4-硝基-2,3,5-三甲基吡啶-N-氧化物的合成

对 4 硝基 2 ,3,5 三甲基吡啶 N 氧化物的合成工艺进行了研究和改进。以 2 ,3,5 三甲基吡啶为原料 ,利用质量分数为 30 %的双氧水氧化 ,中间体粗品不经高真空精馏分离直接进行硝化反应 ,用质量分数为 6 5 %的硝酸代替发烟硝酸 ,使二步反应在一个容器中进行 ,简化了设备和操作。硝化反应的最佳反应条件为 :反应温度 80℃ ;反应时间 6h。产品的合成总收率高达95 % ,4 硝基 2 ,3,5 三甲基吡啶 N 氧化物的质量分数≥ 98% (高效液相色谱法 ) ,产品结构经IR ,1HNMR确证。

3D Object Recognition Based on Linear Lie Algebra Model

A surface model called the fibre bundle model and a 3D object model based on linear Lie algebra model are proposed.Then an algorithm of 3D object recognition using the linear Lie algebra models is presented.It is a convenient recognition method for the objects which are symmetric about some axis.By using the presented algorithm,the representation matrices of the fibre or the base curve from only finite points of the linear Lie algebra model can be obtained.At last some recognition results of practicalities are given.

金鸡纳-铂催化2-氧代-4-苯基丁酸乙酯的不对称加氢

Enantioselective hydrogenation of ethyl 2-oxo-4-phenylbutyrate to ethyl （R）-2-hydroxy-4-phenyl- bu- tyrate on Pt/γ-Al2O3 modified by 10,11-dihydrocinchonidine was studied by investigating the influences of the amount of modifier, initial concentration of reactant, pressure and temperature on conversion and enantiometric excess in a stirred autoclave and the effects of the liquid velocity, gas velocity, modifier concentration and various catalytic beds in a trickle-bed reactor. The maximum optical yields were about 50% and 60% in the two types of reactors, respectively. It was assumed that the total hydrogenation rate included the reaction rates over the unmodified and modified active sites on platinum surface and a kinetic model, which fitted the experimental data well in autoclave, was obtained. A simplified plug-flow model was proposed to describe the bed average efficiency of trickle-bed reactor.     

脱臭馏出物的固体酸催化酯化反应工艺研究

酯化是从脱臭馏出物中提取天然维生素E通常采用的预处理方法。以强酸性离子交换树脂作为酯化催化剂，在固定床中将脱臭馏出物进行甲酯化反应，将脱臭馏出物的酸价ρ（KOH）从145降到3mg/g以下。较系统地研究了温度、进料流量、进料配比、原料水含量以及接触时间等因素对固定床甲酯化反应的影响，并考察了催化剂的稳定性。     

改性ZSM-5分子筛吸附分离混合二乙苯

研究了ZSM -5分子筛的离子交换、高温水蒸气处理对分离混合二乙苯的影响 ,确定了较佳的处理条件和吸附性能较好的吸附剂。采用高温水蒸气处理是最好的改性方法 ,水蒸气处理条件 :75 0～ 80 0℃、处理时间 2～ 3h ;色谱分离温度 180～ 2 0 0℃。用11mm× 780mm吸附柱作动态实验 ,对二乙苯的单程收率为 6 0 %,纯度大于 95 %。同时可副产高纯度的间二乙苯。

为了满足特种作业的要求，设计了一种既能跳跃又能行走的特种机器人。此机器人体积小，运动灵活，利用气缸作为跳跃机构，跳跃高度最高达0．8m。而且可以通过远端无线遥控机器人的运动。
