Abstract— The effects of lithium (Li) doping concentration and gate dielectrics on the performance of solution‐processed zinc‐oxide (ZnO) thin‐film transistors (TFTs) has been investigated. ZnO films with strong c‐axis orientation and lower background conductivity was obtained with 15 at.% of Li. Different crystallization behavior of ZnO was observed in the case of various dielectric surfaces. The 15‐at.% Li‐doped ZnO films (thickness ~20 nm) prepared on SiO2 and SiNx were found to be present in crystalline form, whereas the film prepared on aluminum titanium oxide (ATO) was found to be amorphous. A field‐effect mobility of 1.81 cm2/V‐sec and an Ion/Ioff ratio of 2 × 106 were obtained for the 15‐at.% Li‐doped ZnO TFTs with a bilayer gate dielectric of SiO2 and SiNx. The comparison of dielectric studies showed that the performance of TFTs prepared on SiNx and ATO are higher than that of the TFTs prepared on SiO2.  相似文献

In the present study, liquation behavior including the constitutional liquation phenomena in the weld heataffected zone (HAZ) of nodular cast iron with 4% Si was investigated. The thermal cycle of the weld HAZ was simulated using a Gleeble simulator at various peak temperatures and a fast heating rate of 1000 °C/sec was selected to observe the constitutional liquation phenomenon. Differential thermal analysis has shown that the eutectic constituents of γ + Laves and γ + Fe3C begin to melt at 1120 °C and 1140 °C, respectively. Meanwhile, constitutional liquation by γ/graphite reaction occurred above 1140 °C, due to carbon enrichment around the graphite nodules.  相似文献

In the past, most studies into kinetic spraying technology focused on basic research, but a large portion of current research is devoted to industrial applications of the technology. To advance, however, studies about industrial applications of kinetic spraying require profound understanding of the scientific foundations of the kinetic spray process. Nevertheless, no one has yet provided a well-organized summary of the correlations among impact conditions, interface reactions, microstructural evolution, and mechanical properties across the whole field of kinetic spraying technology. This paper provides such an overview of these correlations for kinetic spraying of metals. For each correlation, the interactions between the given conditions and the material properties of the metal feedstock powder are the most influential. These interactions are so complicated that it is difficult to systematically classify all cases into certain types. Nonetheless, we try to explain and summarize the critical factors and their roles in each relationship.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of protective nickel film on diamond particles was studied with the goal of preventing fracture and obtaining a uniform diamond distribution in a bronze/diamond composite coating during kinetic spraying. Two types of bronze/diamond composite were deposited on aluminum substrate. For comparison with experimental results, the impact behavior between diamonds in the gas flow field was simulated by finite element analysis (using ABAQUS/Explicit 6.7-2). Size distribution and deposition efficiency of the diamond particles in the composite coatings were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy and image analysis methods. Diamond fracturing was avoided because the impact energy was mostly absorbed by the outer protective nickel film on the diamond particle during impact. The uniform distribution and deposition efficiency of diamond particles in the coating layer could also be achieved by tailoring the physical properties (density, size, etc.) of the feedstock.  相似文献

In this study, the individual particle impact behaviors of a soft particle on a hard substrate during a kinetic spraying operation were observed. The ratio of the bonds was compared to the difference between the adhesion and rebound energies. To improve the existing model, the equation for the effective yield stress was modified and a finite element analysis was applied to estimate the temperature and strain gradients. The energy difference was derived from the strain and temperature of the elements and compared to the experimental ratio of the bonds.  相似文献

Vertical organic field-effect transistors (VOFETs) with nanoscale channel openings have been fabricated using pentacene as an active layer material. To achieve uniform nanoscale two-dimensional channel openings, a laser holography lithography has been introduced. Uniformly distributed and well-aligned holes with 250 nm diameter were successfully obtained with the laser holography lithography. VOFET devices with these channel openings have shown high on/off ratio of about 103 without any further treatment. Gate leakage current was also decreased with an additional insulating layer generated on the gate electrode sidewall via plasma oxidation.  相似文献
