The effects of cellulose microfibres (CMFs, Average size: 100 ± 5 μm) and cellulose nanofibres (CNFs, Average size: 60 ± 3 nm) on the properties of myofibrillar protein (MP) gels from duck breast meat were studied. The results demonstrated that CMFs and CNFs were mostly connected to MP by non-covalent bonds, the diffusion and cross-linking of MP molecules was promoted, and a denser and more complete gel network was formed. With the increases of CMFs and CNFs concentration (0–10%), the hardness was increased by 13.15% and 19.78% for CMFs10% and CNFs10% gels, respectively, and the elasticity was increased by 40% and 80%, respectively. At the same concentration (0–10%), the increase in gel hardness, viscoelasticity and immobilised water content was greater in the CNFs-MP group than in the CMFs-MP group. The CNFs-MP group had a tighter gel network, and CNFs had a better potential to improve the gelation performance of MP.  相似文献

Synthetic active matters are perfect model systems for non-equilibrium thermodynamics and of great potential for novel biomedical and environmental applications. However, most applications are limited by the complicated and low-yield preparation, while a scalable synthesis for highly functional microswimmers is highly desired. In this paper, an all-solution synthesis method is developed where the gold-loaded titania-silica nanotree can be produced as a multi-functional self-propulsion microswimmer. By applying light, heat, and electric field, the Janus nanotree demonstrated multi-mode self-propulsion, including photochemical self-electrophoresis by UV and visible light radiation, thermophoresis by near-infrared light radiation, and induced-charge electrophoresis under AC electric field. Due to the scalable synthesis, the Janus nanotree is further demonstrated as a high-efficiency, low-cost, active adsorbent for water decontamination, where the toxic mercury ions can be reclaimed with enhanced efficiency.  相似文献

Coal mining can dramatically change hydrogeological conditions and induce serious environmental problems. Fifty groundwater samples were collected from the main aquifers in the Yuaner coal mine (Anhui Province, China). The results show that the main hydrogeochemical processes in the mine include dissolution, precipitation, pyrite oxidation, desulfurization, and cation exchange. The Neogene porous aquifer is affected by groundwater flow conditions; its main hydrogeochemical processes are dissolution of carbonate minerals and gypsum, and cation exchange. The Permian coal measure’s fractured sandstone aquifer was confirmed to be controlled by the region’s geological structure; its main hydrogeochemical processes are desulfurization and cation exchange. The Carboniferous Taiyuan limestone aquifer was determined by both groundwater flow conditions and regional geological structure; its main hydrogeochemical processes are dissolution of carbonate minerals and gypsum, pyrite oxidation, and cation exchange. Additionally, hydrogeochemical inverse modeling of the groundwater flow path confirm the hydrochemistry results and principal component analysis.

废水生物脱氮是目前水处理中重要的去除含氮废水的方法。随着国内外学者的深入研究,一些新型的生物脱氮工艺被开发和应用到污水处理中,从而经济高效地去除废水中的含氮污染物,达到国家的排放标准。同步硝化反硝化(SND)是具有发展潜力的新型脱氮工艺,但在运行过程中不可避免地会产生N2O。N2O是最重要的三种温室气体之一,其温室效应约为CO2的300倍。因此,在注重SND的脱氮效率的同时,也应该关注其产生的气态物对大气环境的影响。文章阐述了SND脱氮过程中N2O产生的机理及相关酶,并分析了SND工艺过程中主要影响N2O释放量的工艺因素。  相似文献

为研究冻融循环对CFRP与烧结粘土砖界面的影响,通过一种简单易行的单面剪切试验方法测定了冻融作用下粘贴了碳纤维布的粘土砖试件的应变值,得到荷载-滑移曲线,分析了冻融循环作用下CFRP与烧结粘土砖粘结性能的变化规律,建立了冻融循环作用下CFRP-粘土砖界面荷载滑移退化模型.通过对比分析,模型预测值与试验值吻合较好.  相似文献

The uniaxial tension experiments are performed on thermoplastic polyurethane to investigate its mechanical behaviors and related potential mechanisms, and the loading strain rate is designing to be wide ranging from 0.0001 to 1 s−1. It is found that the polyurethane presents an obvious rate-dependence, and the stress strain curves share distinct strain hardening characteristics under the investigated strain rates. Furthermore, the strain hardening ratios are sharing nearly same trends and appear to be influenced by both strain rate and the induced adiabatic heating. Besides, the ratio is also strain-dependent on previous loading history. Then, a two-dimension unit cell model is built to investigate potential equivalent mechanisms, of which the hard phase as inclusion is equivalent with crystallization zone, crosslinking sites, and so forth. The simulation results facilitate to explain the distinct strain hardening ratios, even for the matrix from the extrapolated curves under super-low strain rate loading. Finally, the analogic mechanisms of equivalent hard inclusions are proposed, which can reasonably explain the strain rate- and strain-dependence characteristics of polyurethane mechanical behaviors.  相似文献

介绍215/70R17.5 10PR 118/116L无内胎半钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径741 mm,断面宽204 mm,行驶面宽度164 mm,胎冠曲线采用反向弧设计,胎圈着合直径442.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度178 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.0,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度12 mm,花纹饱和度71.3%,花纹周节数63。施工设计:胎面胶采用乳聚丁苯橡胶与顺丁橡胶并用的生胶体系,带束层采用2层2+7×0.28HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层2220dtex/2聚酯帘线,胎体上加贴2层锦纶帘布过渡增强层,胎圈采用软、硬两种三角胶,采用二次法成型机成型、B型液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关标准要求,胎圈耐久性能显著提高。  相似文献

高光谱激光雷达以其谱位合一的技术优势为实现超三维精准遥感观测提供了可行途径,因此成为当前激光雷达与高光谱遥感领域共同大力推进的前沿发展方向。目前已有多型原型系统研发出来并得到了原理性验证,然而针对其数据处理核心环节问题的基础技术仍较为欠缺。典型问题之一是不同波段回波信号受激光入射角度的影响,该角度效应限制了高光谱激光雷达实现高性能遥感。以芬兰空间信息研究所高光谱激光雷达原型系统扫描桦树树干为例探讨了该角度效应,发现了不同激光波段对不同入射角度的回波强度响应模式,推导出了角度效应的基本规律及其精细尺度的统计规律,为后续该方向的系统研发、数据处理及信息提取等提供了可借鉴的底层机理与技术基础。  相似文献
