化云宁治疗角膜瘢痕的疗效

化云宁系根据中医的活血化瘀治疗原则研制而成,用其治疗角膜瘢痕308例381眼,总有效率为91.3％,显效率为56.7％。无刺激性,用药方法简便。     

化云宁治疗角膜瘢痕的实验研究

用化云宁治疗116只家兔角膜创伤及瘢痕模型的研究证明,化云宁不影响角膜创伤的愈合,对角膜云翳疗效明显,远优于狄奥宁和碘化钠。根据病理、组织化学和电镜检查表明化云宁的作用机理是抑制角膜基质中纤维母细胞的异常增殖及胶原合成,促使纤维母细胞成熟,使角膜基质中的细胞、纤维及间质恢复正常或接近正常。     

化云宁对家兔角膜瘢痕微超结构的影响

用化云宁对家兔角膜瘢痕进行治疗,发现角膜基质层细胞数由多到少,功能由活跃到静止,胶原原纤维队排列紊乱到规则。推测药物对胶原形成细胞的增殖及胶原的合成功能有一定的抑制作用,因而混浊的角膜变得透明。用狄奥宁及碘化钠治疗未见类似变化。     

Treatment of Corneal Scar with Huayunning:Clinical Observations

On the principle of activating circulation and relieving stasis in traditionalChinese medicine,a new drug Huayunning has been prepared,Corneal scars of 381 eyes in308 patients were treated with an effective rate of 91.3% and significant effective rate of56.7% without any adverse reactions.The method of its administration is simple andconvenient.     

An Experimental Study on the Treatment of Corneal Scar with Huayunning

An experimental study on models of traumatic wounds and scars made oncorneas of 116 rabbits indicates that“Hua yunning”has no adverse effect on healing ofcorneal traumatic wound.Its therapeutic effect on corneal nebula was singificant and farbetter than that of dionine and sodium iodide.On pathological,histochemical and electronmicroscopic examinations it is found that the action of Huayunning on corneal scar seemsto be inhibition of the abnormal proliferation of fibroblasts in the stroma and synthesis ofcollagens,enhancing maturation of fibroblasts and causing the cells,fibers and groundsubstance in the corneal stroma to become normal or nearly normal.     

红宝石激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的长期疗效

本文报告66例68眼经药物治疗无效反复发作、在荧光造影下有荧光素渗漏点,证实为视网膜神经上皮剥离的中浆患者,在眼底镜观察下用红宝石激光进行光凝治疗。激光能量为0.01—0.05J,光斑直径为150μm。经4年余的随访观察,疗效显著,治愈率达100％,平均治疗日37.8天,经激光光凝一次治愈者61眼(89.7％),二次治愈者6眼(8.8％),三次治愈者1眼(1.4％)。无一例复发,未发生任何合并症。我们认为激光光凝治疗中浆,不仅能恢复视力,而且能缩短病程,又能防止复发,实为一疗效肯定的治疗方法。
