聚苯硫醚复合涂层的耐磨性能

研究了用固体润滑石墨、碳化硅、二硫化钼等填料改性的聚苯硫醚 (PPS)涂层的耐磨性能。实验结果表明 ,聚苯硫醚复合涂层具有优良的耐磨性 ;加入适量 ( 3 0 % )的石墨、碳化硅等固体润滑剂 (石墨 :碳化硅 =2∶3 ) ,可以有效提高涂层的耐磨性能 ,而二硫化钼和三氧化二铬的减摩效果更佳     

大港油田关家堡地区不同含油层系气测解释方法探讨

大港油田关家堡地区油气藏特征复杂，不同含油层系油气显示特征不同，气测录井解释符合率相对较低。针对这一情况，通过分析关家堡地区明化镇组、馆陶组和沙河街组的地质和气测显示特征，结合试油结论，提出不同含油层系相应的气测录井解释方法——TR与Wh（湿度比）气测解释法和三角形图板法，归纳总结了全烃及组分在不同层系的变化规律。应用实例表明，效果较好，对于复杂油气藏多层系油气层的解释评价具有一定的借鉴作用。     

浅谈水闸安全检测

通过对华东沿海地区80年代以前修建的一些在役水闸工程的系统安全检测和分析,发现了水闸工程存在的安全隐患,同时也了解水闸工程尚有的潜在能力。提醒水闸管理部门,在役水闸满足目前社会发展需要的同时,还必须高度重视水闸的安全生产运行和管理。水闸安全检测就是利用先进的检测手段,为业主及时、高效、经济和高质量地解决水闸工程存在的实际问题。     

用边界元法提取VLSI版图电阻

介绍了ＶＬＳＩ版图验证中电阻提取的基本原理和主要方法，给出了一种新颖的基于边界元法的电阻提取算法。该算法采用变节点单元，较好地解决了实际问题中经常出现的角点问题。通过应用该算法对几个实例进行提取，证明使用本文的算法不仅在精度上而且在占用ＣＰＵ时间上都取得了令人满意的效果     

电信运营的发展方向

亚洲电信业的市场正随着经济的蓬勃发展而迅速增大,然而大多数电信运营部门没能尽快更新设备以跟上商业需求增长的步伐。本文在分析用户业务需求的变化和对现有电信基础设施进行评估之后,提出应加强或采用叠加、并行的网络设施来为增长中的用户服务。同时认为通信资费应根据用户实际业务量的情况进行调整。这些做法将有助于电信经营部门处于更有竞争力的地位并从不断扩大的市场中赢得更多份额。     

Compensatory patterns of support among children's peer relationships: A test using school friends, nonschool friends, and siblings.

Examined the extent to which isolated and aggressive 6th graders compensate for unsatisfying school friendships by deriving support from siblings and nonschool friends and whether this support protects such children from poor socioemotional outcomes. Results were as follows: (1) When compared with average and aggressive children, isolated children perceived their school friendships as least supportive and their favorite sibling relationships as most supportive; (2) isolated, aggressive, and average children did not differ in their perceptions of support from nonschool friends; and (3) high support from a favorite sibling was associated with better adjustment among isolated children on select outcomes. Despite the somewhat ameliorating role of siblings for isolated children, isolated children with high sibling support remained less well adjusted than did average children. InGaAs/AlAs/InGaAsP resonant tunneling hot electron transistorsgrown by chemical beam epitaxy

InP-based resonant tunneling hot electron transistors (RHET's) were studied systematically using chemical beam epitaxy (CBE) for the first time. All the RHET's studied have a highly strained AlAs/In_0.75Ga_0.25As/AlAs resonant tunneling double barrier as a hot electron injector, and an InP collector barrier with or without InGaAsP graded layers. The highest transport ratio (α) observed is 0.98, and the highest peak-to-valley current ratios (PVR's) measured are 20 and 200 in the collector current and base current, respectively, at 80 K. A self-consistent simulation is used as a reference to optimize the hot electron injector and to explain the ballistic transport. An energy spectrometer technique was applied to the RHET's for resolving the hot electron energy distribution which showed a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of around 58 meV, indicating ballistic transport of electrons. Finally, room temperature transistor action was also observed with a β of 4 and a cutoff frequency of 31 GHz

Enterocolitis associated with Clostridium perfringens infection in neonatal foals: 54 cases (1988-1997)

OBJECTIVE: To identify clinical signs, physical examination findings, results of diagnostic tests, treatments administered, and clinical outcome of neonatal foals with enterocolitis associated with Clostridium perfringens infection. DESIGN: Retrospective study. ANIMALS: 54 neonatal foals. RESULTS: Most foals had acute onset of obtunded mentation, colic, or diarrhea and developed leukopenia, neutropenia, an abnormally high number of band neutrophils, toxic WBC, and hypoproteinemia within 24 hours after admission, despite high serum IgG concentrations (> 800 mg/dl). Abdominocentesis and abdominal radiography of some foals revealed exudative peritonitis and gaseous distention of the small and large intestine, respectively. Cytologic examination of feces revealed spores or gram-positive rods in 8 of 10 foals. The most common genotypes of C perfringens isolates were type A and C, alone or in combination. Treatment did not alter mortality rate for most foals that had a positive culture for C perfringens type C. Of 54 foals, 29 (54%) that had C perfringens-associated enterocolitis died. Foals that had a culture that yielded C perfringens had higher sepsis scores, IgG concentrations, and mortality rates, compared with the overall hospital population of neonatal foals. CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: Foals less than 7 days old that have enterocolitis associated with C perfringens infections, especially type C, have a guarded prognosis. Cytologic examination of feces to determine spore counts and detect rods may be a means for early identification of C perfringens infections. Polymerase chain reaction assays to determine genotype are important for designing preventive treatment regimens.
