云南蛇药的研究

在农业生产和野外工作中,常可遇到毒蛇咬伤,对劳动人民健康有很大的危害。我们在搜集了我国南方治疗蛇伤的单方,验方278个和中草药388种,经1万多只小白鼠筛选,重新组合配方,研制出一种新的口服有效药物——云南蛇药。实验表明对小鼠眼镜蛇毒,蝮蛇毒中毒有较显著的保护作用。毒副作用较小,经收治各种毒蛇咬伤286例,其中除1例死亡外余285例均治愈;治愈率99.7％。毒蜂螯伤300余例,均获治愈,现将实验结果报告如下。

The oral Yunnan snaketite drug, a compositus of several herbs, can be regarded as a new and effective therapeutic medicine for venomous snakebite. Our experiments indicate that if Yunnan snakebite drug is given to mouse prior to the injection of lethal dose Naja naja or Agki-strodon halys venom, more experimental mice survive than the controls (p<0.001). The acute and subacute toxiciies of the drug were found to be low.
