Rye flours with extraction rate of 100% (wholemeal flour), 95% (brown flour), 90% (brown flour) and 70% (light flour) were prepared in order to study the relation between flour extraction rates and content of bioactive compounds. The following compounds were analysed: total phenolic compounds (TPC), total flavonoids (TF), inositol hexaphosphate (IP6), reduced (GSH) and oxidized (GSSG) glutathione, tocopherols (T) and tocotrienols (T3). The reduced/oxidized glutathione status (GSH/GSSG) of the flours was examined as a potential index of flour resistance against oxidative stress. The following observations were made in relation to the flour extraction rates and bioactive compounds contents: (a) milling process caused decrease in content in TPC, TF, IP6, GSH and GSSG, T and T3, (b) the most resistant against oxidation processes were suggested a brown flours, then light and finally wholemeal flour, (c) the ratio of tocotrienols to tocopherols (T3/T) was the highest in rye flours with extraction rate of 100–90% whereas light flour was the poorest source of tocopherols and tocotrienols. The provided data support current trend to increase number of rye products from wholemeal or brown flours.  相似文献

This paper presents an approach to the construction of stabilizing feedback for strongly non-linear systems. The class of systems of interest includes systems with drift which are affine in the controls and which cannot be stabilized by continuous state feedback. The approach is independent of the selection of a Lyapunov function, but requires the on-line solution of a non-linear programming satisficing problem stated in terms of expressions resulting from the composition of flows via the Campbell–Baker–Hausdorff formula.  相似文献

An all-solid-state calcium-selective electrode was constructed with poly(pyrrole) solid-contact doped with calcium complexing ligand Tiron. The potentiometric response of this sensor can have a linear range down to 10(-)(9) M with a slope close to Nernstian and detection limit equal to 10(-)(9.6). The effects of pH and the activity of the interfering ion in the conditioning solution on the potentiometric behavior of the constructed sensors were examined. Potential stability, reproducibility, and impedance studies were performed. The selectivity of the constructed electrode is better than that of the conventional calcium-selective electrode with internal filling solution of 10(-)(2) M CaCl(2) and comparable to that of the best liquid-contact electrodes.  相似文献

The robust output feedback stabilization problem for state-delayed systems with time-varying delays and saturating actuators is addressed here. The systems considered are continuous-time, with parametric uncertainties entering all the matrices in the system representation. A saturating control law is designed and a region of initial conditions is specified within which local asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is ensured. The least conservative approach that employs the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional is adopted to ensure stabilization. The designed controller is dependent on the time-delay and its rate of change. The controller is constructed in terms of the solution to a set of matrix inequalities.  相似文献

In this work, results on the influence of hydrogen on corrosion resistance and of hydrogen embrittlement of 904L superaustenitic stainless steel were investigated. The cracking behavior was studied by performing a slow strain rate test in synthetic seawater under varying cathodic polarization conditions. The results showed that the steel’s plasticity varied with the applied cathodic current density. Significant reductions in ductility were found, indicating its susceptibility to hydrogen-assisted fracture at current density of 20 mA/cm2. Fractographical examinations showed that an increase in hydrogenation current density causes a stepwise decrease in ductility on the fracture surface. The effect of hydrogen on passivity and on pitting corrosion resistance was qualified with the polarization curves registered in synthetic seawater. The conclusion is that hydrogen may affect the passive film stability and thus may decrease the corrosion resistance of the studied steel. The presence of hydrogen increases corrosion current density and decreases the potential of the film breakdown. It was also found that the degree of the susceptibility to hydrogen degradation was dependent on the hydrogen charging conditions.  相似文献

The paper demonstrates that using algebraic methods for the construction of time varying stabilizing controls for general controllable systems which are affine in the control is not only computationally feasible, but delivers generic feedback laws. A single feedback control law can be stabilizing for all systems which have the same algebraic structure and also for systems that can be adequately approximated by this structure. The systems considered are not limited to those whose controllability Lie algebra is nilpotent or even finite dimensional. The stabilizing controls are constructed by the help of an open-loop control problem on an associated Lie group which is posed as a trajectory interception problem in the logarithmic coordinates of flows.  相似文献

Three types of mesoporous molecular sieves (silicate MCM-41, niobosilicate NbMCM-41, and aluminosilicate AlMCM-41) were impregnated with alkali metal acetates. The textural stability of the samples was estimated on the basis of XRD measurements and nitrogen adsorption/desorption methods. The acidic–basic properties of the obtained materials were tested in the cyclization of acetonylacetone and studied by FTIR spectroscopy after adsorption of methylacetylene (propyne) and pyridine. Two types of chemical reactions between mesoporous matrix and alkali metal salt/oxide were observed: the reaction between alkali metal salt and silica/silicate and the reaction between basic oxide and silanol groups or Na+ cations. In the first one the alkali metal silicate formation decreases from Li to Cs species and leads to the destruction of the material. The second reaction places alkali metal cations in extra framework positions, which increases from Li to Cs species and is only observed in the case of AlMCM-41 and NbMCM-41 materials. As a result of the second reaction Lewis acidity is generated. The average effect of these two interactions leads to the volcanic curve for basicity of M/AlMCM-41 and M/NbMCM-41 with the maximum for K-samples. In contrast, basicity of M/MCM-41 systematically increases from Li to Cs form since the second type of interaction does not occur for these samples.  相似文献

Robust receding horizon control of constrained nonlinear systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We present a method for the construction of a robust dual-mode, receding horizon controller which can be employed for a wide class of nonlinear systems with state and control constraints and model error. The controller is dual-mode. In a neighborhood of the origin, the control action is generated by a linear feedback controller designed for the linearized system. Outside this neighborhood, receding horizon control is employed. Existing receding horizon controllers for nonlinear, continuous time systems, which are guaranteed to stabilize the nonlinear system to which they are applied, require the exact solution, at every instant, of an optimal control problem with terminal equality constraints. These requirements are considerably relaxed in the dual-mode receding horizon controller presented in this paper. Stability is achieved by imposing a terminal inequality, rather than an equality, constraint. Only approximate minimization is required. A variable time horizon is permitted. Robustness is achieved by employing conservative state and stability constraint sets, thereby permitting a margin of error. The resultant dual-mode controller requires considerably less online computation than existing receding horizon controllers for nonlinear, constrained systems  相似文献

In this paper two topics are explored. A new approach to the problem of obtaining an estimate of the state of a nonlinear system is proposed. The moving horizon observer produces an estimate of the state of the nonlinear system at time t either by minimizing, or approximately minimizing, a cost function over the preceding interval (horizon) [t-T,t]; as t advances, so does the horizon. Convergence of the estimator is established under the assumption that the corresponding global optimization problem can be (approximately) solved and a uniform reconstructability condition is satisfied; the latter condition is automatically satisfied for linear observable systems. The utility of the estimator for receding horizon control is explored. In particular, stability of a composite moving horizon system, comprising a moving horizon regulator and a moving horizon observer, is established  相似文献
