Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are reactive substances closely related to the inflammatory response, and previous studies have shown that anti-inflammatory therapy can achieve significant effects by scavenging ROS. Nanozymes are synthetic mimics of natural enzymes that are more stable, customizable, inexpensive, and catalytic for ROS. Therefore, we prepared a novel manganese-loaded mesoporous silica nanozyme (MnMSN) by template method and KMnO4 oxidation surfactant templates. The physicochemical properties of the nanomaterials were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM, size, Zeta potential and BET, etc. The results showed that MnMSN contains MnO2 (Mn4+) and MnSiO3 (Mn2+), and the particle size of MnMSN is smaller with the increase of KMnO4 oxidation surfactant templates time, and the in vitro scavenging of ROS (H2O2, ·OH and ·O2) is more effective. MnMSN has good cytocompatibility, scavenging intracellular ROS and inducing a shift from M1 to anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype. Furthermore, the intrinsic mechanism of MnMSN regulation of macrophage polarization was investigated by ELISA and qPCR, and the results showed that MnMSN is through scavenging ROS, leading to the down-regulation of NF-κB, which further leads to the down-regulation of TNF-α and IL-Iβ. The results of this work highlight the potential of MnMSN in catalyzing anti-inflammatory therapy.  相似文献

为进一步降低低燃速低燃温双基推进剂的燃速、燃温,对一种含能硝基化合物的降温、降速效果进行了实验研究,设计了系列含无机铅盐、有机铜盐及过渡元素金属催化剂的双基配方。通过燃速测试及高压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)研究上述推进剂的燃烧性能和热分解特性。含该硝基化合物的推进剂DSC曲线呈三峰放热,放热峰峰温分别在200℃、280℃、350℃左右,第三峰不明显。结果表明:该含能硝基化合物能有效降低推进剂的燃速、燃温,但使推进剂的压强指数增大,而加入催化剂能改善推进剂的燃烧性能,使压强指数降低,分解放热量也降低。  相似文献

应用刷涂-热氧化法,在不同热氧化温度(分别为400℃、440℃、470℃)下制备Ru、Ir、Ti三元金属氧化物电极。通过电化学性能、强化寿命以及电极形貌分析得出:440℃热氧化温度下制备的Ru0.15Ir0.15Ti0.7/Ti电极析氯电位低、催化活性强、强化寿命长;且该温度下的反应电阻也最小。  相似文献

Hydrogen generation by the reaction of micrometer-aluminum powder with water at room temperature is hard to proceed due to the inhibition of alumina layer. In this study, a novel strategy of metal salts mediated Al-water reaction was proposed for more efficient and practical hydrogen generation. The effects of metal salt composition and dosage, and water injection rate and volume on hydrogen generation were investigated. The hydrogen yield of 230.0 mL was achieved in the Al/Ni/Cu/H2O system within 600 s under the following conditions: 0.24 g aluminum with the molar ratio of Al, Ni and Cu at 10:1:1 and 2 mL water at the injection rate of 2 mL/min, which was equivalent to 70.4% of the theoretical hydrogen yield. Based on the morphology, element composition, crystal structure and electrochemical test results of the obtained composites after reaction, the mechanism of hydrogen production by metal salts mediated Al-water reaction was proposed.  相似文献

The coal partial gasification catalyzed by limestone, sodium carbonate and dolomite was studied using a bench-scale atmospheric fluidized bed in the presence of air and steam at 900 °C. The effects of limestone, sodium carbonate and dolomite on composition, heating value, gas yield of product gas and carbon conversion in the catalytic coal partial gasification have been examined. The experimental results show that the catalysts can effectively improve the gas quality, the heating value and the gas yield of product gas and carbon conversion. The catalytic effect of sodium carbonate is better than that of limestone and dolomite. The increase of limestone loading can enhance the quality of product gas, such as the content of combustible gas, the high heating value and the gas yield, during coal partial gasification. 以硫酸铁铵为催化剂,采用微波辐射的方法催化合成乙酸正丁酯。讨论了微波辐射的功率、反应时间、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂的用量以及分水因素对酯化反应的影响。通过单因素实验确定合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件为:微波辐射功率为240W,辐射时间为15min,催化剂用量为1.3g,酸醇比为1.2:1.0,酯化率为98.2%。本方法具有反应时间短、反应条件温和、后处理简单且环保无污染等特点。  相似文献
