Resveratrol can affect the physiology or biochemistry of offspring in the maternal–fetal animal model. However, it exhibits low bioavailability in humans and animals. Fifteen-week SD pregnant female rats were orally administered bisphenol A (BPA) and/or resveratrol butyrate ester (RBE), and the male offspring rats (n = 4–8 per group) were evaluated. The results show that RBE treatment (BPA + R30) compared with the BPA group can reduce the damage caused by BPA (p < 0.05). RBE enhanced the expression of selected genes and induced extramedullary hematopoiesis and mononuclear cell infiltration. RBE increased the abundance of S24-7 and Adlercreutzia in the intestines of the male offspring rats, as well as the concentrations of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in the feces. RBE also increased the antioxidant capacity of the liver by inducing Nrf2, promoting the expression of HO-1, SOD, and CAT. It also increased the concentration of intestinal SCFAs, enhancing the barrier formed by intestinal cells, thereby preventing BPA-induced metabolic disruption in the male offspring rats, and reduced liver inflammation. This study identified a potential mechanism underlying the protective effects of RBE against the liver damage caused by BPA exposure during the peri-pregnancy period, and the influence of the gut microbiota on the gut–liver axis in the offspring. 相似文献

Crop domestication, which gives rise to a number of desirable agronomic traits, represents a typical model system of plant evolution. Numerous genomic evidence has proven that noncoding RNAs such as microRNAs and phasiRNAs, as well as protein-coding genes, are selected during crop domestication. However, limited data shows plant long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are also involved in this biological process. In this study, we performed strand-specific RNA sequencing of cultivated rice Oryza sativa ssp. japonica and O. sativa ssp. indica, and their wild progenitor O. rufipogon. We identified a total of 8528 lncRNAs, including 4072 lncRNAs in O. rufipogon, 2091 lncRNAs in japonica rice, and 2365 lncRNAs in indica rice. The lncRNAs expressed in wild rice were revealed to be shorter in length and had fewer exon numbers when compared with lncRNAs from cultivated rice. We also identified a number of conserved lncRNAs in the wild and cultivated rice. The functional study demonstrated that several of these conserved lncRNAs are associated with domestication-related traits in rice. Our findings revealed the feature and conservation of lncRNAs during rice domestication and will further promote functional studies of lncRNAs in rice. 相似文献

In this paper, different methods to implement brittle precision cropping of metal materials are discussed in an all-around way. On this basis, a new kind of brittle precision cropping method, called low impact stress cropping method (LISC), is developed. Taking advantage of the effects of notch and speed, this method, in the sensitive stress state established by an appropriate way of loading, can make the material separate quickly and regularly. It has the advantages of being high in efficiency and accuracy, low in energy consumption and easy to use in production. It can be used directly in precision billet production for cold-extrusion, etc. This method, from a general point of view, opens a new technical branch for engineering application of fracture mechanics. This paper focuses on simultaneous optimisation of production planning and scheduling problem over a time period for synchronous assembly lines. Differing from traditional top-down approaches, a mixed integer programming model which jointly considers production planning and detailed scheduling constraints is formulated, and a Lagrangian relaxation method is developed for the proposed model, whereby the integrated problem is decomposed into planning, batch sequencing, tardiness and earliness sub-problems. The scheduling sub-problem is modelled as a time-dependent travelling salesman problem, which is solved using a dynasearch algorithm. A proposition of Lagrangian multipliers is established to accelerate the convergence speed of the proposed algorithm. The average direction strategy is employed to solve the Lagrangian dual problem. Test results demonstrate that the proposed model and algorithm are effective and efficient. 相似文献
