Nonlinear black-box modeling in system identification: a unified overview   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
A nonlinear black-box structure for a dynamical system is a model structure that is prepared to describe virtually any nonlinear dynamics. There has been considerable recent interest in this area, with structures based on neural networks, radial basis networks, wavelet networks and hinging hyperplanes, as well as wavelet-transform-based methods and models based on fuzzy sets and fuzzy rules. This paper describes all these approaches in a common framework, from a user's perspective. It focuses on what are the common features in the different approaches, the choices that have to be made and what considerations are relevant for a successful system-identification application of these techniques. It is pointed out that the nonlinear structures can be seen as a concatenation of a mapping form observed data to a regression vector and a nonlinear mapping from the regressor space to the output space. These mappings are discussed separately. The latter mapping is usually formed as a basis function expansion. The basis functions are typically formed from one simple scalar function, which is modified in terms of scale and location. The expansion from the scalar argument to the regressor space is achieved by a radial- or a ridge-type approach. Basic techniques for estimating the parameters in the structures are criterion minimization, as well as two-step procedures, where first the relevant basis functions are determined, using data, and then a linear least-squares step to determine the coordinates of the function approximation. A particular problem is to deal with the large number of potentially necessary parameters. This is handled by making the number of ‘used’ parameters considerably less than the number of ‘offered’ parameters, by regularization, shrinking, pruning or regressor selection.  相似文献

Feature diagrams have become commonplace in software product line engineering as a means to document variability early in the life cycle. Over the years, their application has also been extended to assist stakeholders in the configuration of software products. However, existing feature-based configuration techniques offer little support for tailoring configuration views to the profiles of the various stakeholders. In this paper, we propose a lightweight, yet formal and flexible, mechanism to leverage multidimensional separation of concerns in feature-based configuration. We propose a technique to specify concerns in feature diagrams and to generate automatically concern-specific configuration views. Three alternative visualisations are proposed. Our contributions are motivated and illustrated through excerpts from a real web-based meeting management application which was also used for a preliminary evaluation. We also report on the progress made in the development of a tool supporting multi-view feature-based configuration.  相似文献

Since the pioneering work of Griffith, Linear Elastic Fracture Mechanics has been widely experimentally validated and successfully developed in solid mechanics modeling. However, recent theoretical models applying the energy balance found in Griffith theory specifically for quasi-static confined comminution have until now not been systematically confronted to experiments. In this study, we analyze data of compression tests on crushable sand, where grain breakage has been triggered by flooding the initially dry material at constant stresses. We consider a partition of the dissipation between surface fracture energy and the rearrangement of fragments and grains surrounding crushed particles. Our results show that the role of the surface fracture energy is stressdependent and that its influence becomes less significant at high stresses.  相似文献

5-Axis tool path smoothing based on drive constraints   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
In high speed machining, the real feedrate is often lower than the programmed one. This reduction of the feedrate is mainly due to the physical limits of the drives, and affects machining time as well as the quality of the machined surface. Indeed, if the tool path presents sharp geometrical variations the feedrate has to be decreased to respect the drive constraints in terms of velocity, acceleration and jerk. Thus, the aim of this paper is to smooth 5-axis tool paths in order to maximize the real feedrate and to reduce the machining time.Velocity, acceleration and jerk limits of each drive allow to compute an evaluation of the maximum reachable feedrate which is then used to localize the areas where the tool path has to be smoothed. So starting from a given tool path, the proposed algorithm iteratively smoothes the joint motions in order to raise the real feedrate. This algorithm has been tested in 5-axis end milling of an airfoil and in flank milling of an impeller for which a N-buffer algorithm is used to control the geometrical deviations. An important reduction of the measured machining time is demonstrated in both examples.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new auto-tuning fuzzy PD and PI controllers using reinforcement Q-learning (QL) algorithm for SISO (single-input single-output) and TITO (two-input two-output) systems. We first, investigate the design parameters and settings of a typical class of Fuzzy PD (FPD) and Fuzzy PI (FPI) controllers: zero-order Takagi–Sugeno controllers with equidistant triangular membership functions for inputs, equidistant singleton membership functions for output, Larsen’s implication method, and average sum defuzzification method. Secondly, the analytical structures of these typical fuzzy PD and PI controllers are compared to their classical counterpart PD and PI controllers. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is proven through simulation examples.  相似文献

A versatile methodology for the synthesis of 6/8-halogenated 7-aminocoumarins from the corresponding 7-hydroxy analogs using Pd-catalyzed amination reaction as the key step is presented. Further readily conversion into 7-azidocoumarins was performed and the resulting aryl azides proved higher stability and reactivity than the corresponding non-halogenated parent compound. These new compounds may thus constitute attractive scaffolds for designing novel photoaffinity reagents for various challenging bio-labeling applications.  相似文献

A particle breakage has a significant impact on the mechanical behavior of granular materials. In this paper, we present an elasto-plastic model with two yield surfaces to which the influence of particle breakage has been introduced. The main feature of this model is to incorporate the change in the critical state line (CSL) consequent to the grain breakage induced by isotropic and deviatoric stresses during loading. We present first the logic mtl, a real-time temporal logic that is at the heart of the real-time specification language Albert. Since this logic is undecidable, we approximate it (using the theory of Abstract Interpretation) by its fictitious clock counterpart, MTLfc.We then present a symbolic tableau-based model generation decision procedure in ECLFC, which is theoretically optimal. In practice however, we see that the introduction of integer-valued prophecy variables will make it more efficient. From these variables, we reconstruct by reverting the process a logic that we call ExpSpace, which can be decided in PSpace, and has the same expressivity as MTLfc. Theory thus shows that memory space is the critical factor. However, the classical compaction of memory space by BDDs is not ideal here, since our integer variables would need to be encoded by booleans. Therefore, we use Sharing Trees instead, a compact data structure that can accommodate arbitrary data types. Preliminary results on this implementation are reported.  相似文献

Acidic cesium salts Csx H3-xPW12O40 have been prepared by grinding together amounts of H3PW12O40 and porous Cs3PW12O40 compounds in varying stoichiometries. It is shown that this procedure leads to a dispersion of the acid on top of the high surface area Cs3PW12O40 salt (160 m2 g-1), and, subsequently, yields high surface area materials which exhibit a much higher catalytic activity for n-butane isomerisation at 473 K when compared with samples prepared directly by chemical precipitation. This improvement holds particularly true with low Cs content (x < 2). This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
