NO<Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">x</Emphasis></Subscript> emission from incineration of organic liquid waste in a circulating fluidized bed

An incineration test of a toxic chemical organic waste liquid was conducted on a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) incinerator. The flue gas was measured online with the advanced SAE-19 flue gas analyzer. The effects of several factors, in terms of flow rate of waste liquid, ratio of waste liquid injected into dense bed of the CFB, excess air coefficient, the secondary air fraction and bed temperature on NO _x emissions, were verified. The experimental results show that NO emissions in flue gas increase with increase in the flow rate of the waste liquid injected into the bed or the excess air coefficient or the bed temperature and those decrease with increase in the ratio of waste liquid injected into the dense bed of the CFB or the secondary air fraction. During the test runs, NO _x concentration in flue gas met the national regulation on NO _x emissions due to suppressive effect of low temperature and staged combustion in CFB on NO _x formation. This paper was presented at the 6 ^th Korea-China Workshop on Clean Energy Technology held at Busan, Korea, July 4–7, 2006.     

DRILLING CHARACTERISTICS OF COMBINATIONS OF DIFFERENT HIGH PRESSURE JET NOZZLES

The high speed fluid jet for directly or indirectly breaking rock is one of the most effective ways to improve the deep penetration rate.In order to maximize the efficiency of energy use,the flow characteristics of different combinations of high pressure jet nozzles are analyzed through numerical simulations.According to the velocity vectors at the bottom and the bottom hole pressure diagram,the effects of the high pressure nozzle combinations on the flow structure and the penetration rate are analyzed.It is shown that the combination of three vertical edge nozzles is very efficient,but inefficient in cleaning the bottom hole and eroding the wall.The jet velocity is 400 m/s and the radius is 5 mm,with a center nozzle added,the problem can be solved,but the high-pressure fluid displacement would increase.The center nozzle’s jet velocity is 200 m/s and the radius is 8 mm,the combination of two vertical edge nozzles and a center tilt nozzle or that of a vertical edge nozzle and a center tilt nozzle would provide a flow structure favorable for drilling.The angle of inclination is 10o.To take advantage of high pressure jet energy to improve the efficiency of drilling,it is important to select a suitable nozzle combination according real conditions.     

基于本地网的分布式蠕虫检测系统设计

为能有效检测本地网中的已知蠕虫和未知蠕虫,设计了一个分布式蠕虫检测系统.探讨了系统的部署策略和结构,并详细描述了系统检测算法的设计过程.检测算法分为可疑主机检测和感染主机检测两个阶段,前者通过监控主机的网络连接异常发现可疑主机,后者采用误用检测和关联分析判断可疑主机是否为感染主机.仿真实验结果表明了该系统的有效性.     

考虑互动特性的水火电力系统优化调度策略

针对水火电联合运行的电力系统,首次利用优化的方法分析水电和火电间的相互作用规律和负荷的空间分布特性对电力系统节能运行的影响规律,揭示了其联合运行时的水电和火电的运行特征.以此为基础,构建了可充分发挥梯级水电站互动特性的优化调度模型.以一个含有梯级水电站的水火电力系统为例进行分析,结果表明可通过充分发挥水电能源的互补作用,实现非可再生能源的节约和促进能源的可持续高效利用.     

融合全局和局部描述的图像检索方法

针对基于内容的图像检索中全局描述缺乏空间位置信息及局部描述面临图像分割的问题,提出了一种基于全局颜色特征和局部Gabor小波纹理特征的图像检索方法.在整幅图上提取MPEG-7主颜色描述算子作为全局描述.将图像划分为5个有重叠的子区域,提取Gabor纹理特征与颜色矩构成局部描述,提出了改进的豪斯多夫距离并将其应用在局部描述的整体匹配中,克服了因图像的平移、旋转而造成检索率低的问题.融合全局相似度和局部相似度获得最终相似度.基于Corel数据库的实验结果表明了该方法的有效性.     

(Sm2O3)0.04(Gd2O3)0.06掺杂CeO2纳米粉体的制备与表征

以Sm2O3、Gd2O3与Ce2(CO3)3·nH2O为原料,采用改进的沉淀法制备了二元稀土(Sm2O3)0.04 (Gd2O3)0.06掺杂CeO2纳米粉体.测定了pH值对0.80Ce(OH)4·0.08Sm(OH)3·0.12Gd(OH)3水溶胶体系Zeta电位的影响.pH值约为7.0时,体系的Zeta电位为0,即体系的等电点(IEP)为7.0.pH值为10.0时,Zeta电位达到最大值-18.5mV,说明此时该体系的稳定性最好.DTA/TG热分析表明,0.80Ce(OH)4·0.08Sm(OH)3·0.12Gd(OH)3粉体的热分解温度约为232℃.由粉末XRD分析可知,经750℃焙烧的二元稀土掺杂CeO2粉末为立方萤石结构,说明Sm2O3与Gd2O3已完全固溶到CeO2中,形成了CeO2基固溶体.由TEM照片可以看出,粉末具有良好的分散性,呈软团聚状态,粒径在5nm～10nm之间.经BET测试计算的平均颗粒尺寸为11nm,与TEM结果是一致的.

分析了铜合金挤压材常见缺陷（裂纹、气泡、过热、划伤、扭拧、缩尾、偏心、尺寸超差等）的产生原因，提出了相应的预防措施。生产实践表明，采取这些措施后，有效地改善了产品质量，取得了良好经济效益。     

藤子沟电站人工砂岩骨料加工成本分析与过程控制方法

通过提出重庆藤子沟电站工程骨料加工系统实际运行成本测算结果和砂岩骨料加工的成本过程控制观点,力图为水电施工企业的类似工程投标报价提供预算组价依据以及为类似工程的顺利实施提供参考意见.     

表面活性剂废水处理装置运行实践

就某化工企业表面活性剂废水处理装置原工艺运行中存在的问题分析,在充分利用企业原有处理设施基础上,对原处理工艺进行改造,提出兼氧水解酸化-接触氧化的处理新工艺,并新建A/O池,出水COD可达《江苏省化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB32/936-2006)一级标准。
