The novel μ3-oxo-bridged heterotrinuclear iron(III)-copper(II) trichloroacetates of the composition [Fe2CuO(CCl3COO)6(THF)3] (1a) and [Fe2CuO(CCl3COO)6(4-DMAP)3] (1b) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR and Mossbauer spectroscopy. These clusters were used as precursors for the synthesis of the nanosized catalytic system (~5–6 nm of γ-Fe2O3/CuO), which works as an efficient organic phase catalyst (~0.02 mol%) in a one-pot three component Biginelli synthesis.  相似文献

Cationic polyurethanes were synthesized by a two step Menschutkin reaction. A prepolymer with tertiary dimethylamino end groups and a dihalide (1,3-dimethyl-4,6-di(chloromethyl) benzene) were used in the first step, and 1,8-diaza bicyclooctane in the second step. The polymers from flexible and transparent films and their solutions give ionomer dispersions by adding of acetone. The viscometric behaviour of diluted solutions was studied in solvents with different dielectrical constants.  相似文献

Starting from the principle of critical energy, this paper determines the load groups whose joint action might cause buckling or stability loss in any structure (as bars, plates or shells).

The relationships obtained for the critical load groupings depend on the behaviour of the structure material (linear-elastic, nonlinear-elastic, or rigid body), as well as on how the load is applied (slowly or suddenly). The relations deduced closely agree with the experimental results obtained by other authors.

By applying the general relations established in this paper to particular cases, 31 relationships are determined which, broadly speaking, have been established empirically or semi-empirically by previous authors.

Each part of this paper is concluded with examples of actual uses for the relations acquired. Thus one is able to solve problems involving any load groups with varying actions: the results cover many cases for which there previously have been no solutions.  相似文献

The paper deals with the study of some polymer-biologically active principle systems characterized by the controlled release of the bioactive component by hydrolyze followed by diffusion. The systems were obtained by coupling the 2-mercapto-benzotiazolyl-acetic acid and N-(m-nitrobenzoyl)-L-methionine on poly(vinyl alcohol) by means of esteric bonds in the presence of diciclohexylcarbodiimide as an activator. The influence of some coupling process parameters on the reaction efficiency was studied, such as the drug/support and activator/support ratios. The coupling products with a maximum content of biologically active compound were characterized by spectral measurements, also as regards the capacity of bioactive compound release under the conditions simulating those within the gastro-intestinal tract. The antibacterial activity of the conjugates against Staphylococcus aureus, Eschrichia coli, Sarcina lutea, and Bacillus subtilis was determined.  相似文献

High-temperature solution phase reaction of iron(III)-furoate in sunflower oil, in the presence of trichloroacetic acid and 1,2-hexadecylamine leads to iron(III) oxide (amorphous and γ-Fe2O3) nanoparticles with sizes about 1.3 nm in diameter (method “A”), and about 5.5 nm (amorphous Fe2O3) from the “sunflower oil/oxadiazol” system (method “B”).  相似文献

The aim of the article was the synthesis of novel l-phenylalanine derivatives with biological activity and their immobilization into polymeric particles. Thus, new formyl, acetyl and p-methoxy derivatives of l-phenylalanine with antitumor activity were synthesized by reaction with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride, followed by the reduction of nitro group and acylation of the new formed amino group. The chemical structures of the obtained aminoacid derivatives were determined by FT-IR, NMR, MS and elemental analyses. The compounds were encapsulated into chitosan- and gelatin-based submicronic capsules, prepared by double crosslinking (ionic and covalent) in a O/W/O double emulsion. The varying parameter polymer/ionic crosslinker molar ratio was seen to influence particle size, morphology, swelling degree, thermal properties, as well as their capacity to incorporate and release the new active principles. The in vivo acute toxicity and antitumoral effect of aminoacid derivatives in free form or encapsulated were evaluated on rats. Drug encapsulation into polymeric systems was proven to enhance antitumoral activity against implanted Guerin’s carcinoma.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the class of anti-uniform Huffman (AUH) codes for sources with infinite alphabet. Poisson, negative binomial, geometric and exponential distributions lead to infinite anti-uniform sources for some ranges of their parameters. Huffman coding of these sources results in AUH codes. We prove that as a result of this encoding, we obtain sources with memory. For these sources we attach the graph and derive the transition matrix between states, the state probabilities and the entropy. If c0 and c1 denote the costs for storing or transmission of symbols “0” and “1”, respectively, we compute the average cost for these AUH codes.  相似文献
