This paper considers thermochemical recuperation (TCR) of waste-heat using natural gas reforming by steam and combustion products. Combustion products contain steam (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), and ballast nitrogen (N2). Because endothermic chemical reactions take place, methane steam-dry reforming creates new synthetic fuel that contains valuable combustion components: hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO), and unreformed methane (CH4). There are several advantages to performing TCR in the industrial furnaces: high energy efficiency, high regeneration rate (rate of waste-heat recovery), and low emission of greenhouse gases (CO2, NOx). As will be shown, the use of TCR is significantly increasing the efficiency of industrial furnaces – it has been observed that TCR is capable of reducing fuel consumption by nearly 25%. Additionally, increased energy efficiency has a beneficial effect on the environment as it leads to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.  相似文献

In neonatally allylestrenol treated animals in adult age a single benzpyrene treatment significantly decreases the female and significantly increases the male rat's sexual activity. Three month old females display the negative sexual behavioral effect of neonatal allylestrenol treatment less than the six month old ones. The benzpyrene treatment in adult age decreases the sexual activity of male rats. The results of testing corrosion resistance longevity in coatings of the Ni-M-Cr-Al-Y system at temperatures of 800, 850, and 900°C are given. 1.  The order of the calculated and experimental stresses and the character of their variation at the sections of the unit are in satisfactory agreement. This is applicable to both toroidal and poloidal forces. The experiment confirmed that the section 2-2 of the unit is maximally loaded.
2.  The maximum divergences between the calculated and experimental data are observed at the section of the unit adjoining the cylinder (2-2) where the aforementioned differences between the model and the actual unit has the strongest effect. The divergences decrease if the supports of the unit on the cylinder flanges are not taken into account in the calculations (these results are drawn in Fig. 5 with dashed lines).
3.  In accordance with the experiment data, the presence of a gap along the lines 1–2 and 3–4 raises the maximum stress in the model by 30...40% as compared to the same in a variant without the gap (35% according to calculations [2]).
4.  The divergences between the calculated and experimental values of the displacements of the characteristic points of the unit do not exceed 20%.
In this manner, the results of the modeling investigations confirm the utility of the calculated model used in designing the TFSC unit of the T-15 installation.  相似文献
