交通影响分析的具体情况。     

基于TIA博途平台群控伺服比例阀的Profinet通信研究

针对西门子S7-1200 PLC与阿托斯伺服比例阀跨平台通信控制的需求,提出一种基于Profinet协议连接并由TIA博途自动化平台编程的通信系统。该系统通过以太网通信电缆连接设备,使用FBD编程语言设计通信程序。通过运行系统验证了其功能性,通过分析记录数据证明了系统运行稳定,满足系统方案的设计目的。     

基于全集成自动化平台的转炉控制系统

简要介绍了莱钢120 t转炉综合自动控制系统,并阐述了转炉控制中的关键技术,如干法除尘的模糊控制、转炉倾动电机的同步控制、氧枪控制等。应用这些技术后,转炉生产稳定顺行,提高了控制精度,减少了对环境的污染,提高了能源的回收利用。     

基于PROFIBUS总线的沥青混凝土搅拌站控制系统

本文以间歇式沥青混凝土搅拌站LBQ4000为例.结合国外相关产品的控制特点设计了基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的S7-300PLC控制系统,并介绍了该类系统硬件配置原则和软件设计思路.事实证明,该系统运行效果和带来的经济效益都比较好.     

1Gb/s CMOS调节型共源共栅光接收机

基于特许0.35μm EEPROM CMOS标准工艺设计了一种单片集成光接收机芯片,集成了双光电探测器(DPD)、调节型共源共栅(RGC)跨阻前置放大器(TIA)、三级限幅放大器(LA,limiting amplifier)和输出电路,其中RGCTIA能够隔离光电二极管的电容影响,并可以有效地扩展光接收机的带宽。测试结果表明,光接收机的3dB带宽为821MHz,在误码率为10-9、灵敏度为-11dBm的条件下,光接收机的数据传输速率达到了1Gb/s;在3.3V电压下工作,芯片的功耗为54mW。     

Effect of process variables on trypsin inhibitor activity (TIA), phytic acid and tannin content of extruded African breadfruit-corn-soy mixtures: A response surface analysis

Flour samples of African breadfruit, corn and defatted soybean were extruded in a Brabender single-screw extruder (DCE 330, New Jersey). Effects of process variables on trypsin inhibitor activity (TIA) and other antinutritional factors (ANFs) were verified by response surface analysis (RSA). Blending improved the protein content of the mixtures but increased the ANFs. Extrusion cooking drastically reduced TIA, phytic acid and tannin content of the extrudates by 91%, 44% and 92%, respectively. The model developed produced the highest percent variation in TIA (80%) in comparison with either phytic acid (60%) or tannin (50%). Feed composition and screw speed were the most significant (P?0.05) process variables affecting TIA. Effect of feed composition was quadratic, while that of screw speed was linear. The quadratic effects of screw speed and feed composition on tannin and phytic acid were also significant (P?0.05).
