用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对截面尺寸为1 360mm×715mm的大型预硬化718塑料模具钢块不同区域的显微组织进行了分析,用原子力显微镜对不同显微组织的表面形貌进行了观察,分析了珠光体/回火贝氏体混合组织区域的抛光去除机制。结果表明:模具钢边部为均匀的回火索氏体组织,边部和心部的中间部位存在带状偏析,组织为回火贝氏体、珠光体以及偏析处形成的索氏体+粒状碳化物,心部为珠光体组织;回火索氏体组织细小,回火碳化物分布均匀,具有良好的抛光性能;回火贝氏体组织由于具有粗大的贝氏体铁素体板条和粗大的不均匀分布的颗粒状碳化物,其抛光性能较差;珠光体以及偏析处形成的异常组织的抛光性能也较差,可观察到橘皮形貌;具有不同组织的表面,其组织间的屈服强度相差越大,则表面抛光性能越差。 相似文献

对Monel K-500合金对试样进行了时效处理,让其析出大量碳化物。使用Gleeble-3800热模拟机对Monel K-500合金试样进行了高温压缩试验,研究了该合金在变形温度850~1150℃,应变速率0.01~10 s~(-1)时的流动应力行为。建立了该合金的热压缩本构方程。根据试验数据建立了真应变0.8的热加工图。使用光学显微镜进行了组织分析,确定了合金压缩变形的加工"安全区"和"失稳区"。结果表明:在变形温度850℃、应变速率0.1 s~(-1)时合金开始动态再结晶;合金的热变形激活能为375.32611 k J/mol。合理的热加工参数是:应变速率0.1~0.5 s~(-1)、变形温度1000~1150℃。此时耗散功率在40%左右,再结晶充分,组织细小、均匀。 相似文献

利用扫描电镜、冲击试验机和拉伸试验机等研究了630℃长时时效对G112钢组织和力学性能的影响;并用X射线衍射仪及扫描电镜的背散射电子系统分析了经不同时间时效后G112钢中的析出相及其含量。结果表明:630℃时效态试验钢中存在Laves相、M23C6相和M(C,N)相;随着时效时间的延长,各析出相含量不断增多,其中Laves相的析出速度和析出量都比M23C6相高,平均尺寸比M23C6相小,对强化的作用较大;630℃时效3 000h后G112钢的高温强度下降了约12.0%,室温冲击功下降了约52.2%;G112钢力学性能的变化是马氏体板条回复和析出相强化共同作用的结果。 相似文献

This paper reports the dark conductivity and photoconductivity of amorphous Hg_(0.78)Cd_(0.22)Te thin films deposited on an Al_2O_3 substrate by RF magnetron sputtering.It is determined that dark conduction activation energy is 0.417 eV for the as-grown sample.Thermal quenching is absent for the as-grown sample during the testing temperature zone,but the reverse is true for the polycrystalline sample.Photosensitivity shows the maximum at 240 K for amorphous thin films,while it is higher for the as-grown ... 相似文献

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films (a-C:H) were implanted by 140 keV and 110 keV Ar ion beams. The resistivities of the implanted films decreased dramatically under a dose of 2×1016 Ar/cm2 . IR spectra and optical gap Eopt were measured. It was found that the sp2 and sp3 components decreased due to the loss of hydrogen during implantation, and the ratio of components sp bonds to sp bonds increased with the ion dose. And the optical gap Eopt decreased from 1.46 eV to 0.83 eV. The hydrogen (bonded and unbonded) contents in the films were measured with the nuclear resonant reaction 1H(19 F, x 7) 16O. It is shown that hydrogen plays an important role in affecting some properties of DLC fims. 相似文献
