EBZ-260型掘进机截割头截割性能研究

通过对EBZ-260型掘进机截割头的截割性能进行分析和研究,深入了解和掌握了相关截割头的数据参数、设计结构及载荷等情况,进一步研究了截割头的受力情况、形状结构及其截齿运行轨迹及安装分布等特性,可为截割工作提供必要的数据参考及理论基础,有利于重要部件的有限元分析,对研究掘进机整机受力的情况、截割的性能、所具备的可靠性及稳定性等方面具有重要作用.     

Highly active sites of low spin FeⅡN4species:The identification and the ORR performance

Over recent years,catalytic materials of Fe-N-C species have been recognized being active for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).However,the identification of active site remains challenging as it generally involves a pyrolysis process and mixed components being obtained.Herein Fe₃C/C and Fe₂N/C samples were synthesized by temperature programmed reduction of Fe precursors in 15%CH₄/H₂and pure NH₃,respectively.By acid leaching of Fe₂N/C sample,only single sites of FeN₄species were presented,providing an ideal model for identification of catalytic functions of the single sites of FeN₄in ORR.A correlation was conducted between the concentration of Fe^ⅡN₄in low spin state by Mossbauer spectra and the kinetic current density at 0.8 V in alkaline media,and such a structure-performance correlation assures the catalytic roles of low spin Fe^ⅡN₄ species as highly active sites for the ORR.     

基于统计软件R的安全壳泄漏率试验数据有效性分析

安全壳泄漏率计算过程中，最重要的环节是以不同时刻测量数据对时间进行线性回归分析。对回归的显著性检验以及方差分析是评价试验结果有效性的重要手段。本文基于统计软件R对某电厂调试阶段安全壳泄漏率试验的数据进行分析，通过对线性回归模型的独立性、正态性和异方差性检验以及极端样本点的剔除等方式，探讨泄漏率计算前的回归诊断对计算结果可靠性的影响。通过回归诊断的实例分析发现，在安全壳泄漏率计算的数据样本中，可能存在自相关、非正态和异方差性等问题影响回归结果，进而影响泄漏率的最终结果。因此，在计算泄漏率结果时，须通过回归诊断方法评价数据的有效性，对不能通过检验的样本应通过适当方法对最终结果进行修正。      

The formation of fibrous structure of polyamide 6 induced by the three-step forming process and its prominent reinforcement in nitrile rubber

Nitrile rubber (NBR) blends with excellent performance have always been a hot research topic in petroleum field. Due to the excellent performance and compatibility of polyamide 6 (PA6), it provides an opportunity for the preparation of high-performance NBR/PA6 blends. In this article, NBR/PA6 blends were prepared by the three-step molding process. Experimentally, it was found that PA6 has a prominent reinforcement effect in NBR matrix. The variation of this mechanical property was investigated from different aspects of the crystal structure, crystallinities, phase morphology, and so on. It can be cleared that the formation of fibrous structure of PA6 phase is the main factor for reinforcement of the polymer blends. Meanwhile, the formation mechanism of the special phase structure induced by the three-step process is deeply expounded and its structural evolution schematic is established. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 自然时效对GT35合金组织与性能的影响

采用XRD、SEM、残余应力测试仪、维氏硬度计、测长机等手段对合金物相、微观组织、残余应力、硬度、线膨胀率进行表征,研究自然时效对GT35合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,GT35合金在自然时效过程中,增强相TiC的形貌与粒径没有明显变化。当自然时效时间小于15天时,GT35合金的硬度、残余应力与线膨胀率逐渐增加,随后逐渐减小并趋于稳定。当自然时效超过90天后,GT35合金的组织与性能趋于稳定,其硬度、残余应力和线膨胀率分别为945.7 HV5、-184 MPa和-2.22×10^-5。
