This study aims to develop an intelligent algorithm by integrating the independent component analysis (ICA) and support vector machine (SVM) for monitoring multivariate processes. For developing a successful SVM-based fault detector, the first step is feature extraction. In real industrial processes, process variables are rarely Gaussian distributed. Thus, this study proposes the application of ICA to extract the hidden information of a non-Gaussian process before conducting SVM. The proposed fault detector will be implemented via two simulated processes and a case study of the Tennessee Eastman process. Results demonstrate that the proposed method possesses superior fault detection when compared to conventional monitoring methods, including PCA, ICA, modified ICA, ICA–PCA and PCA–SVM.  相似文献

本文给出了一个面向移动数字娱乐的肖像漫画生成系统。该系统的输入是一张真实人脸照片,输出为具有娱乐效果的夸张人脸肖像。主要研究内容包括;第一,人脸照片的肖像插图画的生成。文中采用了Unsharp Mask锐化处理结合色彩缩放运算的方法,本方法不仅考虑到移动设备用户对计算速度的要求,而且能保留人脸的绝大部分特征,从而更为有效地生成人脸的肖像插图画。第二,人脸表情变形以产生人物的幽默漫画。对基于特征的变形方法进行了改进,使其更加自动化。此外,本文改进了传统的ASM方法,用来帮助去除人脸图像背景信息和更为方便地控制人脸上的特征点。整个系统在局域网和PDA上表现出了很好的娱乐效果。  相似文献

ε-Caprolactone (CL) was subjected to ring opening polymerization (ROP) under inert (nitrogen) atmosphere at 413 K for 1 h in the presence of stannous octoate (SO) as a catalyst and Eosin Y, a xanthenes type dye as a novel chemical initiator. The ROP was carried out at two different experimental conditions, namely at various concentrations of initiator and monomer, to get more scientific information from the resultant product. Thus, obtained Eosin Y conjugated poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) was characterized by different analytical tools like FTIR spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), UV–Visible spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Finally, the morphology of the Eosin Y conjugated PCL was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The binding constant (K) was determined from both UV–Visible spectroscopy and PL spectroscopy, and the static quenching mechanism was proposed. The number of binding site (n) was also determined from PL spectroscopy and the results were compared with the FTIR-RI method.  相似文献

Saturated molecular overtone transitions in the visible and near infrared can be detected with record-high sensitivities using our cavity-enhanced frequency modulation technique. We have stabilized a Nd:YAG laser onto the P(5) line in (ν2+3ν3) overtone band of C2HD at 1.064 μm and established its absolute frequency. Excellent signal-to-noise ratio produced an Allan variance of 3.4×10-13 at 1 s averaging, improving to 1×10-14 after 800 s. Selection of slow molecules with low power and gas pressure gave a linewidth 13 times below the room temperature transit time limit  相似文献

Piezoresistive atomic force-microscope (AFM) cantilevers with lengths of 10 μm, displacement sensitivities of (ΔR/R)/A 1.1×10-5, displacement resolutions of 2×10-3 A/√Hz, mechanical response times of less than 90 ns, and stiffnesses of 2 N/m have been fabricated from a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer using a novel frontside-only release process. To reduce mass, the cantilevers utilize novel inplane crystallographically defined silicon variable aspect-ratio (INCISIVE) tips with radius of curvature of 40 A. The cantilevers have been used in an experimental AFM data-storage system to read back data with an areal density of 10 Gb/cm 2. Four-legged cantilevers with both imaging and thermomechanical surface modification capabilities have been used to write 2-Gb/cm2 data at 50 kb/s on a spinning polycarbonate sample and to subsequently read the data. AFM imaging has been successfully demonstrated with the cantilevers. Some cantilever designs have sufficient displacement resolution to detect their own mechanical-thermal noise in air. Chlorofluoro silane (CFSi) decorated Copper doped SiO2 coated Copper surface was synthesized by an in-situ method and characterized by various analytical tools like Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy, UV-Visible spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and contact angle measurements. In the present investigation, the bulk Copper plate was served as a resource material for the generation of Copper with simultaneous chemical etching reaction in an aqueous acidic and alcoholic medium. Wireless data broadcast is an effective approach to disseminate information to a massive number of users. Indexing techniques for broadcasting data can reduce the battery power consumptions of mobile terminals by decreasing the tuning time. The organization of the indexes affects the efficiency of data searching. We investigate how the degree of the index node affects the tuning time, and thus minimize the power consumption of user’s terminals. We proposed a performance measurement for the tuning time and a cyclic indexing algorithm. The numerical results suggest the degree of an index node be 3 when the access probabilities of the data tend to be uniformly distributed so that the expected tuning time is minimal. When the access distribution of the data nodes is skewer, the tuning time can be minimized by setting the degree in the index node 2.  相似文献
