Dydrogesterone, similar to women's natural progesterone, has been used in a wide range of gynecological conditions. Despite its widespread use, dydrogesterone-induced hepatotoxicity and dydrogesterone-induced hemolytic anemia have, to the best of our knowledge, never been reported previously. We describe a case of hepatitis and warm antibody hemolytic anemia due to dydrogesterone.  相似文献

从百合科菝葵属植物土茯苓(Smilaxg labra Roxb.)根茎的乙醇提取物中分得一个新的天然化合物(I),命名为异落新妇甙(isoastilbin)。根据元素分析,UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2DNMR及FAB-MS,确定化合物I的结构为5,7,3',5'-四羟基二氢黄酮醇-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙。  相似文献

PURPOSE: The solid-state gamma camera is now commercially available offering the advantages of a compact and portable system, currently used mainly in the cardiac region. We evaluate the ability of the solid-state gamma camera to depict axillary sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) in breast cancer patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Preoperative SLN lymphoscintigraphy (LSG) was performed in 19 patients with breast cancer using the solid-state gamma camera. Immediately thereafter, we performed a second LSG using a single detector Anger-type gamma camera, and compared the findings from the two cameras. RESULTS: Concordant results were obtained in 12 (63%) patients with both cameras. In 4 (21%) patients, axillary SLNs were correctly identified only with the solid-state gamma camera. In these patients, the distance between the SLN and the radiopharmaceutical injection site was closer than that of patients who had concordant results (p = 0.001). CONCLUSION: We can depict correctly axillary SLNs with the solid-state gamma camera in comparison with the Anger-type gamma camera. This technique would be useful for assessing SLNs in breast cancer patients.  相似文献

Idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis (IRPF) is an inflammatory fibrosclerosing condition, leading to renal failure by obstruction of the ureters. Idiopathic chronic pancreatitis associated with marked inflammatory infiltrates has recently been referred to as autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP), and infiltrating plasmacytes carrying immunoglobulin-gamma type 4 (IgG4) are relevant to its pathogenesis. The case is described herein of IRPF associated with subclinical pancreatitis that was most probably AIP in a 70-year-old man. Biopsy specimens of the retroperitoneal pseudotumor revealed a marked lymphoplasmacytic infiltration with dense fibrosis. Infiltrating plasma cells were immunoreactive for anti-IgG4 antibodies. Subsequent systemic examinations showed an extremely elevated serum IgG4 level and pancreatitis concordant with AIP. Following oral steroid administration, the serum IgG4 level normalized, although the appearance of the pseudotumor did not alter. Some AIP cases have been associated with idiopathic fibrosclerosing disorders including IRPF, but histological evidence of IgG4-related IRPF has rarely been provided.  相似文献

为探讨构效关系,合成了1-对氟苯基-6-氟-1,4-二氢-4-氧-7-(1-哌嗪)噌啉-3-羧酸及其喹啉、萘啶、吡啶[2,3-C]哒嗪环系类似物16个。测定了对大肠杆菌的MIC。用Hückel分子轨道理论(HMO)方法计算了四个母体环上电子密度。结果表明:环中氮的位置对药效团——3位羧基和4位羰基氧原子上电子密度的影响较大而影响其抗菌活性。喹啉、萘啶两环系的3位羧基和4位羰基氧原子上的电子密度较高,其体外抗菌活性较高;而噌啉及吡啶[2,3-C]哒嗪两环系的电子密度较低,其体外抗菌活性较低甚至消失。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The femoral head is reported to be in a markedly hypoemic state as compared with other tissues even under normal conditions, and it is therefore necessary to understand its hemodynamics to investigate the pathogenesis of hip disorders. It is known that aspects of intraosseous hemodynamics including blood flow and blood pool can be evaluated soon after radioisotope administration. In this study, hemodynamic changes in the femoral head according to gender and age were examined by investigating accumulation of radioisotope in the tissue during the early phase of bone scintigraphy. METHODS: The subjects of this study consisted of 58 joints of 31 men and 75 joints of 41 women, whose ages ranged from 15 to 87 years (average age: 67.9 years). Images of bone scintigraphy were obtained for 15 to 20 minutes at 5 minutes and at 3 hours after radioisotope administration. The ratio of accumulation in the femoral head to that in the diaphysis (head-to-diaphysis ratio, HD ratio) was calculated. RESULTS: HD ratios obtained 15-20 minutes later ranged from 0.01 to 7.35 (1.88 +/- 0.91, mean +/- SD). HD ratios decreased with age, and a significant inverse correlation was observed between age and HD ratio, demonstrating a correlation coefficient of -0.27 (p = 0.001). The HD ratio among men was 0.01-3.57 (1.66 +/- 0.71), while that among women was 0.53-7.35 (2.05 +/- 1.01), and a significant difference was observed in HD ratio between men and women (p = 0.02). There was a significant difference in HD ratios between men and women in their teens to forties (p = 0.03), while no significant differences was observed in the other age groups.. HD ratios obtained 3 hours later ranged from 0.44 to 6.32 (1.95 +/- 0.79, mean +/- SD), and no significant correlation was observed between age and HD ratio, demonstrating a correlation coefficient of -0.14. CONCLUSION: The present study demonstrated that blood flow and blood pool of the femoral head decrease with aging particularly in women. This hemodynamic deterioration of the femoral head caused by aging may have an effect on the onset and progression of hip disorders by influencing bone metabolism.  相似文献

不同幅值脉冲电刺激对内皮细胞形态和功能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 探求不同幅值脉冲电刺激对内皮细胞的形态、增殖以及活性物质NO和ET-1分泌量的影响.方法 选择在50 Hz频率,幅值分别为25 mV,50 mV,100 mV,200 mV,400 mV,800 mV,1 600 mV,3 200 mV的电刺激6 h作用于内皮细胞.用扫描电镜观察细胞形态.检测MTT,分析细胞增殖.检测内皮细胞NO和ET-1的分泌量.结果 在低幅值脉冲电刺激(25 mV,50 Hz)作用下,内皮细胞明显增殖.同时大量伪足突起出现,分泌物也同时增多.但当电刺激高于100 mV后,脉冲电刺激明显抑制细胞生长.NO的表达在电刺激作用后明显增加,随电刺激幅值增加而提高,在400 mV左右出现峰值.ET-1的表达在25 mV出现峰值后逐渐下降.结论 脉冲电刺激对内皮细胞的形态、增殖、ET-1和NO表达都有影响.同时,预示低幅值脉冲电刺激是有效辅助血管生成的手段.  相似文献
