以连接端子、印刷电路板和电镀通孔3种不同材料构成的一种可拔插截面针型汽车电子连接器为研究对象,为满足其在非塑性状态下相互接触实现可反复拔插、稳定低电阻的连接要求。针对连接可靠性设计问题,利用接触动力学理论,对基于设计参数变化的连接器米赛斯应力和接触应力分布进行了解析和灵敏度分析,得到了影响其连接性能的关键设计参数。文中为减少高精度设计参数灵敏度解析的计算时间,提出了将连接端子前、后段形态设计参数分离的解析法,即在接触力学解析过程中,首先以准静态接触方法对连接端子后段(连接形态)设计参数进行接触力学解析,再以动态接触方法对连接端子前段(插拔形态)设计参数进行接触力学解析的方法。其结果对同类微小型可拔插截面针型汽车电子连接器设计参数的确定具有参考价值。  相似文献

It is well known that the amount of waste tyre increases every year, and a numerous amount of waste tyre is landfilled or dumped all over the world, which causes environmental problems, such as destruction of natural places and the risk of fires. Coprocessing waste tyre and coal is considered as one of the effective processing methods of both materials. Upon coprocessing lower rank coal (Wyoming, C; 68%) with waste tyre, the synergistic effects to upgrading, such as the increase of oil yield and the decrease of residue yield, were appeared. However, the synergistic effects were not observed on coprocessing two kinds of higher rank coals with waste tyre. The reactions of coal with benzophenone were carried out to discuss the hydrogen donatability of coal. Conversion of benzophenone to diphenylmethane on the reaction with Wyoming coal was higher than those of higher rank coals. Accordingly, it was considered that the synergistic effects to upgrading upon coprocessing Wyoming coal with waste tyre were obtained owing to the enhancement of stabilization of radicals from tyre and Wyoming coal through the hydrogen donation from both tyre and Wyoming coal. The effects of reaction temperature and the amount of solvent upon coprocessing Wyoming coal with waste tyre were also discussed in this study.  相似文献

Centrifuge model test of tunnel face reinforcement by bolting   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Typical auxiliary bolting methods were tested using centrifugal models with sandy ground to confirm their strengthening effects on tunnel faces. Face bolting, vertical pre-reinforcement bolting and forepoling were tested separately, in various arrangements. Also, the experimental results were compared with the analytical results by the Distinct Element Method (DEM). Experimental results demonstrate that each bolting technique has an optimum length and arrangement to perform effectively. DEM modeling with a staggered block pattern was used to stimulate the failure states observed in the experiment. The effect of the bolting obtained from the experimental results was also confirmed by numerical simulations.  相似文献

It is important to evaluate accurately the load acting on a shield tunnel lining to facilitate its economical and rational design. In Japan, the load calculated by Terzaghi's formula, or overburden load, is generally adopted for the design of tunnel segments. However, some previous field measurements have shown that the actual load acting on the shield tunnel lining could be much smaller than that adopted for the design in the case of good ground conditions. In this study, field measurements at two shield tunnel construction sites in gravel were carried out, and the load acting on the shield tunnel lining was evaluated by analyzing the field data to establish the rational design of the shield tunnel segments. The method of treating the dead load of segments in the design was also investigated.  相似文献

Cubic design of a stator in a rotary-linear piezoelectric actuator is sophisticated and interesting, but the vibration theory of the cubic stator remains unclear when using the finite element method (FEM). In this paper, we analyze the vibration behavior of the cubic stator by applying the energy method, which distinguishes the component of mechanical energy. By changing the design of the stator (especially the length in the direction of the through-hole axis), we clarify how the vibration modes are in accordance at one equal frequency in cubic shape. The behavior of the vibration modes is discussed using conventional vibration theory of a beam and a plate.  相似文献

1. We investigated candidate loci for salt-sensitive high blood pressure (BP) in F2 progeny from crossing Wistar-Kyoto and stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats. 2. In female F2 progeny, systolic and diastolic BP on the 12th day and the seventh month after salt loading was strongly linked with the D3Mgh12 and D3Mgh6 loci on chromosome 3, respectively. 3. These loci were linked with BP only in female F2 progeny, not in males. 4. These results indicate that hormonal factors may influence salt sensitivity, particularly with respect to gender differences.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of isoflurane and sevoflurane on oxygenation and shunt fraction during one-lung ventilation (OLV). Twenty patients undergoing lobectomy for lung cancer and scheduled for long-term OLV were enrolled in this study. Patients were allocated to treatment with either isoflurane or sevoflurane. Arterial oxygenation, shunt fraction, and hemodynamics were evaluated at the end of two-lung ventilation; 20 min after the initiation of OLV; 20 min after the application of 4-cm positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) to the dependent lung; 20 min after 8-cm PEEP; and 20 min after the conversion from OLV to two-lung ventilation. There was no significant difference between isoflurane and sevoflurane with regard to oxygenation, shunt fraction, or hemodynamics during OLV. PaO2 values after the application of 4-cm PEEP increased from 131.1 +/- 11.8 mm Hg to 190.6 +/- 22.9 mm Hg in the isoflurane group (P < 0.05) and from 127.2 +/- 14.3 mm Hg to 192.4 +/- 26.9 mm Hg in the sevoflurane group (P < 0.05). The selection of either isoflurane or sevoflurane for OLV was made without regard to arterial oxygenation and shunt fraction. PEEP application to the dependent lung is useful for improving oxygenation during OLV, but 8-cm PEEP had no added effect compared with 4-cm PEEP. Implications: We compared the effects of isoflurane and sevoflurane on oxygenation, hemodynamics, and shunt fraction during one-lung ventilation in 20 patients undergoing scheduled lobectomy for lung cancer. There was no significant difference between isoflurane and sevoflurane with regard to oxygenation, shunt fraction, and hemodynamics during one-lung ventilation. The application of 4-cm positive end-expiratory pressure increased the partial pressure of arterial oxygen during one-lung ventilation.  相似文献

Optimal conditions for obtaining the proliverative response in mixed kidney cell-lymphocyte culture (MKLC) have been determined in rats. The addition of 2-mercaptoethanol to the culture medium was essential for successful stimulation of lymphocytes by allogeneic kidney cells. Proliferative responses by standard MLC and MKLC were compared in rats with the same or a different Ag-B locus. In most strain combinations, there was a significant correlation between MLC and MKLC reactions, However, the DA-ACI combination, compatible at the Ag-B locus, consistently showed negative MLC and positive MKLC reactions. This suggested the possibility that this technique allowed the expression of kidney specific antigens.  相似文献

A cocci-filament association was discovered in bacterial cultural studies of a subgingival plaque sample. Components were isolated and identified as Veillonella parvula and Eubacterium saburreum. A E. saburreum cell-associated material consisting of approximately 25% glucose and 70% protein was found which may play a role in the adherence of V. parvula to this filament. Acid end product analysis via gas liquid chromatography showed an uptake of lactic and succinic acids by V. parvula resulting in increased levels of acetic, propionic and n-butyric acids in mixed culture of the E. saburreum and the V. parvula strains. The ability of E. saburreum to adhere to nichrome wire and to glass surfaces as well as the secondary plaque forming ability of V. parvula indicates that these organisms may play a role in the maturation of human dental plaque.  相似文献

The dynamic moduli, E′ and E″, and tan δ for PET–CR, PET–EPDM, and PET–UR composites with unidirectional short fibers were studied as a function of temperature by using a Rheovibron. The temperature dependence of tan δ showed three peaks for PET–elastomer composites. The peaks at the low temperature corresponded to the main dispersion of the respective matrixes and the peak at about 140°C to the α-dispersion of PET fiber. A small and broad peak observed at a temperature between 60 and 120°C may be caused by the relaxation of the interface region between fibers and matrix. The longitudinal storage modulus for the composite E was given by the parallel model as \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ {\rm E'}_\parallel = V_f \cdot E'_f + V_m \cdot E'_m $\end{document}, where E and E are the storage moduli for fiber and matrix and Vf and Vm are the volume fraction of fiber and matrix, respectively. In the transverse direction of fibers, the composite modulus E was expressed by the logarithmic law of mixing as follows: \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \log E'_ \bot = V_f \cdot \log E'_f + V_m \cdot \log E'_m $\end{document}. The peak values of tan δ from the main dispersion of the respective matrixes were given by the equation, (tan δ⊥max)c/(tan δmax)m 1 ? β · Vf, where (tan δ⊥max)c and (tan δmax)m are the maximum values of the loss tangent for the composite and matrix, respectively, and β is coefficient depending on matrix's type.
