本文研究了采用化学处理剂改善南海高含蜡原油的低温流动性,结果表明,添加150ppm EVA复合化学处理剂,原油低温流动性得到明显改善,凝固点由32℃降至11.5℃,表观粘度降低86.9%,1;℃时屈服值降低98%。同时考察了添加温度,冷却速度以及化学处理剂的化学组成和结构对改善原油低温流动性的影响。根据南海高含蜡原油中蜡的组成和正构烷烃的碳数分布及其对不同结构的EVA的感受性,讨论了化学处理剂改善原油低温流动性的机理,指出,EVA中乙烯链长与原油中正构烷烃链长相近时才能形成共晶,起到改变原油中蜡的结晶形态的作用,达到降凝减粘效果。  相似文献

In a 2×2 factorial arrangement, miniature pigs were fed four diets containing vegetable protein/fat (soybean) and animal protein (egg white)/fat (beef tallow) to demonstrate the effects of protein and fat source on total plasma cholesterol, lipoprotein distribution, low density lipoprotein (LDL) composition, and plasma clearance of LDL-cholesterol and protein. Beef tallow consumption resulted in greater plasma cholesterol concentration, decreased LDL-cholesterol concentration, and a lower LDL-cholesterol to LDL-protein ratio than did consumption of soybean oil. High density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol concentration was increased by beef tallow consumption. Cholesterol percentage by weight in LDL was significantly greater in pigs consuming soybean oil than those consuming beef tallow. Percentages by weight of protein, triglyceride and phospholipid in LDL were not significantly different in any group. Dietary protein source had no significant effect on total plasma cholesterol concentration, lipoprotein concentration or LDL composition. Egg white consumption decreased fractional catabolic rate and irreversible loss of LDL-cholesterol and LDL-protein when compared with consumption of soy protein. Dietary fat source had no consistent effect on LDL clearance from plasma. Dietary fat and protein seemed to influence lipoprotein metabolism by different mechanisms. Fat source altered lipoprotein concentration and LDL composition, whereas protein source affected the removal rate of LDL from plasma. Poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(butadiene-co-acrylonitrile)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-b-PBN-b–PEO) triblock copolymers with three different compositions were synthesized from poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ethers and carboxylic acid-terminated poly(butadiene-co-acrylonitrile) (CTBN) by ester coupling reaction at room temperature. The PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO was incorporated into anhydride cured epoxy thermosets to improve the fracture toughness by the formation of either nano-sized spherical micelles or micron-sized vesicles. The polymer chemical structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, and gel permeation chromatography. The morphology of PEO-b-PBN-b–PEO within the epoxy thermosets was investigated using a transmission electron microscope, an atomic force microscope, and a scanning electron microscope. Also, we conducted impact testing and plane-strain fracture toughness testing to evaluate the fracture toughness in terms of the impact strength and the critical stress intensity factors (KIC) for the modified epoxy thermosets. The results revealed that all the PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO triblock copolymers are more effective in the toughening of epoxy thermoset compare to CTBN. We found that the 5 wt% PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO modified epoxy thermoset containing micron-sized vesicles exhibited the highest KIC, which was 3.23 times as high as the KIC of pristine epoxy thermoset. Besides, the glass transition temperature remained and the tensile modulus did not reduce remarkably when the amount of PEO-b-PBN-b-PEO added into epoxy was 5 wt%.  相似文献

A continuing trend of miniaturized and flexible electronics/optoelectronic calls for novel device architectures made by compatible fabrication techniques. However, traditional layer‐to‐layer structures cannot satisfy such a need. Herein, a novel monolithic optoelectronic device fabricated by a mask‐free laser direct writing method is demonstrated in which in situ laser induced graphene‐like materials are employed as lateral electrodes for flexible ZnS/SnO2 ultraviolet photodetectors. Specifically, a ZnS/SnO2 thin film comprised of heterogeneous ZnS/SnO2 nanoparticles is first coated on polyimide (PI) sheets by a solution process. Then, CO2 laser irradiation ablates designed areas of the ZnS/SnO2 thin film and converts the underneath PI into highly conductive graphene as the lateral electrodes for the monolithic photodetectors. This in situ growth method provides good interfaces between the graphene electrodes and the semiconducting ZnS/SnO2 resulting in high optoelectronic performance. The lateral electrode structure reduces total thickness of the devices, thus minimizing the strain and improving flexibility of the photodetectors. The demonstrated lithography‐free monolithic fabrication is a simple and cost‐effective method, showing a great potential for developement into roll‐to‐roll manufacturing of flexible electronics.  相似文献

This work presents large-scale dye-sensitized solar cells and methods for their manufacture. A dye-sensitized solar cell device contains a photosensitive dye adsorbed on a large surface of the anode, and a transparent conductive cathode disposed opposite the anode, wherein platinum nano-catalytic particles adhere to its surface, and an electrolytic solution is sealed between the anode and the transparent conductive cathode. A titania nanotube film was fabricated by thermo-spraying titanium film on 304 stainless-steel substrate. The photo-current conversion efficiency was tested under an AM 1.5 solar simulator. The dye-sensitized solar cell device has a short current density of 8.22 mA cm–2, open voltage of 0.71 V, fill factor of 0.59, and conversion efficiency of 3.4%. The internal impedance of the dye-sensitized solar cell was detected and simulated using an electrical impedance spectra technique with inductance, resistance, and capacitance characteristics. The stainless-steel/titania, titania/electrolyte, electrolyte, and electrolyte/(platinum/indium tin oxide) interfaces were simulated using an resistor–capacitor parallel circuit, and bulk materials such as stainless steel, tin doped indium oxide, and conducting wire were simulated by using a series of resistors and inductance.  相似文献

Straightforward image resizing operators without considering image contents (e.g., uniform scaling) cannot usually produce satisfactory results, while content-aware image retargeting aims to arbitrarily change image size while preserving visually prominent features. In this paper, a cluster-based saliency-guided seam carving algorithm for content-aware image retargeting is proposed. To cope with the main drawback of the original seam carving algorithm relying on only gradient-based image importance map, we integrate a gradient-based map and a cluster-based saliency map to generate a more reliable importance map, resulting in better single image retargeting results. Experimental results have demonstrated the efficacy of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

For studied blends of amorphous glycol-modified poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PETG) and semicrystalline polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), melt miscibility is understood from the linear variation of a single glass transition temperature (Tg) over the entire composition range. The diluent effect of PETG component severely retarded the crystallization of PEN component within blends. Nevertheless, after being through isothermal stretching at 120 °C, crystallization was able to progress efficiently during heating in a continuous manner. Instead of being thermally relaxed back to amorphous state, parallel sliding motions of stretched PEN segments toward crystallization appear rather dominant. Within stretched blends, the PETG content emerged as a critical factor to the crystallinity increase of PEN fraction and the absence of lattice defect, instead of behaving as a diluent component. Furthermore, as being indicated by in-situ small-angle X-ray experiments, regular lamellar stacking gradually developed within stretched blends through heating, which indicates the involvement of thermally activated self-association of randomly distributed crystalline lamellae. With including a higher fraction of PETG component, these secondary ordering processes including lamellar thickening can be activated at lower temperature. Hence, the accompanied thermal relaxation of flexible PETG segment is inferred able to lubricate the sliding of stretched PEN segments in amorphous regions via lowering encountered frictional hindrance, and thus enhance both primary and secondary ordering processes within stretched blends.  相似文献

The newly proposed Z-Source inverter has been proven in the literature to exhibit both steady-state voltage buck and boost capabilities using a unique LC impedance network coupled between the power source and converter circuit. This paper now presents transient modeling and analysis of a voltage-type Z-source inverter. These aspects are found to be challenging and they need to be carefully investigated before attempting to design advanced control algorithms for controlling the Z-source inverter. Through detailed analysis, the paper identifies several phenomena on the dc and ac-sides of the inverter, which would result in the inverter having a non-minimum-phase transient response. The dc-side phenomenon is associated with the Z-source impedance network, which is shown through small-signal and signal-flow-graph analyses to be having a right-half-plane zero in its control-to-output transfer function. Also, the ac-side phenomenon is shown through space vector analysis to depend on the time intervals of inverter states used for reconstructing the desired inverter output voltage. Based on the ac vectorial analysis, a method for improving the inverter transient response is also presented. Last, simulation results obtained using a switching-functional model and experimental results obtained using a laboratory prototype are presented for validating the described theoretical concepts  相似文献
