制得一系列不同烧结温度的Li284O7:Cu,In样品,以X光衍射(XRD)、热释光(TL)、光释光(OSL)等手段研究样品的热释光陷阱的晒退特性。烧结温度对热释光陷阱的晒退特性影响较大,实验表明750℃烧结样品的热释光不易晒退。结合XRD和OSL的结果解释了烧结温度对晒退特性的影响。 相似文献

SrB6010:Tb phosphor was synthesized by high-temperature solid state reaction. The influences of Ce or Li as a co-dopant, Tb concentration and irradiation dose exposure on TL of SrB6010 : Tb were investigated. Results show that Ce or Li as a co-dopant can not improve the sensitivity of SrB6010:Tb phosphor. TL response depends on Tb concentration and 0.02 is the optimum in the concentration range from 0.01 to 0.10. Using the optimum Tb concentration, we calculated the kinetic parameters of SrB6010:Tb employing the peak shape method, and suggested the phosphor obeying the second order kinetics. TL emission intensity is linearly dependent on the irradiation dose within the dose range of 50 - 200 Gy. The characteristic Tb^3+ ion emission was observed in TL emission spectrum. 相似文献

The radial distribution of dose around the path of a heavy ion has been studied by a Monte Carlo transport analysis of the delta rays produced along the track of a heavy ion based on classical binary collision dynamics and a single scattering model for the electron transport process.Result comparisons among this work and semi-empirical expression based delta ray theory of track structure,as well as other Monte Carlo calculations are made for 1,3MeV protons and several heavy ions.The results of the Monte Carlo simulations for energetic heavy ions are in agreement with experimental data and with results of different methods.The characteristic of this Monte Carlo calculation is a simulation of the delta rays theory of track structure. 相似文献

MgSO4 :Dy中掺入适量的P ,热释光发光曲线中两个高温峰显著增强 ,主剂量峰的峰温接近2 83.6℃ ,另一个发光峰的峰温在 35 2 .7℃ ,其热释光效率超过LiF:Mg ,Ti的两倍。MgSO4 :Dy ,P的单个发光峰峰面积对60 Coγ辐射剂量 (0 .1Gy— 2 0kGy)的实验响应曲线用复合作用响应函数拟合 ,得到的非线性特征参数表明 ,两个发光峰的γ辐射剂量响应均为超线性。在MgSO4 :Dy ,P中再掺入微量Cu ,首先抑制峰温在 35 2 .7℃的发光峰 ,随着Cu浓度的增加 ,2 83.6℃的主剂量峰会随之降低 ,此峰的γ辐射剂量响应的超线性随之减小。MgSO4 :Dy ,P ,Cu (0 .1mol% ,0 .5mol% ,0 .0 1mol% )磷光体对γ辐射的剂量响应 (0 .1Gy— 2 0kGy)为亚线性。最引人注目的是MgSO4 :Dy ,P ,Cu(0 .1mol% ,0 .5mol% ,0 .0 0 4mol% )磷光体 ,它具有与MgSO4 :Dy ,P(0 .1mol% ,0 .5mol% )相近的热释光灵敏度 ,并具有最宽的剂量响应线性范围。这种新热释光材料可用于高剂量辐射测量。本文进一步阐明和验证了《复合作用模型》 ,并揭示了热释光材料中杂质和缺陷结构与剂量学特性的相关性。结合热释光三维发光光谱的分析对热释光机制提出一些见解 相似文献

Track theory rested on the foundation of the radial distribution of dose from δ rays as the central contribution of atomic physics to heavy ion radiobiology,Here,a new calculation of the radial distribution of dose is applied,in which the classical angular distribtuion of dose of delta rays and a logarithmic polynomial representation of the electron range-energy relation are used.to form the basis of the present thindown calculation.Calculations of inactivation cross sections for heavy ions in the track width regime displaying thindown for E.Coli B/r and Bs-1,and for Bacillus Subtilus are straightforward for these are 1-hit detectors.Calculations for V-79 hamster cells are more complex.They follow the orginal development of this model for eucaryotic cells,and make use of the cross sections calculated for hypothetical internal targets which are then asserted to be proportional to the measured ceelular inactivation cross sections.The results are in reasonable agreement with experimental ,data. 相似文献
