陕西关中小麦品种更替中性状演变及其发展方向   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
以关中地区四十年代到九十年代推广种植的主要代表品种及品系为材料,对其分蘖动态、生育期、株高因素、穗部性状、产量、生物学产量、经济系数及冬春性等20个性状进行了研究,其结果表明关中地区四十代到九十年代小麦品种性状演变的趋势是:冬、春季分蘖变化不大,冬季分蘖趋向略增;春季分蘖趋向略减;成穗数趋向降低,拨节,抽穗和开花期有趋早倾向,而成熟期和总生育天数无明显变化,株高降低极明显(137.7-85.2cm  相似文献

A group of human cytochrome P450 genes encompassing the CYP2A, CYP2B, and CYP2F subfamilies were cloned and assembled into a 350-kb contig localized on the long arm of chromosome 19. Three complete CYP2A genes—CYP2A6, CYP2A7, and CYP2A13—plus two pseudogenes truncated after exon 5, were identified and sequenced. A variant CYP2A6 allele that differed from the corresponding CYP2A6 and CYP2A7 cDNAs previously sequenced was found and was designated CYP2A6ν2. Sequence differences in the CYP2A6ν2 gene are restricted to regions encompassing exons 3, 6, and 8, which bear sequence relatedness with the corresponding exons of the CYP2A7 gene, located downstream and centromeric of CYP2A6ν2, suggesting recent gene-conversion events. The sequencing of all the CYP2A genes allowed the design of a PCR diagnostic test for the normal CYP2A6 allele, the CYP2A6ν2 allele, and a variant—designated CYP2A6ν1—that encodes an enzyme with a single inactivating amino acid change. These variant alleles were found in individuals who were deficient in their ability to metabolize the CYP2A6 probe drug coumarin. The allelic frequencies of CYP2A6ν1 and CYP2A6ν2 differed significantly between Caucasian, Asian, and African-American populations. These studies establish the existence of a new cytochrome P450 genetic polymorphism.  相似文献

Summary In this work we discuss the aerobic biodegradation of sodium sulfite liquor of (NaSSL) and sodium lignosulfonate (NaLS) in a firwood sulfite waste liquor by a mixed culture of microorganisms consisting of two Trichosporon yeasts and bacteria in the Arthrobacter (two species), Pseudomonas and Chromabacterium genera. Under established process parameters, the NaSSL was biodegradated in one or two stages by mixed cultures. The kinetics in each stage was studied. The optimal ratio of NaLS and sugars in the substrate for the growth of mixed culture was determined. The growth of the monocultures of the bacteria on the NaLS and the growth of the yeasts as monocultures on the NaSSL substrate were examined. UV absorption and IR spectra were employed as analytical methods to follow the microbial degradation of NaLS. The aim of this research was to study the biodegradation process and kinetics and to remove by means of mixed culture the maximum amount of organic matter from NaSSL.  相似文献

Chickpea seeds of Pusa 1053 (Mediterranean) and Pusa 256 (native) were magnetoprimed with 100 mT static magnetic field for 1 h to evaluate the effect of magnetopriming on germination of seeds under saline conditions. Enhanced rate of germination and seedling growth parameters (root and shoot length, and vigour indices) under different salinity levels indicated that magnetopriming was more effective in alleviating salinity stress at early seedling stage in Pusa 1053 as compared to Pusa 256. Dynamics of seed water absorption in magnetoprimed seeds showed increased water uptake in Pusa 1053 under non-saline as compared to saline conditions. This could have resulted in faster hydration of enzymes in primed seeds leading to higher rate of germination. Total amylase, protease and dehydrogenase activities were higher in primed seeds as compared to unprimed seeds under both non-saline and saline conditions. Production of superoxide radicals was enhanced in germinating seeds of both the genotypes under salinity irrespective of priming. Increased levels of hydrogen peroxide in germinating magnetoprimed seeds, under both the growing conditions, suggested its role in promotion of germination. Our results showed that magnetopriming of dry seeds of chickpea can be effectively used as a pre-sowing treatment for mitigating adverse effects of salinity at seed germination and early seedling growth.  相似文献

Biological control agents offer one of the best alternatives to reduce the use of pesticides . Fungi from the genera Alternaria, Colletotrichum and Fusarium are listed among the most important storage pathogens of apple fruits. During storage, transport and marketing, pathogenic fungi can cause significant losses of apple fruits. This investigation studied the potential of Streptomyces hygroscopicus as a biocontrol agent against pathogenic fungi obtained from apple fruit samples expressing rot symptoms. Production of antifungal metabolites by S. hygroscopicus was carried out in 3‐l bench‐scale bioreactor (Biostat® Aplus, Sartorius AG, Germany) during 7 days. Fermentation was carried out at 27°C with aeration rate of 0.5 vvm and agitation rate of 200 rpm. The aim was to analyse bioprocess parameters of batch biofungicide production in medium containing glucose as a carbon source and to examine at which stage of bioprocess production of antifungal metabolite(s) against six phytopathogenic fungi occurs. In vitro antifungal activity of the produced metabolites against six fungi of the genera Colletotrichum, Fusarium and Alternaria grown on potato dextrose agar were determined every 24 h using wells technique. Antifungal activity of cell‐free culture filtrate and filtrate treated with high temperature were tested. The filtrate treated with high temperature did not show any antifungal activity suggesting that active components are thermo unstable. Stationary phase of growth occurred between the third and fourth day of cultivation when production of secondary metabolites begins. Obtained results showed that maximal antifungal activity is achieved on fifth and sixth day of S. hygroscopicus cultivation under defined conditions (inhibition zone diameter higher than 30 mm for all test fungi).  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Stem respiration of trees is a major, but poorly assessed component of the carbon balance of forests, and important for geo-chemistry. Measurements are required under naturally changing seasonal conditions in different years. Therefore, intra- and inter-annual carbon fluxes of stems in forests were measured continuously from April to November in three consecutive years. METHODS: Stem respiratory CO2 fluxes of 50-year-old Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) trees were continuously measured with a CO2 analyser, and, concomitantly, stem circumference, stem and air temperature and other environmental factors and photosynthesis, were also measured automatically. KEY RESULTS: There were diurnal, seasonal and inter-annual changes in stem respiration, which peaked at 1600 h during the day and was highest in July. The temperature coefficient of stem respiration (Q10) was greater during the growing season than when growth was slow or had stopped, and more sensitive to temperature in the growing season. The annual Q10 remained relatively constant at about 2 over the three years, while respiration at a reference temperature of 15 degrees C (R15) was higher in the growing than in the non-growing season (1.09 compared with 0.78 micromol m(-2) stem surface s(-1)), but was similar between the years. Maintenance respiration was 76 %, 82 % and 80 % of the total respiration of 17.46, 17.26 and 19.35 mol m2 stem surface in 2001, 2002 and 2003, respectively. The annual total stem respiration of the stand per unit ground area was 75.97 gC m(-2) in 2001 and 74.28 gC m(-2) in 2002. CONCLUSIONS: Stem respiration is an important component in the annual carbon balance of a Scots pine stand, contributing 9 % to total carbon loss from the ecosystem and consuming about 8 % of the carbon of the ecosystem gross primary production. Stem (or air) temperature was the most important predictor of stem carbon flux. The magnitude of stem respiration is modified by photosynthesis and tree growth. Solar radiation indirectly affects stem respiration through its effect on photosynthesis.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to determine the incidence of monosymptomatic optic neuritis (MON) in residents of Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. The 127 cases (83 female, aged 26.2+/-9.9 and 44 male aged 26.9+/-11.2) with MON presented between January 1985 and December 2001 were analyzed from hospital data. The annual incidence was 1.6 per 100,000 (95% CI, 0-3). The incidence among females was 2.2 (95% CI, 0-4.6) cases / 100,000 per year and 1.1 (95% CI, 0-3) among males. The difference in incidence rates for women vs. men was not significant (chi2=0.41; p=0.52), although it is more likely that a true difference exists. The peak incidence in both sexes observed in the group 20-29 years of age was 4.2 (95% CI, 0-10). The highest incidence of MON was found in spring (46 cases). In summary, the incidence of MON in Split-Dalmatia County during the 17 years period is relatively low.  相似文献

The non-receptor tyrosine kinase Abl participates in receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK)-induced actin cytoskeleton remodelling, a signalling pathway in which the function of Rac is pivotal. More importantly, the activity of Rac is indispensable for the leukaemogenic ability of the BCR-Abl oncoprotein. Thus, Rac might function downstream of Abl and be activated by it. Here, we elucidate the molecular mechanisms through which Abl signals to Rac in RTK-activated pathways. We show that Sos-1, a dual guanine nucleotide-exchange factor (GEF), is phosphorylated on tyrosine, after activation of RTKs, in an Abl-dependent manner. Sos-1 and Abl interact in vivo, and Abl-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of Sos-1 is sufficient to elicit its Rac-GEF activity in vitro. Genetic or pharmacological interference with Abl (and the related kinase Arg) resulted in a marked decrease in Rac activation induced by physiological doses of growth factors. Thus, our data identify the molecular connections of a pathway RTKs-Abl-Sos-1-Rac that is involved in signal transduction and actin remodelling.  相似文献
