月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硝酸酯助燃降污性能的研究

通过柴油发动机台架试验证明 ,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硝酸酯用作柴油添加剂 ,既可提高柴油的燃烧性能 ,又可降低排放尾气中的一氧化碳 (CO)、未燃碳氢化合物 (HC)、氮氧化物 (NOx)含量及烟度等多种功能 ,是一种良好的多功能柴油助燃消烟添加剂。     

A Multi-layer Information Integration Platform for Chemical Process Operation Systems

In the process industry, automation and process control systems are widely implemented, information integration is however far away from satisfactory. It remains a hard job for senior managers to make decisions based on the plant-wide real-time integrated information. This paper proposes a multi-layer information integration platform. In the data integration level, the standard for the exchange of product (STEP) and the extensible markup language (XML) are used to unify these data of the chemical process. In the model integration level, the models are integrated by using the neutral model repository and CAPE-OPEN. In the integration of process task, the common object request broker architecture (CORBA) is used as the communication mediator. The XML is taken as the data standard. A uniform information platform is thus constructed and realized. The proposed information integration platform is satisfactorily implemented to solve the Tennessee Eastman (TE) problem.     

A FUZZY MATCH BASED EXPERT SYSTEM FOR SYNTHESIS OF SEPARATION PROCESSES

A predictive parallel search algorithm,the fuzzy match inference strategy,is implemented ina prototype expert system.Selection of separation technologies and sequencing of separators are beingapproached in an integrated manner.The fuzzy match mechanism results in a relatively smaller subsetof favored schemes,constituting a hyperstructure for further quantitative evaluation and combinationoptimization.An industrial application example of aromatics extraction separation is presented.     

用主元分析方法完善DCS过程监控性能

在分析目前DCS过程监控性能尚存不足的基础上，结合主元分析（PCA）算法，提出了一种用PCA完善DCS过程监控性能的系统结构。该系统包括组态环境与运行环境，其中组态环境完成主元模型的建立与检验、统计量控制限的确定以及统计量监视图的组态等功能；运行环境通过数据库调用组态环境设计的参数来完成实时过程监控。仿真结果表明，该方法能够结合DCS进一步完善系统的过程监控性能。

精氨酸精制重结晶过程控制与优化

研究了L-精氨酸在无外加影响因素的条件下,结晶温度、结晶时间、搅拌速度及降温速度对L-精氨酸重结晶的影响。研究结果表明,在相同的条件下,L-精氨酸的结晶温度控制在60℃,结晶率可达88%以上;慢速搅拌有助于晶体的生成;采用在高温时快速冷却,待降至一定温度后,再慢速冷却降温,可以保证L-精氨酸结晶体的颗粒度较为均匀;L-精氨酸的结晶时间在5 h附近为宜。通过重结晶过程的控制和优化可以有效改善精氨酸的产品品质,进一步缩小与国际先进水平的产品品质差距。     

利用液化天然气冷能的天然气凝液回收工艺

提出了液化天然气(LNG)冷能用于回收天然气中天然气凝液的工艺.该工艺天然气凝液的回收率为96.8%,其中乙烷的回收率为93.2%.建立了该工艺的分析模型,分析了该工艺的能量利用情况,指出了工艺中用能薄弱的环节,为整个工艺流程的优化提供了理论依据.经分析,该工艺的效率为44.3%;与电压缩制冷工艺相比,节电效率为65%.
