Rapid developments in information technologies and a large rise in electrical and electronic equipment have generated different forms of electronic environmental contamination. Microwave absorption materials are important to avoid the damage that can be caused by electromagnetic radiation. A necessary condition for the absorption of the most incoming radiation is balanced wave impedance at the air/shield interface, which depends on the studied materials' magnetic and electrical properties. The paper introduces the preparation of BaFe12-xZrxO19 (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2) using a solid-state reaction technique. The studied samples were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer, and a vector network analyzer. The studied samples showed that controlling the grain size and the prepared samples' magnetic properties play an important role in enhancing the microwave radiation absorption. The examined samples can be a promising absorption material in electromagnetic shielding applications.  相似文献

Mass eutrophication of microalgae and cyanobacteria is observed in Lake Baikal in the past decade. In this paper, the concept of replaceable adsorption filter material based on chitosan flocculant filler and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride polymer nonwoven material are proposed. Functional and mechanical properties and morphology of the material are investigated depending on a packing density and a degree of chitosan filling. The introduction of 45% chitosan increases the Young's modulus up to 10 times, and it makes the material more rigid in 2.8 times. The high efficiency of sorption and growth inhibition of cumulative biomass culture was shown. The biomass source is taken from the coast of Barguzinsky Bay of Lake Baikal. Dominant species is microalgae of Scenedesmus genus.  相似文献

The crystal and magnetic structures of La0.7Ca0.3Mn0.5Fe0.5O3 compound have been studied by neutron powder diffraction in the temperature range of 10–300 К. The magnetization and electrical resistivity measurements have been also performed in the temperature range of 5–300?K in magnetic fields up to 1?T. These experimental results indicate a formation of a complex magnetic state in which the long-range antiferromagnetic G-type phase coexists with the short-range ferromagnetic clusters. The electrical conductivity of La0.7Ca0.3Mn0.5Fe0.5O3 demonstrates an anomalous temperature behavior suggesting a switching between different states. The origin of the unconventional magnetic state, the mechanisms of the electrical conductivity, and correlation between magnetic and transport properties in this manganite have been discussed.  相似文献

In the present work, the contact electrification of polymers that differ in adhesion strength is studied. Electrical current is measured along with adhesion in macroscale contacting‐separation experiments. Additionally, local adhesion and roughness are studied with atomic force microscopy to get deeper insight into relations between surface properties and electrification. Measurements reveal that higher surface charge is formed on more adhesive surfaces, thus confirming covalent bond cleavage as a mechanism for contact electrification of polymers. Investigated materials possess enhanced contact electrification making them attractive candidates for the conversion of mechanical energy to electrical in triboelectric nanogenerator devices.  相似文献

Abstract

The one-step method for graphene oxide (GO) simultaneous reduction and carboxylation via ultraviolet irradiation in the inert atmosphere has been reported. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) data revealed that the proposed approach allows to obtain reduced graphene oxide (rGO) films, containing up to 10 at.% of carboxyl groups. The carboxyl groups concentration can be tuned within the range of 3 to 10 at.% by controlling the oxidation degree of the irradiated GO via the preliminary low-temperature air heating. Furthermore, no carboxylation effect is observed in the case of irradiation of the completely reduced GO films. This coincides with our previous results, validating the proposed model of GO carboxylation based on photoinduced conversion of basal-plane hydroxyl groups and ketones into carboxyl ones. Despite a different degree of carboxylation, all the obtained samples demonstrate almost complete elimination of basal plane groups and restoration of the graphene flakes aromatic structure. This fact is emphasized by the sheet resistance measurements, demonstrating that the obtained C-xy graphene exhibits high electrical conductivity. As a net result, the material obtained by the presented method shows promising applications in the manufacturing of biosensor transducers owing to both its conductive nature and presence of carboxyl groups, playing the role of the anchoring points for biomolecules.  相似文献

采用永磁同步电机直接驱动全电飞机螺旋桨,为了抑制不稳定气流对输出转矩影响和提高螺旋桨抗扰动能力,对永磁同步电机实现基于自抗扰原理的转速闭环控制。分析不同飞行状态下螺旋桨的转速与转矩需求,建立基于自抗扰转速闭环控制模型并利用Dspace模拟飞行工况运行。仿真和实验验证了基于自抗扰转速闭环系统对负载变化具有抗扰能力,整个飞行工况下永磁同步电机转速响应平稳,转矩输出符合螺旋桨转矩需求。  相似文献

The impact of calcium–magnesium–alumino-silicate (CMAS) degradation is a critical factor for development of new thermal and environmental barrier coatings. Several methods of preventing damage have been explored in the literature, with formation of an infiltration inhibiting reaction layer generally given the most attention. Gd2Zr2O7 (GZO) exemplifies this reaction with the rapid precipitation of apatite when in contact with CMAS. The present study compares the CMAS behavior of GZO to an alternative thermal barrier coating (TBC) material, GdAlO3 (GAP), which possesses high temperature phase stability through its melting point as well as a significantly higher toughness compared with GZO. The UCSB laboratory CMAS (35CaO–10MgO–7Al2O3–48SiO2) was utilized to explore equilibrium behavior with 50:50 mol% TBC:CMAS ratios at 1200, 1300, and 1400°C for various times. In addition, 8 and 35 mg/cm2 CMAS surface exposures were performed at 1425°C on dense pellets of each material to evaluate the infiltration and reaction in a more dynamic test. In the equilibrium tests, it was found that GAP appears to dissolve slower than GZO while producing an equivalent or higher amount of pore blocking apatite. In addition, GAP induces the intrinsic crystallization of the CMAS into a gehlenite phase, due in part to the participation of the Al2O3 from GAP. In surface exposures, GAP experienced a substantially thinner reaction zone compared with GZO after 10 h (87 ± 10 vs. 138 ± 4 μm) and a lack of strong sensitivity to CMAS loading when tested at 35 mg/cm2 after 10 h (85 ± 13 versus 246 ± 10 μm). The smaller reaction zone, loading agnostic behavior, and intrinsic crystallization of the glass suggest this material warrants further evaluation as a potential CMAS barrier and inclusion into composite TBCs.  相似文献

When a flat sample of medium density fibreboard (MDF) is exposed to radiant heat in an inert atmosphere, primary crack patterns suddenly start to appear over the entire surface before pyrolysis and any charring occurs. Contrary to common belief that crack formation is due to drying and shrinkage, it was demonstrated for square samples that this results from thermomechanical instability. In the present paper, new experimental data are presented for circular samples of the same MDF material. The sample was exposed to radiant heating at 20 or 50 kW/m2, and completely different crack patterns with independent eigenmodes were observed at the two heat fluxes. We show that the two patterns can be reproduced with a full 3‐D thermomechanical surface instability model of a hot layer adhered to an elastic colder foundation in an axisymmetric domain. Analytical and numerical solutions of a simplified 2‐D formulation of the same problem provide excellent qualitative agreement between observed and calculated patterns. Previous data for square samples, together with the results reported in the present paper for circular samples, confirm the validity of the model for qualitative predictions and indicate that further refinements can be made to improve its quantitative predictive capability.  相似文献

Abstract

Both [60]- and [70]fullerene react with either the Scherer radical (perfluorodiisopropylethylmethyl, C9F19), a mixture of branched perfluorononenes (C9F18, the product of hexafluoropropene trimerization), or β-fluorosulphatotetrafluoroethyldiheptafluoroisopropylmethyl radical (C9F18OSO2F) in the ionization chamber of a mass spectrometer to give the positive parent ions of trifluoromethylation products, the reaction being accompanied by hydrogen addition. The reaction occurs at least partly on the walls of the ionization chamber, by a radical mechanism employing CF3 radicals formed from the radical reactants both thermally and under electron impact; only the latter route occurs with the perfluorononenes.  相似文献

Laser operation of a fibre-like 1.1 at.% Nd-doped yttrium aluminium garnet rod with a diameter of 0.34 mm and a length of 4.7 mm has been demonstrated. The fibre was end pumped with 0.5 W of continuous-wave radiation from a laser diode emitting at 808 nm. The measured laser thresholds are in a reasonable agreement with theoretical estimations. The distributions of temperature and stress in the crystal fibre were calculated with finite-element simulations showing that the fibre can be pumped up to a power of 40–50 W without fracture caused by thermal stress. The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed laser rod design are discussed.  相似文献
