This paper briefly explains the configuration of CDMA Mobile System (CMS) test bed. The measured fading and delay results of CDMA signal in Taejon area are shown. In comparison to other cellular systems, there are more parameters in the CDMA systems that affect system performance and capacity. We performed the optimization test of the selected parameters and present the effect of each parameter on the performance. This paper presents the capacity and performance test results of CMS. The capacity test was performed on ETRI site of three sectors in Taejon area. The performance tests include call completion rate, busy hour call attempt, and the delay characteristics of voice.  相似文献

To improve upon understanding of the quality characteristics of dry-aged pork, pork belly and arm shoulder were dry-aged for 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Their physicochemical, free amino acid (FAA) content and microbiological analysis were performed to evaluate palatability and hygiene. After 28 days of ageing, total FAA content increased by 56.1% and 71.4% for pork belly and arm shoulder, respectively. The amount of individual FAAs increased, except for glutamine. At 28 days, total bacteria and coliform continuously increased to 4.40 and 4.43 log (CFU g−1) for pork belly sample, respectively, and 5.92 and 4.26 log (CFU g−1) for arm shoulder sample, respectively; moreover, E. coli was first detected and Salmonella spp. and Listeria spp., which are considered indicators of meat food poisoning, were not detected. Altogether, extended dry ageing period can impose a potential hygiene concern, though palatability is increased, requiring optimisation in the dry ageing process.  相似文献

The glucotransferase amylosucrase (AS) influences the structural properties of starch, but its precise effects are unclear. The structural characteristics and in vitro digestibility of waxy corn starch modified by AS from Neisseria polysaccharea were examined. AS-treated starch exhibited a higher slowly digestible starch (SDS) fraction, the weak B-type polymorph, lower relative crystallinity, and lower double helix content than those of native starches based on X-ray diffractometry, solid-state 13C CP/MAS NMR, and FT-IR. AS-treated starches exhibited increased proportions of degree of polymerization (DP) 25–36 and DP≥37 chains. Higher SDS and resistant (RS) fractions, higher proportions of DP 25–36 and DP≥37 chains, more double helices, higher relative crystallinity, and less difference between double helix and relative crystallinity were observed for starch treated with 460 U than with 230 U of AS. AS re-built the double-helical and rearranged crystalline structure of gelatinized starch and consequently influenced the SDS and RS fractions.  相似文献
