Lighting sources with full-color visible output are widely preferred in practical applications. In addition, modern lighting sources also tend to be intelligentized, and the intelligentization asks for smart luminescence materials. In this work, we attempt to develop novel full-color emitting material with temperature sensing and thermochromatic ability. To this end, the Cu2+ is successfully reduced to Cu+ which is incorporated into the germanate glasses. The glasses are prepared via a melt-quenching technique using graphite powders as reducing reagent. The supper-broadening of the excitation and the emission spectra of Cu+ in the germanate glasses are observed. Full-color emission is realized by introducing Tm3+ as co-dopant to provide the blue component in the spectra. The energy transfer behavior between Cu+ and Tm3+ is investigated, and it is found that these two luminescence centers are independently existent without energy transfer between them. The chromatic properties of the Cu+/Tm3+ co-doped glasses are tuned by Tm3+ concentration and excitation wavelength. The temperature sensing based on the fluorescence intensity ratio technique is demonstrated, and a constant sensitivity for the temperature detection is obtained. Moreover the thermochromatic property is also investigated, and it is found that the studied Cu+/Tm3+-doped glasses exhibit excellent thermochromatic performance. 相似文献

利用激光速率方程理论,对Tm,Ho激光系统计算预测得出最佳耦合输出透过率和调Q激光脉冲宽度.实验采用Tm, Ho:LuLF为增益介质,三向侧面泵浦,环形腔声光调Q.选用透过率20%和30%的输出镜作对比.在透过率20%耦合输出时,得到调Q激光脉冲能量最大为58.0 mJ,对应光光转换效率为1.45%;在透过率30%耦合输出时,得到调Q激光脉冲能量最大为62.9 mJ,对应光光转换效率1.57%,并且获得了最大动静比48.7%.激光脉冲宽度在注入能量3.25 J时为417.2 ns.与理论计算结果较为一致. 相似文献

Effect of heat treatment on crystal phase and photocatalytic activity of Tm doped TiO2 nanoparticles
Abstract Abstract Tm doped TiO2 nanoparticles have been synthesised by hydrolysis-precipitation method. The effect of heat treatment on the crystal phase and photocatalytic activity of Tm doped TiO2 nanoparticles has been studied. The prepared samples were characterised by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transformed infrared and diffuse reflection spectrum analysis. The results show that Tm3+ doping can effectively inhibit the phase transformation from antase to rutile and decrease the crystallite size of nano-TiO2 particles. There is an optimal Tm doping (1·4?mol.-%) after calcination at 550°C for the photocatalytic activity of methylene blue degradation. 相似文献

ZnGeP2晶体具有宽的透明范围(0.7~12μm),较大的非线性系数(d36=75pm/V),最高损伤阈值能量密 度为10J/cm2,较高的热导率(0.18W/(m·K)),因而非常适合作为高功率中红外光参量振荡器(OPO)晶体。理 论上分析了ZnGeP2光参量振荡器相位匹配特性,实现3~5μm连续调谐范围输出的Ⅰ类相位匹配角在52.5~ 55.2°之间。实验上,以15W光纤耦合激光二极管(LD)抽运的2.05μm高重复频率声光调QTm,Ho∶YLF激光 器作为抽运源,其最大平均功率4W,脉冲宽度小于40ns,脉冲重复频率100Hz~10kHz可调。为降低准三能级 系统激光器阈值,提高激光脉冲能量抽取效率,Tm,Ho∶YLF晶体采用液氮制冷方式,工作在77K温度条件下。 非线性频率转换晶体ZnGeP2长15mm,55.7°切割,光参量振荡器谐振腔为平平腔,腔长约20mm。在3.6W的抽 运功率下,脉冲重复频率10kHz,实现了4.1μm附近中红外激光输出,参量光脉冲宽度为20ns,平均输出功率为 0.7W,光 光转换效率为20%,抽运光阈值功率为0.65W。 相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了Bi3+掺杂的GdVO4:Tm3+荧光粉材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪(PL)对所得荧光粉的晶体结构,颗粒形貌以及发光特性进行了分析。结果表明:Bi3+的掺入不改变GdVO4相的晶体结构,所得的Gd0.99-xVO4:Tm0.013+,Bix3+荧光粉的相结构仍为四方锆型结构。荧光粉体的形貌呈现尺度较均匀的颗粒状,颗粒尺寸约为70 nm。Bi3+的掺入增强了Gd0.99-xVO4:Tm0.013+,Bix3+荧光粉的发光强度,当Bi3+/Tm3+为0.5时,发光强度在波长为476 nm处达到最大值,显示为明亮的篮光。 相似文献

ABSTRACT The interfacial adsorption of 2-hydroxy-5-nonylbenzo-phenone oxime (LIX65N) at a n-heptane/water interphase was examined under static and vigorously stirred conditions, varying the aqueous pH from 2 to 12. In static systems, the pH and the concentration dependences of the interfacial tension were analysed on the basis of the Gibbs equation. The acid dissociation equilibrium at the interface was evaluated. In vigorously stirred systems, the interfacial adsorption was observed as a reversible, reproducible decrease of the organic phase concentration in response to stirring. A Langmuir isotherm was applicable for the adsorption of neutral LIX65N in acidic condition. The greater adsorption of the anionic form of LIX65N occurring in alkaline condition required an alternative isotherm. 相似文献
