为了在新车型设计阶段发现漏水问题,提出基于体素的汽车装配体潜在漏水缝隙的识别与可视化方法. 在汽车装配体模型体素化的基础上,通过定义相邻零件之间的缝隙体素,重构三角网格曲面并提取零件的边界边,以确定表达漏水部位的边界体素;基于所提出的映射点生成算法计算缝隙间距并构建缝隙曲面;通过由弦高误差控制的自适应细分方法降低缝隙曲面边界到零件曲面的误差,利用彩色云图进行可视化显示. 该方法能够精确识别汽车的全部潜在漏水部位,并可以直观显示漏水部位的缝隙大小,以快速验证水密性设计的合理性,避免出现先天设计缺陷而造成声誉与经济损失. 该方法还可以应用于航空航天、造船、化工等行业的大型复杂产品设计.  相似文献

针对半圆管直径为Ф100 mm,弯头弯曲半径为R100 mm的小半径半圆管弯头的成形加工,由于其弯曲半径过小,而无法采用传统管弯头弯制方法成形.经过工艺分析和理论计算,设计了弯曲成形模具和坯料,并通过弯曲实验优化了模具结构和坯料,避免了变形过程中起皱、拉裂等问题,通过控制回弹在合理的范围内,生产出了合格的半圆管弯头.  相似文献

Recently the improved robot working in very various fields,many researchers are trying to develop the robot to help people in the service field.However people who meet a robot in the first time generally get heterogeneous feeling.To resolve this,we suggest an interactive game with robots to increase the friendliness.The game,called "Divi-Divi-Dip" with 3 different body poses,is first introduced in a Korean TV program.The robot is using the visionary technology to recognize the pose with camera for the interactive game.  相似文献

The effective parameters on the diameter of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) were presented.Among lots of influential parameters,the effects of the catalytic film thickness and the pretreatment plasma power on the growth of CNTs were investigated.The results show that the size of catalytic islands increases by increasing the thickness of catalytic layer,but the density of CNTs decreases.The pretreatment duration time of 30 s is the optimal condition for growing CNTs with about 50 nm in diameter.By increasing the pretreatment plasma power,the diameter of CNTs decreases gradually.However,the diameter of CNTs does not change drastically from 80 to 120 W.The uniformly grown CNTs with the diameter of 50 nm are obtained at the pretreatment plasma power of 100 W.  相似文献

Protein isolates from 9 cultivars of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) were compared. Sephadex G-200 gel filtration and nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (NPAGE) of the protein isolates showed very similar patterns of arachin and nonarachin fractions. The content of individual fractions was somewhat different among cultivars, possibly indicating genetic variability. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-PAGE (SDS-PAGE) showed that the protein isolates had extremely complex sub-unit compositions. The content of acidic amino acids of the protein isolates was 34–38%, basic was 15–17%. Differences in some functionalities such as solubility and emulsification activity were conspicuous among cultivars.  相似文献

Riboflavin-sensitized photodynamic ultraviolet spectrophotometric assay of various commercial beverages was carried out. The maximum concentration of ascorbic acid for obtaining a background correction (15 min illumination and pH 7.5) was 21 μg/mL ascorbic acid in the testing solution. The upper limit of the measurement range for a straight line in the calibration graph of standard ascorbic acid was 10 μg/mL, (working range 0–10 μg/mL). The results in repeatability of the method for ascorbic acid contents in commercial fruit juices and soft-drinks showed a maximum of 4% relative standard deviation. Recovery tests with known amounts of added ascorbic acid in different fruit juices and sports drink showed the recovery of added ascorbic acid was 97.5–102.3%. Indophenol, iodine and/or HPLC methods were used in parallel to ascertain the reliability of the proposed method. This type assay could be successfully applied to many commercial beverages for determination of ascorbic acid with good accuracy, precision and reliability.  相似文献

The crystal orientations of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin films have been investigated by using various drying temperatures in the sol–gel process. The films were dried at different temperatures between 310 and 350°C for pyrolysis and then were heat treated at 650°C using rapid thermal annealing (RTA). TG/DTA and FTIR spectroscopy were used to detect the remnants of organic materials in the thin films prior to the final heat treatment. In order to examine the relationship between the film orientation and the remaining organic materials for the prior and final heat treatment, the films were fabricated with different coating cycles and dried for different holding times and then annealed at 650°C. The preferred orientations were investigated using X-ray diffraction. This revised version was published online in November 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
