ABSTRACT: This article marks a new direction in research on the Community Development Act (CRA) by examining the outcomes of CRA agreements, comparing the mortgage and home improvement lending of banks with and without agreements. The analysis examines Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data for all the states and metropolitan areas with CRA agreements in effect and compares mortgage and lending to low-income and minority households and neighborhoods by banks with and without agreements and by banks with different types of agreements. Banks with CRA agreements appear to be more responsive than other banks to the credit needs of minority and low-income households and neighborhoods, especially when independent mortgage banks, which are not subject to the CRA, are removed from the analysis. Few significant differences, however, were found in the lending practices of banks with different types of agreements, including banks with negotiated and voluntary agreements.  相似文献

TMS320DM642是TI公司推出的一款具有专用视频接口(Videoport)的高性能媒体处理DSP,具有强大的?DSP内核和优化的总线结构。以DM642芯片为数据处理核心,建立了包含视频AD&DA模块、视频处理与通信部分的视频采集处理系统,实现了外部模拟视频信号输入、模,数转换、视频采集、视频处理、数,模转换、视频及目标信息输出的完整功能,并为后续控制平台提供了通用接口。系统使用整体编程化的开发方法,采用部分调试与整机联调的调试方法提高了调试效率,加速了系统的研制。  相似文献

We discuss a simple strategy aimed at improving neural network prediction accuracy, based on the combination of predictions at varying resolution levels of the domain under investigation (here: time series). First, a wavelet transform is used to decompose the time series into varying scales of temporal resolution. The latter provides a sensible decomposition of the data so that the underlying temporal structures of the original time series become more tractable. Then, a dynamical recurrent neural netork is trained on each resolution scale with the temporal-recurrent backpropagation algorithm. By virtue of its internal dynamic, this general class of dynamic connections network approximates the underlying law governing each resolution level by a system of non-linear difference equations. The individual wavelet scale forecasts are afterwards recombined to form the current estimate. The predictive ability of this strategy is assessed with the sunspot series.  相似文献

The three major secondary metabolites of Penicillium viridicatum, brevianamide, xanthomegnin, and viomellein were tested for mutagenicity by the Salmonella/microsome test and for toxicity and teratogenicity by the chick embryo test. None were mutagenic. Viomellein was mildly toxic and teratogenic, xanthomegnin was the most toxic and was not a teratogen, and brevianamide was not toxic yet was the most teratogenic.  相似文献

Trypanosoma brucei is a protozoan flagellate that causes African sleeping sickness. Flagellar function in this organism is critical for life cycle progression and pathogenesis, however the regulation of flagellar motility is not well understood. The flagellar axoneme produces a complex beat through the precisely coordinated firing of many proteins, including multiple dynein motors. These motors are found in the inner arm and outer arm complexes. We are studying one of the inner arm dynein motors in the T. brucei flagellum: dynein-f. RNAi knockdown of genes for two components of dynein-f: DNAH10, the α heavy chain, and IC138, an intermediate chain, cause severe motility defects including immotility. To determine if motility defects result from structural disruption of the axoneme, we used two different flagellar preparations to carefully examine axoneme structure in these strains using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Our analysis showed that inner arm dynein size, axoneme structural integrity and fixed central pair orientation are not significantly different in either knockdown culture when compared to control cultures. These results support the idea that immotility in knockdowns affecting DNAH10 or IC138 results from loss of dynein-f function rather than from obvious structural defects in the axoneme.  相似文献
