为了改善感湿性能很差的BaTiO3陶瓷的湿敏特性,通过PbTiO3与BaTiO3复合,制备了表面为无规则网络状结构、内部具有丰富孔洞通道的(Ba,Pb)TiO3陶瓷,在30℃~70℃的温度范围内、RH=12RH%~93RH%之间5个检测点上测试了该材料的阻-湿特性.依照Anderson无序方法分析了陶瓷晶粒的半导化机理,并从表面吸附及能带理论的观点分析了(Ba,Pb)TiO3陶瓷的湿敏特性.理论上指出施主掺杂(Ba,Pb)TiO3陶瓷晶粒的半导化主要是由于晶格B位处于Ti4+和Nbs+的成分无序状态所致;指出(Ba,Pb)TiO3陶瓷属于复杂性系统,其相对湿敏特性由晶粒半导化、表面吸附、晶界势垒等多个因素决定.结果表明其电阻值在12RH%~93RH%的相对湿度范围内变化3个数量级,且湿敏特性曲线在单对数坐标中接近线性. 相似文献

When an electromagnetic (EM) wave propagates in an atmospheric pressure plasma (APP) layer, its attenuation depends on the APP parameters such as the layer width, the electron density and its profile and collision frequency between electrons and neutrals. This paper proposes that a combined parameter -the product of the line average electron density n and width d of the APP layer (i.e., the total number of electrons in a unit volume along the wave propagation path) can play a more explicit and decisive role in the wave attenuation than any of the above individual parameters does. The attenuation of the EM wave via the product of n and d with various collision frequencies between electrons and neutrals is presented. 相似文献

The plasma parameters of planar-type surface-wave plasmas (SWPs) are diagnosed based on the resonant excitation of surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs).The plasma parameter distributions are obtained by changing the discharge conditions of gas pressure and incident power.The measured experimental results show that the plasma near the heating layer is excited by surface waves of SPPs while the plasma located downstream originates from diffusion Moreover,the influence of high-frequency oscillations plays a significant role in producing the proposed SWPs with bi-Maxwellian electron energy distributions. 相似文献
