The magnetization curves and hysteresis loops of Fe, Fe90N10, Fe95Zr5, Fe85Zr5N10, and Fe77Zr7N16 films were measured for determining coercive field Hc, saturation magnetization Ms, and the rms fluctuation of local magnetic-anisotropy field a1/2Ha of these iron-based materials. A model approximation with empirical second-order polynomial and Pareto chart clearly demonstrates the influence of the grain size, anisotropy field a1/2Ha, and saturation magnetization on the coercive field.  相似文献

Applying photocatalysts for utilizing solar energy is attractive because of its clean and limitless characteristics, but they have giant obstacles such as wide bandgaps, photocorrosion, and rapid charge recombinations to overcome for applications. In this study, the TiO2/CuxO composite films are investigated as photoactive materials for the photodegradation ofmethylene blue (MB) pollutant molecules under standard sun light illumination. The TiO2 layer is firstly fabricated on the FTO substrate by a doctor blade method, and then the second copper component is introduced by a spin-coating. Then, the composite films are thermally sintered to form cuprous and cupric oxides. This additional copper oxide phases plays a crucial role in achieving high photodegradation performance of MB under light irradiation. The best MB photodegradability from the TiO2/CuxO composite films was achieved with the 3.6 wt% CuxO content case, and it is probably due to the effective charge separations with reduced recombinations in the copper oxide phases by the Z-scheme band arrangements between Cu2O and CuO components. The composite films were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV–visible spectroscopy for the film surface and cross-sectional morphology, crystalline structure, atomic binding energy, and light absorbance, respectively.  相似文献

Correlation magnetometry and magnetic-force microscopy are used to study the parameters of the micromagnetic structure of high-induction (1.8 T) Fe78Zr10N12 film nanocomposites characterized by a very low coercive force (0.35–1.0 Oe), and the size of magnetic orientation correlation volumes is determined. The effect of alloying with nitrogen and zirconium on the magnetostriction of iron films is studied using a magnetostriction measurement procedure, which was suggested by us for ferromagnetic films deposited on a substrate. The alloying was shown to decrease the magnetostrtiction of the iron films.  相似文献

Drought is one of the major environmental stresses adversely affecting crop productivity worldwide. Precise characterization of genes involved in drought response is necessary to develop new crop varieties with enhanced drought tolerance. Previously, we identified 66 drought-induced miRNAs in rice plants. For the further functional investigation of the miRNAs, we applied recombinant codon-optimized Cas9 (rCas9) for rice with single-guide RNAs specifically targeting mature miRNA sequences or sites required for the biogenesis of mature miRNA. A total of 458 T0 transgenic plants were analyzed to determine the frequency and type of mutations induced by CRISPR/rCas9 on 13 independent target miRNAs. The average mutation frequency for 13 genes targeted by single guide RNAs (sgRNAs) in T0 generation was 59.4%, including mono-allelic (8.54%), bi-allelic (11.1%), and hetero-allelic combination (39.7%) mutations. The mutation frequency showed a positive correlation with Tm temperature of sgRNAs. For base insertion, one base insertion (99%) was predominantly detected in transgenic plants. Similarly, one base deletion accounted for the highest percentage, but there was also a significant percentage of cases in which more than one base was deleted. The deletion of more than two bases in OsmiR171f and OsmiR818b significantly reduced the level of corresponding mature miRNAs. Further functional analysis using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutagenesis confirmed that OsmiR818b is involved in drought response in rice plants. Overall, this study suggests that the CRISPR/rCas9 system is a powerful tool for loss-of-function analysis of miRNA in rice.  相似文献

We encountered three cases of retroperitoneal hematoma caused by spontaneous lumbar artery rupture, a rare vascular complication. At the time of retroperitoneal hematoma, two patients were on anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy. One patient was not taking any anticoagulant/antiplatelet agents but was receiving hemodialysis treatment with heparin. Lumbar artery rupture was successfully controlled by transcatheter arterial embolization in all patients, but one patient developed multiple organ failure and died. We suggest that spontaneous lumbar artery rupture may occur in patients being treated with maintenance hemodialysis or anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy. Therefore, clinicians should suspect lumbar artery rupture in patients with unstable vital signs and rapid onset of anemia because early diagnosis and appropriate intervention are necessary to decrease the risks of morbidity and mortality.  相似文献
