Selected conducting polymers (polyaniline and poly-N-methylaniline), and copolymers of aniline with o-, m-, and p-phenylenediamines, as well as with metanilic acid, have been electropolymerized at a gold electrode, and studied with Raman spectroscopy (532 nm excitation) in a pH-neutral solution. Characteristic Raman features have been obtained and analysed for (co)polymers within electrode potential range of ?0.4 to 0.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl. Changes in Raman spectra depending on electrode potential have been analysed and assigned to different redox forms of (co)polymers. It has been shown that both oxidised and reduced forms of (co)polymers can exist, depending on electrode potential, even in a pH-neutral solution, where most of the polymers studied show no clearly defined electrochemical redox processes.  相似文献

We apply femtosecond laser direct writing in photopolymers for manufacturing of conical microlenses and closely packed arrays thereof. We demonstrate the fabrication of high optical quality axicons of 15?μm in radius, having 150°, 160°, and 170° cone angles. Their optical properties and performance are modeled using the finite-difference time-domain method and compared with experimentally measured data. Additionally, optimization of the laser direct writing parameters regarding these types of micro-objects is presented. Possible applications of closely packed arrays of axicon microlenses are discussed, having potential attractivity in the fields of modern microscopy, light-based material processing, particle manipulation in microfluidic, and optofluidic applications.  相似文献

This article deals with the investigation of the hydrogen concentration and temperature influence onto mechanical and fracture mechanics characteristics of RBMK-1500 Ignalina NPP unit 2 reactor fuel channel material—Zr–2.5Nb zirconium alloy (TMT-2) at temperatures from ambient up to 300 °C. The investigation of mechanical characteristics was performed on tensile specimens, fracture mechanics characteristics KQ, , JIC—on compact specimens (B = 4 mm) of hydrogen-free and saturated by hydrogen (52, 100 and 140 ppm) at 20, 170, 200 and 300 °C. The investigation showed that temperature increasing calls mechanical strength decreasing, whereas the reductions of area increase. Stronger influence of hydrogen concentration onto mechanical characteristics is noticed only at 20–170 °C temperature, however this influence diminishes as the temperature increases and weakest hydrogen influence is given at 300 °C. Fracture toughness characteristics KQ, more depends on temperature than on hydrogen concentration. Critical JIC integral values for the specimens containing hydrogen were given lowest at 20 °C, increases when temperature were raised up to 140 °C and were given highest when it reaches 300 °C.The analysis of and JIC dependence due to the mechanical characteristics of zirconium alloy has showed that the modified plasticity Zmod = (Rp0.2/Rm)Z satisfactorily approximates the influence of temperature and hydrogen concentration on variation of these characteristics.  相似文献

Simple nanoporous alumina matrix modification procedure, in which the electrically highly insulating alumina barrier layer at the bottom of the pores is replaced with the conductive layer of the gold beds, was described. This modification makes possible the direct electron exchange between the underlying aluminum support and the redox species encapsulated in the alumina pores, thus, providing the generic platform for the nanoporous alumina sensors (biosensors) with the direct amperometric signal readout fabrication. We present our investigations into the direct laser writing of a novel germanium-containing hybrid sol–gel photosensitive material for optical applications at micro scale. We employ this material in the fabrication of photonic micro-structures, such as aspheric lenses and prisms; these are well-shaped and provided good optical performance. The material exhibits good transparency and structurability, and three-dimensional structures with sub-100 nm resolution are achieved. We demonstrate the suitability of the direct laser writing method for the rapid production of custom shaped microoptical components. Since germanium glasses are widely used in fiber optics, the combination of direct laser writing with this specially designed, functional material opens an interesting way in fabricating structures for controlling light flow.  相似文献

Crack growth rates (CGR's) were determined under sustained and cyclic loads using 17 mm compact tension and cantilever beam specimens taken from Zr–2.5Nb tubes charged to 6–100 ppm H. The cyclic load effect on the CGR was investigated at 250 °C where load ratios, R were varied from 0.13 to 1 with a constant Kmax. Under sustained loads, the CGR of the Zr–2.5Nb tube increased with supersaturation of hydrogen, ΔC and leveled off above 20–35 ppm H of the ΔC. Under cyclic loads with 1 cycle/min, the CGR at 250 °C decreased with decreasing R: 3.2 × 10−8 m/s at R = 1 and 4.8 × 10−9 m/s at R = 0.13. The striation spacing, corresponding to the critical hydride length, decreased with decreasing R, indicating easier cracking of the hydrides under cyclic loads. The decreased CGR under cyclic loads and its dependence on the ΔC are discussed using Kim's delayed hydride cracking model.  相似文献

A review of physical principles of design as well as some ways of technical realization of controlled resonance semiconductor devices at millimeter and submillimeter wavelengths is presented. The operation of such devices is based on cyclotron and magnetoplasma resonances as well as on Fabry-Perot resonance. The degradation of polyaniline at anodic potentials was studied with in situ UV–Vis spectroscopy of polymer‐coated ITO glass electrodes. Spectral changes at high potential values were observed and discussed. Degradation follows first‐order kinetics, with rate constants ranging from 8.40 × 10−6 to 2.93 × 10−3 s−1 at electrode potentials of ENHE = +0.85 to +1.20 V. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
