基于FPGA的硅微陀螺仪零偏温度补偿系统的研究

介绍了温度对硅微陀螺仪的零偏的影响机理,通过温度实验得知零偏随温度变化成复杂的非线性关系,并用最小二乘法拟合出了零偏在～40℃～80℃随温度变化的数学表达式;以FPGA芯片为主要器件设计了零偏温度补偿系统,并进行了温度实验测试,测试结果表明补偿效果明显。     

Research and test of the adaptive quadrature demodulation technologyfor silicon micro-machined gyroscope

A program of adaptive quadrature demodulation is proposed to supply the gaps in the traditional analog detection technology of a silicon micro-machined gyroscope (SMG). This program is suitable for digital phase locked loop (DPLL) drive technology that proposed in other papers. In addition the program adopts an adaptive filtering algorithm, which selects the in-phase and quadrature components that are outputs of the DPLL of the SMG’s drive mode as reference signals to update the amplitude of the in-phase and quadrature components of the input signal by iteratively. An objective of the program is to minimize the mean square error of the accurate amplitudes and the estimated amplitudes of SMG’s detection mode. The simulation and test results prove the feasibility of the program that lays the foundation for the further improvement of the SMG’s system performance and the implementation of the SMG system’s self-calibration and self-demarcation in future.     

框架柱正截面设计时最不利内力组合的选择

对钢筋混凝土柱正截面设计的内力组合提出一种简化计算方法,根据柱的受力情况,分别从非抗震、抗震组合和大、小偏心受压两方面进行计算,并与已有的组合方法进行对比,得出该法适用于大、小偏心抗震组合情况,能保证满足抗震设计的配筋要求,对实际工程具有重要参考价值。     

基于SoPC的视频跟踪系统中OSD功能的实现

介绍一种基于SoPC技术的视频跟踪系统中OSD功能的实现方案。首先在FPGA上实现SoPC设计,然后用一个M-RAM作为OSD缓存,并通过NiosⅡ处理器和自定义的API函数对OSD缓存中的内容进行刷新,最后通过OSD合成逻辑将字符/图形叠加到PAL-D视频信号中。     

稀土元素对Mg-Zn合金耐蚀性的影响

用挤压铸造法制备 Mg-Zn、Mg-Zn-Nd、Mg-Zn-Y、Mg-Zn-Gd 镁合金材料,通过对这些镁合金进行电化学测试,研究这几种镁合金的耐蚀特性。结果表明,稀土元素可显著改善镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,其中 Y 贡献最大,其次是 Gd、Nd。     

碳氢超声波清洗轴承试验

基于对汽油、煤油和碳氢清洗剂在性能、价格及环保性等方面的对比分析,通过小批量碳氢超声波清洗与汽油人工清洗成品轴承的振动性能对比试验,验证了碳氢超声波替代汽油清洗成品轴承的可行性,为精密轴承采用碳氢超声波清洗技术提供了数据支持。     

酶法水解牛胎盘下脚料

以牛胎盘下脚料为原料，试验5种蛋白酶对其进行水解，根据水解液综合效果确定中性蛋白酶为最适单酶，其最佳水解条件为温度40℃，pH7．5，酶添加量4000u／g，料水比1：3，水解时间4h；响应面分析方法知，中性蛋白酶与胰蛋白酶混合水解牛胎盘下脚料的最佳水解条件为：温度46．4℃，pH值为8．17，酶比1：1(酶量为4000u／g)，料水比为1：3。氨基酸分析结果表明：混合酶水解液的游离氨基酸2483.6mg／L，而中性酶水解液的游离氨基酸493.8mg／L。
