以传统决策网格为基础,通过模糊化方法建立了维护策略选择模型.以平均故障时间和故障频率作为决策变量而构建决策网格图,建立了不同网格区域所代表的维护策略以及决策变量的隶属函数,运用模糊加权平均算法评估设备备选维护策略的满意度,同时,建立维护策略成本满意度的模糊集,运用模糊加权平均算法确定其最优维护策略.实例分析结果表明,运用模糊理论所构建的维护策略选择模型较好地解决了传统决策网格的决策偏差,考虑了决策变量权重与策略成本而具有较好的灵活性和实用性. 相似文献
