Resumé Les rapports G+C des ADN deCoprinus lagopus etMucor azygospora ont été étudiés. Le profil de fusion indique que l'ADN duC. lagopus est composé de deux fractions, une principale (90%) de rapport G+C 52 moles pourcent, une mineure (10%) de G+C 32 moles pourcent. Par contre l'ADN deM. azygospora contient une fraction unique de G+C 38 moles pourcent. L'étude de la cinétique de réassociation DNA:DNA montre que la dimension génomique («genome size») deC. lagopus est de 2×1012 et qu'il y a moin de 10% de DNA à séquences répétées de nucléotides.

本研究试图通过优化等离子喷涂参数来开发一种Fe基非晶/晶体涂层,该涂层主要成分来自一种贫乏的铁基合金(Fe92.6C3.5P1.4Si2Mn0.5)。这种合金是钢铁厂高炉产出的生铁剩余废料。为了经济有效地重新利用这种残留物,这种合金在合成时对成分进行了最少的修改。同时,本研究还探讨了涂层的结构、机械、腐蚀和磨损性能对喷涂参数(等离子功率、主气体流速、送粉速度和间隔距离)的依赖性。X射线衍射表明,在最优的喷涂参数下沉积的涂层存在无定形/晶体相。在较低等离子功率和最高气体流速下沉积的涂层表现出更好的密度、硬度和耐磨性。所有涂层都表现出良好的耐腐蚀性(腐蚀环境:3.5wt% NaCl 溶液)。机械、磨损和摩擦学研究表明,单一的工艺参数优化无法提供良好的涂层性能;相反,所有工艺参数在优化涂层性能都具有独一无二的作用,它们主要通过控制飞行中的颗粒温度和速度分布,以及熔滴撞击基材之前的冷却模式来控制涂层性能。 相似文献

Removal of toxic substances from the blood depends on patent connections between the kidney, ureters and bladder that are established when the ureter is transposed from its original insertion site in the male genital tract to the bladder. This transposition is thought to occur as the trigone forms from the common nephric duct and incorporates into the bladder. Here we re-examine this model in the context of normal and abnormal development. We show that the common nephric duct does not differentiate into the trigone but instead undergoes apoptosis, a crucial step for ureter transposition controlled by vitamin A-induced signals from the primitive bladder. Ureter abnormalities occur in 1-2% of the human population and can cause obstruction and end-stage renal disease. These studies provide an explanation for ureter defects underlying some forms of obstruction in humans and redefine the current model of ureter maturation. 相似文献

Niazi and Saxena first observed that vitamin A has an inhibitory and modifying influence on tail regeneration in Bufo andersonii tadpoles. A positive relationship was later found between the inhibiting influence of vitamin A and the developmental stage of the regenerating tail in the same species. There have been several subsequent reports on the effects of vitamin A and its derivatives on limb development and regeneration. Thus in regenerating amphibian limbs, application of retinoids produces pattern duplication in the proximodistal and anteroposterior axes of the limb, and local application of retinoic acid to the anterior side of developing chick limbs causes duplications in the anteroposterior axis of limb. Here we show that vitamin A can cause limb development when applied to amputated tail stumps of the tadpoles of the marbled balloon frog Uperodon systoma (Anura Microhylidae). This is the first report of homeotic transformation mediated through vitamin A in vertebrates. 相似文献

Résumé Le contenu de protéine, de RNA et de DNA dans les tissus de foie, de cur et de rognon a été étudié chez des rats albinos traités à l'émétine. Le traitement a réduit la concentration de la protéine et du DNA dans le foie et dans le rognon. Dans le cur, cette concentration ne fut pas altérée d'une maniére significative. On suggère que l'émétine non settlement empÊche la synthèse de la protéine, mais réduit aussi sa désagrégation. 相似文献
