The surface treatment of a sepiolite with two different titanate coupling agents has been studied. The results obtained from several chemical and physical analytical methods used for the organophylized surface characterization have shown a monolayer reaction has taken place. Samples of mesoporous silica SBA-15 were prepared under hydrothermal conditions where Cu cations were incorporated to the structure by impregnation in order to compare the adsorption behavior in the presence and absence of this element. The adsorption/desorption equilibrium isotherms of propylene, propane, and N2 were measured to evaluate their usefulness in the propane/propylene separation. All the adsorption isotherms of SBA-15 measured in the absence of Cu cations were described by the Freundlich equation, while the adsorption isotherms of propane on Cu/SBA-15 were better represented by the Henry equation and those of propylene were satisfactorily described by the Langmuir model in the range P < 100 Torr. The adsorption uptake of propylene increased and that of propane decreased in Cu/SBA-15 as compared to the amounts observed in the SBA-15 sample. The presence of Cu atoms in the adsorbent lattice increased the selectivity towards propylene. Under some working conditions the adsorbed amount of propylene in Cu/SBA-15 sample was totally reversible and the propane uptake, negligible.  相似文献

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the physiological control of the main regulatory enzymes of cholesterol metabolism in isolated enterocytes obtained from chick duodenum, jejunum and ileum. Cholesterol feeding resulted in an inhibition of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase and mevalonate 5-pyrophosphate decarboxylase, while cholestyramine feeding increased reductase activity in all the regions studied and decarboxylase activity only in duodenum. Cholesterol feeding markedly increased acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase, but the effects of cholestyramine were less clear. The effects on transferase activity cannot be due to differences in the availability of acyl-CoA as exogenous substrate as no significant differences were found in acyl-CoA hydrolase activity after any of the dietary treatments. The effects of cholesterol feeding were related to changes in the cholesterol content of epithelial cells, whereas in the case of cholestyramine this relationship was less apparent.  相似文献

Cinchonidine and cinchonine have been grafted onto pure silica MCM-41. It has been shown that both supported alkaloids are active catalysts for the Michael addition of ethyl 2-oxocyclopentanecarboxylate and methyl vinyl ketone, anchored cinchonidine being more active and enantioselective than anchored cinchonine. The study of the influence of the polarity of the solvent and reaction temperature on the optical induction shows that there is not a direct correlation between solvent polarity and enantioselectivity, and the maximum optical yield was obtained between 278 and 273 K.  相似文献

This paper presents a testing methodology to apply Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) techniques while developing Multi-Agent Systems (MASs), termed BEhavioural Agent Simple Testing (BEAST) Methodology. This methodology is supported by the open source framework (BEAST Tool) which automatically generates test cases skeletons from BDD scenarios specifications. The developed framework allows the testing of MASs based on JADE or JADEX platforms. In addition, this framework offers a set of configurable Mock Agents with the aim of being able to execute tests while the MAS is under development. The BEAST Methodology presents transparent traceability from user requirements to test cases. Thus, the stakeholders can be aware of the project status. The methodology and the associated tool have been validated in the development of a MAS for fault diagnosis in FTTH (Fiber To The Home) networks. The results have been measured in quantifiable way obtaining a reduction of the tests implementation time.  相似文献

The hydrogenation of aromatics, i.e. benzene, toluene, -methylstyrene, anisole, and ethyl benzoate, can be carried out under a very low (1/12000) catalyst to substrate ratio, and mild reaction conditions (80°C, 6 atm of H2O), on Rh and Ni organometallic complexes anchored on USY zeolites. A strong cooperative effect between the faujasite surface and the transition metal surface complex is thought to be responsible for the simultaneous enhancement of concentrations of arene and H2 in the neighborhood of the catalytic centers, and for the observed electronic effects.  相似文献

One of the main problems of robots is the lack of adaptability and the need for adjustment every time the robot changes its working place. To solve this, we propose a learning approach for mobile robots using a reinforcement-based strategy and a dynamic sensor-state mapping. This strategy, practically parameterless, minimises the adjustments needed when the robot operates in a different environment or performs a different task.Our system will simultaneously learn the state space and the action to execute on each state. The learning algorithm will attempt to maximise the time before a robot failure in order to obtain a control policy suited to the desired behaviour, thus providing a more interpretable learning process. The state representation will be created dynamically, starting with an empty state space and adding new states as the robot finds new situations that has not seen before. A dynamic creation of the state representation will avoid the classic, error-prone and cyclic process of designing and testing an ad hoc representation. We performed an exhaustive study of our approach, comparing it with other classic strategies. Unexpectedly, learning both perception and action does not increase the learning time.  相似文献
