Hofmann-type modified clathrate hosts containing 2- or 3-chloropyridine molecules attached to metal (II) tetracyanocadmate frame, with a given formula: M(Clpy)2Cd(CN)4 where M = Mn, Ni or Cd; Clpy = 2- or 3-chloropyridine, have been synthesised for the first time. Their FT-IR spectra are reported in the 400–4000 cm-1 region. All the vibrational modes of coordinated Clpy are characterised. The spectral features of the compounds studied are found to be similar to each other indicating that they have analogous structures. The coordination effect on the Clpy modes is analyzed.  相似文献

Cadmium selenide quantum dots with cubic crystal structure are chemically deposited in thin film form using selenosulfate as a precursor for selenide ions and ammonia buffer with double role: as a ligand and as a pH value controller. The optical band gap energies of as-deposited and thermally treated cadmium selenide thin films, calculated within the framework of parabolic approximation for the dispersion relation, on the basis of equations which arise from the Fermi's golden rule for electronic transitions from valence to conduction band, are 2.08 and 1.77 eV, correspondingly. The blue shift of band gap energy of 0.34 eV for as-deposited thin films with respect to the bulk value is due to the quantum size effects (i.e., nanocrystals behave as quantum dots) and this finding is in agreement with the theoretical predictions. During the thermal treatment the nanocrystals are sintered, the increase of crystal size being in correlation with the decrease of band gap energy. The annealed thin films are practically non-quantized. From the resistance-temperature measurements, on the basis of the dependence of ln(R/Ω) vs 1/T in the region of intrinsic conduction, the thermal band gap energy (at 0 K) of 1.85 eV was calculated.  相似文献

Summary Amperometric and potentiometric methods at a small constant current were developed to follow the course of catalytic titrations. In ammoniacal medium EDTA was determined by titration with 0.1 M copper(II) chloride in the presence of hydrogen peroxide as the indicator. Amounts of 42.26–126.87 mg of EDTA were determined with a maximal average deviation of 0.55 %. The results obtained are in good agreement with those of comparable methods.
Bestimmung von ÄDTA mit Hilfe der katalytischen amperometrischen und der katalytischen potentiometrischen Titration bei kleinem konstantem Strom
Zusammenfassung Die amperometrische und die potentiometrische Methode bei kleinem konstantem Strom wurden für die Verfolgung katalytischer Titrationen ausgearbeitet. ÄDTA wurde in Ammoniakmedium mit 0,1 M Kupfer(II)-chlorid in Anwesenheit von Wasserstoffperoxid als Indicator titriert. Mengen von 42,26–126,87 mg ÄDTA wurden mit einer mittleren Abweichung von 0,55% bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse stimmen gut mit denen vergleichbarer Methoden überein.

The kinetics of the complex formation reactions of two [(TL tBu)PtCl]+ and [Pt(tpdm)Cl]+ complexes (TL tBu = 2,6-bis[(1,3-di-tert-butylimidazolin-2-imino)methyl]pyridine and tpdm = terpyridinedimethane) with N-donor ligands, l-histidine (L-His), inosine (Ino), inosine-5′-monophosphate (5′-IMP) and guanosine-5′-monophosphate (5′-GMP), were studied. All reactions were studied under pseudo-first-order conditions as a function of nucleophile concentration and temperature in aqueous 0.1 M NaClO4 solution in the presence of 10 mM NaCl using variable-temperature Uv–Vis spectrophotometry. The order of reactivity of the studied ligands is L-His > Ino > 5′-GMP > 5′-IMP. This order of reactivity is in relation to their electronic properties and structures. The mechanism of the substitution reactions is associative in nature as supported by the negative entropy of activation.  相似文献

The synthesis of novel triphenyltin(IV) compounds, Ph3SnLn (n = 1–3), with oxaprozin (3-(4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-yl)propanoic acid), HL1, and the new propanoic acid derivatives 3-(4,5-bis(4-methoxylphenyl)oxazol-2-yl)propanoic acid, HL2, and 3-(2,5-dioxo-4,4-diphenylimidazolidin-1-yl)propanoic acid, HL3, has been performed. The ligands represent commercial drugs or their derivatives and the tin complexes have been characterized by standard analytical methods. The in vitro antiproliferative activity of both ligands and organotin(IV) compounds has been evaluated on the following tumour cell lines: human prostate cancer (PC-3), human colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT-29), breast cancer (MCF-7), and hepatocellular cancer (HepG2), as well as on normal mouse embryonic fibroblast cells (NIH3T3) with the aid of MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-12 diphenyltetrazolium bromide) and CV (crystal violet) assays. Contrary to the inactive ligand precursors, all organotin(IV) carboxylates showed very good activity with IC50 values ranging from 0.100 to 0.758 µM. According to the CV assay (IC50 = 0.218 ± 0.025 µM), complex Ph3SnL1 demonstrated the highest cytotoxicity against the caspase 3 deficient MCF-7 cell line. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) analysis indicated a two-fold lower concentration of tin in MCF-7 cells in comparison to platinum. To investigate the mechanism of action of the compound Ph3SnL1 on MCF-7 cells, morphological, autophagy and cell cycle analysis, as well as the activation of caspase and ROS/RNS and NO production, has been performed. Results suggest that Ph3SnL1 induces caspase-independent apoptosis in MCF-7 cells.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and stability-indicating reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (LC) method for analysis for dutasteride has been successfully developed. Chromatography was performed on a 150 mm × 4.6 mm C18 column with acetonitrile–water 60:40 (v/v) as isocratic mobile phase at 1.0 mL min−1. Ultraviolet detection of dutasteride was at 210 nm. Its retention time was approximately 10 min and its peak was symmetrical. Response was a linear function of concentration over the range 0.2–1 μg mL−1 (R 2 = 0.997) and the limits of detection and quantitation were was 0.05 and 0.10 μg mL−1, respectively. The method was validated for linearity, precision, repeatability, sensitivity, and selectivity. Selectivity was validated by subjecting dutasteride stock solution to photolytic, acidic, basic, oxidative, and thermal degradation. The peaks from the degradation products did not interfere with that from dutasteride. The method was used to quantify dutasteride in pharmaceutical preparations.

Crystallographic analysis of a solid solution of two diastereoisomers, i.e. ({(1S,R)‐1‐carboxy‐3‐[(R,S)‐methylsulfinyl]propyl}aminocarbonyl)methanaminium tetrachloridoaurate(III) and ({(1S,R)‐1‐carboxy‐3‐[(S,R)‐methylsulfinyl]propyl}aminocarbonyl)methanaminium tetrachloridoaurate(III), (C7H15N2O4S)[AuCl4], has shown that in the presence of gold(III), the methionine part of the Gly‐d ,l ‐Met dipeptide is oxidized to sulfoxide, and no coordination to the AuIII cation through the S atom of the sulfoxide is observed. In view of our observation, literature reports that methionine acts as an N,S‐bidentate donor ligand forming stable gold(III) complexes require verification. Moreover, it has been demonstrated that crystallization of the oxidation product leads to a substantial 77:23 excess of both S‐methionine/R‐sulfoxide and R‐methionine/S‐sulfoxide over S‐methionine/S‐sulfoxide and R‐methionine/R‐sulfoxide. The presence of two different diastereoisomers at the same crystallographic site is a source of static disorder at this site.  相似文献

Herein, we describe the synthesis and complete assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of a series of antimicrobial 4‐arylamino‐3‐nitrocoumarin derivatives based on a combination of 1H and 13C NMR, 1H‐1H‐COSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC experiments. Conformational effects upon the chemical shifts of the coumarin moiety arising from the anisotropy of the aryl side group are briefly discussed. This study provides the first complete and fully assigned NMR data for this important group of antimicrobial compounds and bridges the gap existing in the literature with regard to NMR structural data for 4‐arylamino‐3‐nitrocoumarins. Modern oil paints, introduced at the beginning of the 20th century, differ from those classically used in antiquity in their chemical and compositional features. The main ingredients were still traditional drying oils, often used in mixtures with less expensive oils and added with several classes of additives.
