Self-adjusting dual-reading digital angle transducer

This article examines the design of the exact readout system of a digital angle transducer in which the possible quasi-sinusoidality of the angle sensor and the simplification of the conversion unit are automatically compensated for by additional devices so as to not significantly affect the accuracy with which angular position is converted into code. A Regression Model for Fuzzy Initial Data

A fuzzy combined linear regression model for fuzzy initial data, which are tolerant (L-R)-numbers with constraints on the functions L and R, is designed. The model is called combined since it is a combination of two regression models—a fuzzy model and a classical model. Its coefficients are determined as unimodal (L-R)-numbers. The solution method consists in determining weighted intervals for the tolerant (L-R)-numbers and then applying of the least-squares method.

The design is considered of a precision readout channel of a high-accuracy angle-digitizing converter utilizing an electromagnetic rotary transformer with lumped windings.

Dual-readout 23-bit digital angle transducer with a precise-reading multipole inductance pickup

This article examines the design of a dual-readout 23-bit digital angle transducer (DAT) with two-phase inductance pickups providing coarse and fine angle readings.
