One of the primary concerns on target setting the electricity distribution companies is the uncertainty on input/output data. In this paper, an interactive robust data envelopment analysis (IRDEA) model is proposed to determine the input and output target values of electricity distribution companies with considering the existence perturbation in data. Target setting is implemented with the uncertain data and the decision maker (DM) can search the envelop frontier and find the targets based on his preference. In order to search the envelop frontier, the paper combine the DEA and multi-objective linear programming method such as STEM. The proposed method of this paper is capable of handling uncertainty in data and finding the target values according to the DM’s preferences. To illustrate ability the proposed model, a numerical example is solved. Also, the input and output target values for some of the electricity distribution companies in Iran are reported. The results indicate that the IRDEA model is suitable for target setting based on DM’s preferences and with considering uncertain data. 相似文献

Managing service quality is vital to retain customer satisfaction and augment revenues for any business organization. Often it is difficult to assess service quality due to lack of quantifiable measures and limited data. In this paper, we present a hybrid approach based on SERVQUAL and fuzzy TOPSIS for evaluating service quality of urban transportation systems. The proposed approach consists of three steps. The first step involves development of a SERVQUAL based questionnaire to collect data for measuring transportation service quality. The participants provide linguistic assessments to rate the service quality criteria and the alternatives. In step 2, the linguistic ratings are combined through fuzzy TOPSIS to generate an overall performance score for each alternative. The alternative with the highest score is finally chosen. In step 3, sensitivity analysis is conducted to evaluate the influence of criteria weights on the decision making process.The strength of the proposed approach is its practical applicability and ability to provide solution under partial or lack of quantitative information. An application of the proposed approach for evaluation of service quality of metro in Montreal is provided. 相似文献

Approximate solutions are considered for the extended Fisher-Kolmogorov (EFK) equation in two space dimension with Dirichlet boundary conditions by a Crank-Nicolson type finite difference scheme. A priori bounds are proved using Lyapunov functional. Further, existence, uniqueness and convergence of difference solutions with order O(h2+k2) in the L∞-norm are proved. This paper presents a hybrid memetic algorithm for the problem of scheduling n jobs on m unrelated parallel machines with the objective of maximizing the weighted number of jobs that are completed exactly at their
due dates. For each job, due date, weight, and the processing times on different machines are given. It has been shown that
when the numbers of machines are a part of input, this problem is NP-hard in the strong sense. At first, the problem is formulated
as an integer linear programming model. This model is practical to solve small-size problems. Afterward, a hybrid memetic
algorithm is implemented which uses two heuristic algorithms as constructive algorithms, making initial population set. A
data oriented mutation operator is implemented so as to facilitate memetic algorithm search process. Performance of all algorithms
including heuristics (H1 and H2), hybrid genetic algorithm and hybrid memetic algorithm are evaluated through computational

A novel nanocomposite consisting bisphenol A diglycidyl ether/1,4-Bis(3-aminopropoxy) butane (1,4-APB)/multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) was synthesized and characterized. Kinetics of the reaction was described by applying differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) data to isoconversional methods of Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO), advanced isoconversional method of Vyazovkin, and non-linear integral isoconversional algorithm (NLN). It was found that at the presence of MWCNT the thermal decomposition temperature increased by rising the curing temperature and time. Data from dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) showed that the glass transition temperature of the cured nanocomposite is 7 °C higher than that value found for the system without carbon nanotube. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the fracture surface morphology and results indicated evidence of the interfacial interaction improvement and adhesion strength due to good dispersion of MWCNT. 相似文献

The curing reaction kinetics of an epoxy based on the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) with an inorganic complex based on nickel(II) chelate with ethylenediamine (en) as a ligand were studied using DSC in dynamic mode. The complex curing agent was synthesized and characterized by the elemental analysis, FT‐IR, and ICP‐Plasma techniques. Thermal dissociation behavior of curing agent was also studied using thermogravimetric (TG) analysis in isolated form. Three kinetic models, Kissinger, Ozawa‐Flynn‐Wall, and Expanded Freeman‐Carrole, were used to determine the kinetic parameters. The effect of hardener concentration on the kinetic parameters and the shape of DSC thermograms of the DGEBA/Ni(en)3Br2 system were investigated. OBJECTIVE: To study the role of liver fine needle aspiration (FNA) in the diagnosis of kala-azar with an atypical presentation. STUDY DESIGN: The study group consisted of 23 patients (aged 18-37). All were admitted to Shiraz University Hospitals for the investigation of fever of unknown origin. The immunofluorescent antibody titer for kala-azar was positive (> 1:256 dilution). However, routine abdominal sonography revealed multiple small, hypoechoic lesions in the liver, more suggestive of metastatic tumor or miliary tuberculosis. The lesions were aspirated for cytologic diagnosis. RESULTS: The smears revealed many atypical hepatocytes, groups of epithelioid histiocytes and, in 15 patients, macrophages containing few to many Leishman bodies, allowing a diagnosis of kala-azar. The liver needle biopsy specimens confirmed the cytologic diagnosis of kala-azar and liver cell atypia. The patients were given glucantime therapy, and 21 recovered; 1 patient was lost to follow-up, and 1 died during treatment. CONCLUSION: Liver FNA is a useful procedure for the diagnosis of kala-azar, particularly in cases with atypical clinical presentations. 相似文献

Summary: The curing reaction kinetics and mechanism of the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) with three complexes of Ni(II) with diethylentriamine (Dien), Pyrazole (Pz) and Pyridine (Py) as ligands have been studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The curing reaction was characterized by high cure onset and peak maximum temperatures. The kinetics of the curing reaction were evaluated using the Ozawa method. The average values of activation energy for the three nickel complexes increased in the order: Dien‐based curing agent > Pz‐based curing agent > Py‐based curing agent. Three main curing mechanisms (catalytic, complex cation and free ligand polymerization path) have been proposed depending on the cure temperature. It was also shown that the cure kinetics of DGEBA with Dien‐ and Py‐based complexes could be described by the Sestak‐Berggren equation. The water absorption, chemical resistance and thermal stability of the thermosets were also studied. The results showed that the thermoset obtained with the Py‐based complex was more thermally stable than those obtained with the other two curing agents.
