In this paper, a new inverse identification method of constitutive parameters is developed from full kinematic and thermal field measurements. It consists in reconstructing the heat source field from two different approaches by using the heat diffusion equation. The first one requires the temperature field measurement and the value of the thermophysical parameters. The second one is based on the kinematic field measurement and the choice of a thermo-hyperelastic model that contains the parameters to be identified. The identification is carried out at the local scale, ie, at any point of the heat source field, without using the boundary conditions. In the present work, the method is applied to the challenging case of hyperelasticity from a heterogeneous test. Due to large deformations undergone by the rubber specimen tested, a motion compensation technique is developed to plot the kinematic and the thermal fields at the same points before reconstructing the heterogeneous heat source field. In the present case, the constitutive parameter of the Neo-Hookean model has been identified, and its distribution has been characterized with respect to the strain state at the surface of a cross-shaped specimen.  相似文献

A new compact millimeter-wave distance-measurement sensor prototype has been developed. The sensor is a step-frequency radar implemented using coherent heterodyne technique. It operates in Ka-band (26.5-40 GHz) and is realized using MICs and MMICs. The sensor transmits sinusoidal signals of incremental frequencies and demodulates the received signals into base-band I/Q signals for processing. Experimental results show that the sensor is capable of measuring distance with less than 0.2 inch of absolute error and a low transmitted power of only -20±3 dBm  相似文献

A theoretical analysis of general multiple parallel coupled transmission lines in an inhomogeneous medium is presented. The analysis is based on the generalized telegraphists' equation. It is relatively simple and has the advantage of giving explicit solutions for the properties of the coupled-line system. Considerations are also given to a coupled-line structure whose lines have the same characteristic impedance. Results for two and three coupled lines are found in agreement with those published previously.  相似文献

A new circuit configuration uses a single operational transresistance amplifier (OTRA) and four passive elements to realize both first- and second-order allpass filters. Owing to internal grounding of the OTRA input terminals, effects of input parasitics are significantly reduced. Applications of the circuit include the realization of the phase equalizer, the quadrature oscillator, and the high-Q bandpass filter for analog signal processing. The performance of the allpass filter is illustrated by circuit-level simulation of a quadrature oscillator with CMOS realization of the OTRA.  相似文献

INTRODUCTION: Acute mast cell leukemia is a rare and severe disease. We report herein a case associated with a flush syndrome. CASE REPORT: A 44-year-old man, presented with a flush of face and trunk. Bone marrow was infiltrated with immature mast cells. In spite of chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation the patient deceased. DISCUSSION: Pheochromocytoma, carcinoid tumor, and mastocytosis are associated with a flush syndrome. In our patient the diagnosis was an acute mast cell leukemia. Acute mast cell leukemia can follow systemic mastocytosis or occur de novo. This disease is of poor prognosis. This paper proposes a first-order allpass log-domain filter, which is systematically derived using the state-space synthesis procedure. To the best knowledge of the authors, the filter is the first log-domain first-order allpass filter in the literature. The proposed filter has a simple structure and can be electronically tuned. We reported the influence of interface trap density(Nt) on the electrical properties of amorphous InSnZnO based thin-film transistors,which were fabricated at different direct-current(DC) magnetron sputtering powers.The device with the smallest Nt of 5.68×1011 cm-2 and low resistivity of 1.21×10-3Ω·cm exhibited a turn-on voltage(VON) of-3.60 V,a sub-threshold swing(S.S) of 0.16 V/dec and an on-off ratio(ION/IOFF) of8 x 108.With increasing Nt,the VON,S.S and ION/IOFF were suppressed to-9.40 V,0.24 V/dec and 2.59×108,respectively.The VTH shift under negative gate bias stress has also been estimated to investigate the electrical stability of the devices.The result showed that the reduction in Nt contributes to an improvement in the electrical properties and stability.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) is a hydrophilic polymer that has been extensively used in the biomedical and marine environment due to its antifouling properties. In the biomedical field, PEG has been successfully used to functionalize surfaces due to its resistance to cell and nonspecific protein adsorption. However, the long-term stability of PEG has limited its use in some areas. In the shipping industry, there is a great need for long-term solutions to keep the hulls of the ships fouling-free. The long-term stability of PEG in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fouling-release coatings is studied here, in both accelerated laboratory tests and real seawater conditions. This article shows how PEG-based copolymers, which have been exposed in fouling-release coatings to real-life seawater conditions, are isolated and compared to those exposed to accelerated laboratory testing with successful results. The influence of the chemistry of the PEG compounds, the chosen laboratory degrading agents, and the possible degradation pathways and products are discussed.  相似文献
