The SO_4~(2-)concentration distributions in surface region of cement mortar immersed in sulfate solution at early stage were measured by layered sampling method combined with chemical analysis, and the diffusion coefficients of SO_4~(2-)anions in surface region of mortar into internal area were calculated by means of instantaneous plane diffusion theory. The experimental results showed that the SO_4~(2-)concentration gradually reduced when the diffusion depth increased in the surface region of mortar. Diffusion coefficient(D) was relevant with the concentration and kind of environmental sulfate solution, which reduced with immersion time at the beginning, and then rose slowly after a period of time. The calculation of initial diffusion coefficient(D_0) and starting time of deterioration(t_∞) caused by sulfate attack was further attempted based on the data of diffusion coefficient, and it was found that D_0 and t∞ were all relevant with concentrations of sulfate and different kind of sulfate as well. 相似文献

The continuous growth of the height of the coal mine surface slag heap will make the stress size and distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the underground roadway under it change significantly, which will seriously lead to large deformation or damage of the roadway, and affect the safe and efficient production of the mine. Based on the geological occurrence conditions of coal strata, mining production and the actual situation of surface super-high slag pile in Wuhushan Coal Mine, a threedimensional model of surface slag pile and underground mining face in Wuhushan Coal Mine is established. The characteristic parameters of roadway surrounding rock stress peak value and location, mining influence range under different slag pile heights have been simulated and calculated, and then the influence law of different slag pile height on roadway stability is analyzed. Combined with the measured data of roadway deformation, the safety critical height of the surface slag pile is initially determined. The research results have important reference value for the safe and efficient production of similar mines. 相似文献

采用选择性激光熔化技术制备了TC11合金试样,研究了激光参数和扫描策略对TC11合金成形性能的影响。结果表明:随着激光扫描速度的增加,合金表面黏附的金属球形颗粒增加,单道熔池宽度减小,试样表面变得粗糙。当激光扫描速度为0.6 m/s时,合金内部存在的孔隙为球形气孔;激光扫描速度大于1.2 m/s时,合金内部存在未熔不规则孔隙。随着激光功率的增加,单道熔池宽度增大,合金表面变得光滑;当激光功率不大于280 W时,样品内部存在极少量不规则未熔孔隙;激光功率为320 W时,样品内部存在极少量球形气孔。打印时采用每一层相对上一层旋转67°的扫描策略可以弥补上一层扫描时所造成的中心和边缘的高度差,避免高度差加大产生内部孔隙。为选择性激光熔化制备TC11合金选择合适的激光工艺参数和扫描策略提供了一定的参考依据。 相似文献

采用选择性激光熔化技术制备了7075铝合金,研究了激光扫描速度对7075铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用选择性激光熔化技术制备的7075铝合金为单相固溶体,内部有明显的裂纹存在,减小激光扫描速度可以减少裂纹的数量,但由于增加了内应力会使得裂纹开裂程度增加;锌和镁由于蒸发温度较低烧损较多,样品中锌和镁的含量随激光扫描速度的降低而降低;由于裂纹的方向性,试样在z方向的力学性能较x、y方向高;z方向的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率随激光扫描速度的降低而升高;x、y方向的抗拉强度随激光扫描速度的降低而减小。 相似文献

针对原始的白鲸算法(beluga whale optimization, BWO)在某些情况下,中后期的探索和开发能力不足、多样性和求解精度降低、容易陷入局部最优等问题,提出一种基于混沌反向学习和水波算法改进的白鲸优化算法(TWBWO),进一步提高白鲸算法的计算精度和收敛速度,增强全局搜索和跳出局部最优能力。结合混沌映射和反向学习策略提高种群的质量和多样性,加快收敛速度。引入水波算法(water wave optimization, WWO)的折射操作,避免寻优时轻易陷入局部最优,提高计算精度。实验结果表明,TWBWO算法较之原始算法和其他经典算法在收敛速度和求解精度以及稳定性方面更为优秀,性能和寻优能力更强。 相似文献
