烃氧化产物皂化后活性组分在油、水相的分配

用强酸酸化后测定乙醚抽出物酸量和酯量、溴甲酚绿两相滴定测定羧酸盐等方法研究了烃氧化产物皂化后活性组分在油、水相的分配。结果表明,在现行的用NaOH皂化烃氧化产物以制备水溶性石油磺酸盐的过程中有相当多的活性组分分配到油相;在水相和油相中均有大量羧酸酯存在,羧酸酯量远远超过羧酸盐量。     

基于VB.NET连续梁设计计算程序开发研究

使用Visual Basic.NET作为开发工具,在分析和总结有限元基本理论的基础上,编制出了钢筋混凝土连续梁的设计计算和内力包络图绘制程序,并对程序的关键代码做出了解释和说明。程序做到了输入信息直观、简捷明了,操作方便,用户易于掌握,输出计算结果内容齐全。     

随机系统的多模型直接自适应解耦控制器

针对多变量离散时间随机系统, 提出了一种采用广义最小方差性能指标的多模型直接自适应解耦控制器. 该多模型控制器由多个固定控制器和两个自适应控制器构成. 固定控制器用以覆盖系统参数的可能变化范围, 自适应控制器用以保证系统的稳定性和提高暂态性能. 该多模型控制器利用矩阵的伪交换性和拟Diophantine方程性质, 基于广义最小方差性能指标, 将随机系统辨识算法和最优控制器设计相结合, 直接辨识出控制器的参数, 通过广义最小方差性能指标中加权多项式的选取,不但实现了多变量系统的动态解耦控制, 而且消除了稳态误差、配置了闭环极点. 文末给出了全局收敛性分析. 仿真结果表明该方法明显优于常规自适应控制器.

本文从硬件结构和软件设计两方面介绍了高压电缆金属护层接地电流在线监测系统的组成及原理．系统综合应用了多种技术,实现了大电流及温度的采样、GPRS数据传输、SQLserver数据存储、Web数据展示及阈值报警等功能．系统的成功研制为电力部门提供了全新的、高效的、稳定的、低成本的电缆金属护层接地电流监测方式,在电力系统中具有良好的推广前景．     

具有网络丢包和时延的网络控制系统设计

为了降低对于网络传输的要求,针对具有固定时延和随机丢包情况的网络系统,采用状态增广以克服时延对网络控制系统分析的影响,进而考虑随机丢包情况,将增广系统转化为切换系统.以此为基础,提出网络鲁棒控制器设计方法.该控制器仅仅基于被控对象的反馈状态,因此对于网络传输的要求较低.最后,通过一个仿真算例验证了该系统的有效性.     

Understanding Customer Opinions From Online Discussion Forums: A Design Science Framework

Online discussion forums, which are full of user-generated content including user opinions and comments, are a potential gold mine for exploring new and useful ideas to augment competence in innovation. Companies need to systematically analyze and interpret online commentaries to enhance in-house research and design activities. To this end, a framework is proposed using a design science approach to enable automatic analysis of the content of online opinions and comments in connection with specific products, using a web lexicon established for this purpose. Furthermore, this framework is applied to an automobile as a proof-of-concept. Several nicknames for the car brand studied were created by web users, some with irony and sarcasm. A few metaphorical expressions were also used to describe product features. Engineering practitioners should recognize the importance of stylized online expressions in order to have a better understanding of customer needs and expectations through the application of this framework, which incorporates an evolutionary web lexicon.     

The p38 and NFκB signaling protein activation involved in glycitein protective effects on isoproterenol-treated H9c2 cardiomyoblast cells

Heart disease (HD) is greatly associated with gender and clinical evidence shows that increased serum norepinephrine levels are found in patients with HD. This study investigates the cardio-protective effect of glycitein, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) from soy bean extract, on H9c2 cardiomyoblast cells treated with isoproterenol (ISO, a norepinephrine analog). The image data and results from western blotting showed that ISO treatment was capable of inducing cellular apoptosis, especially the mitochondrial dependent pathway. Glycitein treatment could suppress mitochondrial pro-apoptotic proteins expression including caspase-9 and caspase-3 in H9c2 treated with ISO. In contrast, several survival proteins were expressed in H9c2 cells treated with glycitein, such as phosphor (p)-Akt, p-Bad and Akt. We confirmed that the protective role of glycitein was partially mediated through the expression of p-38 and NFκB proteins by adding several pathway inhibitors.
