The effect of growing area on the natural antioxidant and oxidative stability of Chétoui virgin olive oil was studied. Total phenolic content, tocopherol composition, fatty acid composition and oxidative stability were analyzed. The results obtained in this study showed that Chétoui virgin olive oil composition is greatly influenced by growing environment, i.e., mainly by the climatic and pedologic factors. The cumulative rainfall appears to have a major influence on phenolic and o‐diphenol content. Among studied samples, Amdoun oil had the highest total phenolic content, which exceeded 700 mg/kg. Moreover, it contained the highest amounts of o‐diphenols 286.08 ± 6.74 mg/kg and total tocopherols 405.65 ± 4.17 mg/kg. The amounts of total phenols and o‐diphenols showed a good correlation (P 0.001) with stability while tocopherols showed a very low relation to oxidative stability.  相似文献

A preliminary design for a heavy ion driver inertial fusion(HIDIF) target is presented. The effect of target material and dimensions on transfer efficiency and symmetrical irradiation in the hohlraum are investigated.The analysis led to the evaluation of optimal target materials and dimensions to achieve a positive power balance of an ICF power plant.The results show that the best choice is a high Z material for cavity wall materials and a low Z material for the capsule ablator.It is concluded that for achieving the highest transfer efficiency and best symmetrization we need an area ratio between 5≤A2/A1≤9.  相似文献

Chymosin is one of the enzymes with many applications in the food industry. Its recombinant type has been designed and constructed in different forms. In this investigation, the production efficiency of two types of complete and exon‐6 less prochymosin was assessed. It was found that the average efficiencies of the optimum growth conditions calculated for the two constructs harbouring pET‐prochymosin and pET‐exon‐6 less prochymosin were significantly different (P value <0.05) at 192.02 ± 3.57 and 348.87 ± 7.76, respectively. Also during fermentation, the level of the exon‐6 less prochymosin production was much higher than the other construct as demonstrated by SDS–PAGE.  相似文献

Bioactive glasses in the systems SiO2–CaO–P2O5–MgO (BGZn0) and SiO2–CaO–P2O5–MgO–ZnO (BGZn5), were prepared by sol–gel method and then characterized. Surface reactivity was studied in simulated body fluid (SBF) to determine the effect of zinc (Zn) addition as a trace element. The effect of Zn addition to the glass matrix on the formation of apatite layer on the glass surface was investigated through X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT–IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Also, inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP–sOES) was used to determine the concentrations of released ions in SBF solution after different time intervals in SBF solution. The antibacterial activity of Zn containing glass against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was measured by the halo zone test. The presence of Zn in glass composition improved chemical durability, slowed down the formation rate of Ca–P layer and decreased the size of crystalline apatite particles. Zn containing glass exhibited an excellent antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa which could demonstrate its ability to treat bone infection.  相似文献
