知识经济时代我国农业技术进步的对策思路

：知识经济时代将加快农业科技的创新，农业科技应用转化率也将不断提高。我国农业的发展不能再主要依赖土地资源和劳动的不断投入，也不能走美国那种“石油农业”的道路，必须研究和解决农业科技开发、研究和推广等多方面难以适应知识经济时代的因素，创出一条新型的农业现代化道路     

The Transformation and Reform of Urbanization in China

Birth defects affect the quality of the newborn population, and have became a major public health problem in China. Genetic factors, environmental factors, and the interaction of the two is the direct cause of the incidence ofbirth defects. This review, based on the neural tube defects as an example, give insight into the pathogenesis of birth defects from the genomics, epigenetics, metabonomics and environment factors and explore new strategy of birth defect prevention in China.
