目的:评估钼/铑双靶X线乳腺导管造影结果与乳头溢液性质的关系。方法:运用钼/铑双靶乳腺导管造影对300例乳头溢液患者进行照片检查。结果:乳腺癌21例(7%),乳头状瘤150例(50%),导管扩张81例(27%),炎症13例(4.3%),囊肿12例(4%),乳腺增生症14例(4.7%),阴性9例(3%)。结论:①乳头溢液是导管内乳头状瘤的特征性临床表现。②乳腺癌在血性溢液占比例最高,共18例(85.7%)。③血性、浆液性、清水样三类溢液中,乳头状瘤比例都最高,注意与乳腺癌鉴别。  相似文献

Objective To discuss the response of breast cancer stem cells to radiation and its resistant mechanism. Methods Single breast cancer stem cells were isolated from the human breast adenocarcinoma cell line, MCF-7, and suspension-cultured into mammary cell microspheres in vitro. The radiosensitivity of these breast cancer stem cells were evaluated using a colony formation assay. Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of the following genes before and after radiation in the breast cancer stem cells, along with non-stem cells of the breast cancer cell line: ATM, p53, Her-2, Ku70/Ku80 and Survivin. Results The average survival fraction (SF2) of the suspensioncultured MCF-7 cells after 2 Gy of radiation was 0. 49, while the average SF2 of MCF-7 cells cultured as a monolayer was 0. 27 (P<0.01). Compared to the MCF-7 cells grown in a monolayer, the suspension-cultured MCF-7 cells had higher expression levels of ATM, p53, Her-2, Ku70/Ku80 and Survivin; The expression of ATM, p53, Her-2, Ku70/Ku80 and Survivin was 5. 29±1. 36,1. 37±0. 73,2.10±0. 57,4. 69±1. 45,and 1. 80±1.29 fold, respectively. Conclusion Breast cancer stem cells have stronger anti-radiation capabilities than breast cancer non-stem cells. The stronger DNA repair capacity is an important resistant mechanism about radiotherapy of breast cancer stem cells.  相似文献

目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折中应用钢板内固定治疗的效果。方法对我院收治的52例(58足)跟骨关节内骨折患者采用外侧L型切口跟骨钢板内固定进行治疗。结果全部患者均予以12~24个月的随访,其中优28足,良22足,可8足,优良率为86.2%。结论采用钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折能使跟骨正常的力学关系得到恢复,临床疗效理想。  相似文献

目的 观察转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)诱导乳腺癌耐阿霉素细胞株MCF7/ADM中乳腺癌干细胞富集的作用,比较乳腺癌干细胞和MCF7/ADM中 p21 基因和蛋白水平的表达差异.方法 流式细胞仪检测阿霉素耐药乳腺癌细胞(ADM细胞)、乳腺细胞球培养法富集的乳腺癌细胞(SC细胞)及加入TGF-β1细胞因子诱导的乳腺癌细胞(SC-T细胞)中乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)阳性细胞比例;比较上述3组细胞微球形成能力差异;逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及Western blot检测3组细胞中p21基因及蛋白水平的表达差异.结果 ADM组、SC组及SC-T组中ALDH1阳性细胞比例分别为8.49%、14.94%及23.44%;细胞微球形成率分别为5.29%、11.67%、23.13%;3组细胞中p21 mRNA及蛋白水平的表达均逐渐升高.结论TGF-β1能诱导乳腺癌干细胞的富集并使其具有更强的自我更新能力.P21在乳腺癌干细胞中高表达.  相似文献

女性乳腺癌患病因素的探讨   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:探讨诱发妇女罹患乳腺癌的危险因素。方法:对256例诊断为乳腺癌,年龄在23~54岁之间的妇女,经五家参研医院及2家病例支援医院病理证实乳腺癌者,进行"乳腺癌的钼靶与病理诊断符合率及相关因素多中心研究"调查表的问卷调查。结果:乳腺钼靶X线机诊断乳腺癌或高度疑为恶变者,后经病理证实的256例妇女进行问卷调查,进行分析统计,列出十大项主要因素作为研究与乳腺癌发病可能有关的关系:(1)家族史;(2)婚姻与生育;(3)生殖因素;(4)哺乳;(5)月经紊乱;(6)甲亢;(7)口服避孕药;(8)生活习惯;(9)长期穿戴胸衣紧缩;(10)压抑感情或冲动性格。结论:家庭成员中(母亲、姐妹)有患乳腺癌的妇女其发病率较一般高。未婚未育或已婚未育的妇女患乳腺癌的比例要高。女性月经初潮越早、闭经越晚,乳腺癌的危险性越高。发现乳腺癌中只有92例有哺乳经验,占36(,认为哺乳可以降低卵巢功能;反之,升高会增加患乳癌的风险。月经紊乱,反映妇女内分泌失衡,也算风险之一。"甲亢"认为是激素水平异常,也是致乳腺癌的危险因素。口服避孕药与乳腺癌关系比较复杂,在256例乳腺癌患者中,有230例服用过此药,占90%。不良的生活习惯,也是致乳腺癌的因素。长期穿戴紧缩胸衣,影响乳房血液、淋巴循环,至营养及"排毒"受阻,也是易患乳腺癌的因素。精神因素将直接影响健康与否,这是不容置疑的事实,乳腺癌也不能例外。  相似文献

Recent population-based genome wide association studies have revealed potential suscepti- bility loci of lung cancer at the region of chromosome 15q25.1 containing nicotinic acetylcholine re- ceptor genes. The loci increasing lung cancer risk has been widely identified in Caucasians, but whether this association also exists in Asians and whether this association is a direct role or mediated via tobacco smoking indirectly has not been fully established. We conducted a case-control study comprising of 210 histologically confirmed lung cancer cases and 200 healthy controls to examine rsl051730 genotyping, a single nucleotide polymorphism receiving much attention recently, and its influence on lung cancer risk as well as nicotine dependence in a Chinese Han population. Our results showed that the heterozy- gous C/T genotype and minor allele T conferred a significant higher risk of lung cancer than the CC homozygotes and allele C (adjusted OR=2.25, 95% CI=1.0~4.89, P=-0.040 and OR=2.18, 95% CI=1.02~4.67, P=0.045 respectively). However, no association between the smoking habit and the CHRNA3 rs1051730 polymorphism was observed in this study. The results suggested that the rs1051730 polymorphism may modify susceptibility to lung cancer via a smoking-independent manner among Chinese Han population. Additional studies in vitro and in vivo are warranted to further elucidate the impact ofrsl051730 on lung cancer susceptibility.  相似文献
