European policy is focusing on innovation as a way out of the economic crisis. At the same time, job insecurity is rising as Europe is still in crisis. In this paper, we examine whether job insecurity affects the innovative work behaviour of employees by focusing on the relation between job insecurity, job autonomy, work engagement and innovative work behaviour (IWB). Using employee level survey data, we use structural equation modelling to disentangle the relations between these variables. The partially mediated model shows the best fit with the data. This model shows that job insecurity and autonomy are both directly and indirectly, through work engagement, related with IWB. For autonomy these relations are positive, while they are negative (and smaller) for job insecurity. Moreover, a negative covariance is observed between job insecurity and autonomy.  相似文献

A second-generation process for high-efficiency large-area Cu(In,Ga)(Se,S)2 thin film (CIGSSe) solar modules has been developed applying controlled sodium doping and rapid thermal processing for absorber formation. The pilot line delivers aperture area efficiencies of 12.2%±0.5% (average) for 30×30 cm2 modules and a certified champion efficiency of 13.1% for an unencapsulated 60×90 cm2 demonstrator module. The stability of the frameless pilot line modules with a low-cost package against humidity is confirmed externally by passing the damp heat test sequence according to IEC 61646. Substitution of CBD-CdS by CBD-Zn(S, OH) buffer layers yields efficiencies up to 12% on 30×30 cm2 circuits. First CIGSSe-cells on flexible substrates were also developed applying 30 μm thin titanium foils, 8×8 cm2 in size. Average cell efficiencies on a substrate up to 12.4% were achieved.  相似文献

A method for the fixation of colloids by an ion-layer-gas-reaction-“ILGAR”-oxide layer is presented. The embedding of CdS nano-particles in an ILGAR-ZnO/Zn(OH)2-matrix is confirmed by transmission electron micrographs (TEM); the composition of the layer surface is analyzed by X-ray photoelectron microscopy (XPS). When these particles are fixed by an ILGAR-oxide layer on top of a solar cell the observed absorption and fluorescing properties of CdS nano-particles offer the possibility to reduce the absorption loss in the window layer. This is shown for a Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)2-“CIGSSe”-based solar cell with an additional top CdSparticle/ILGAR-ZrO2-layer as a first example. The improvement of the device performance is proven by J(V)-characteristics and the external quantum efficiency.  相似文献

Mitochondria are central to metabolism, nutrition, and health, but many factors can influence their efficiency. The objectives of this study were to determine if the mitochondrial enzyme activities of citrate synthase, complex I, complex IV, and complex V from peripheral blood mononuclear cells in Holstein and Jersey dairy calves were affected by age or relative gain as a percent of initial weight. Twenty-three Holstein and 23 Jersey heifer calves were enrolled between 3 and 6 d of age and whole blood samples were collected via jugular venipuncture at 1, 2, and 8 wk of age. Crude mitochondrial extracts were obtained from the peripheral blood mononuclear cell fraction at each time point and subsequently assayed for enzymatic activity. Age-dependent changes in activity were observed in complex V for both breeds. In Jersey calves complex IV and citrate synthase activity differed with age. Complex I activity was greater for high relative gain Jerseys and tended to be greater for high relative gain Holstein calves. Holstein calves had greater incidence of scours compared with Jersey calves, and in both breeds scouring calves exhibited greater complex V activity compared with those without scours. These data suggest that age and immune challenge in the form of scours affect mitochondrial complex V activity. Additionally, complex I activity may serve as a marker for calf growth potential because it was influenced by relative gain and not age.  相似文献

ZnSe prepared by metal organic chemical vapor deposition is used as a buffer layer in Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)2 solar cells without any utilization of wet chemistry. Cell efficiencies are as good as cells with the conventional CdS buffer. Stability of unencapsulated cells under damp heat conditions is somewhat lower for the alternative buffer. The first stages of photoassisted growth are studied. X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy shows that a continuous layer is formed. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Compared to traditional vacuum evaporation techniques for small organic molecules, organic vapor phase deposition (OVPD) possesses a extra processing parameter: the pressure of process gas Pch. Here, the influence of large Pch variations (from 0.1 mbar to atmospheric pressure) on pentacene thin film growth is explored. OVPD operation at higher Pch is characterized by lower carrier gas velocities and lower organic diffusivities. These result in an invariance of the material utilization efficiency over the entire pressure span and in an advantageous equilibrium evaporation regime in the source. An increase in Pch yields rough pentacene layers. Classical nucleation theory is applied to demonstrate how the pressure rise triggers homogeneous nucleation in the gas phase, causing the observed roughening. The use of lower deposition rates, higher dilution flow rates, and higher substrate temperatures result in the suppression of gas phase nucleation and the growth of smooth pentacene films at atmospheric pressure. Using these optimized conditions, state‐of‐the‐art pentacene thin film transistors with saturation mobilities above 0.9 cm2/Vs are reproducibly fabricated. p‐Type circuits are also made and a 19‐stage ring oscillator with a stage delay of 51 μs at a supply voltage of 15 V is demonstrated.  相似文献

Pregnancy complicated by insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus carries severe physiologic risks for both the mother and the fetus. This article presents a case study to illustrate disease progression through multiple systems and psychosocial complications associated with diabetes mellitus in pregnancy. The case study also illustrates the role of nursing interventions, the use of technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration in caring for the patient and her family.  相似文献
