Solubility of NiO in Al2O3 was determined by electron probe microanalysisy A diffusion couple method was used by coupling an NiO-doped Al2O3 polycrystal to a pure single crystal of Al2O3. The solubility of NiO in Al2O3 in air was 230 wt ppm (157 at. ppm of cations) and 170 wt ppm (116 at. ppm) at 2073 and 1973 K, respectively. The solubility of NiO in Al2O3 obtained in this work was compared with our previous work of the solubility of MgO in Al2o3.  相似文献

Microstructural development of thin-film barium strontium titanate (Ba x Sr1– x TiO3) as a function of strontium concentration and thermal treatment were studied, using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). Thin films, ∼250 nm thick, were spin-coated onto Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates, using methoxypropoxide alkoxide precursors, and crystallized by heat-treating at 700°C. All films had the cubic perovskite structure, and their lattice parameters varied linearly with strontium content. Films with higher strontium concentrations had a larger average grain size. In situ TEM heating experiments, combined with differential thermal analysis/thermogravimetric analysis results, suggest that the gel films crystallize as an intermediate carbonate phase, Ba x Sr1– x TiO2CO3 (with a solid solution range from x = 1 to x = 0). Before decomposition at 600°C, this carbonate phase inhibits the formation of the desired perovskite phase.  相似文献

Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assays targeting the rpoD and toxR genes were developed to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus. All 78 tested V. parahaemolyticus strains yielded positive results within 40 min, while negative results were obtained for 69 strains of other organisms even at 60 min. For V. parahaemolyticus ATCC 17802 in pure culture, the detection limits of LAMP assays targeting rpoD and toxR were 3.7 and 450 CFU per test, respectively. Due to the higher sensitivity of rpoD-LAMP, it was further evaluated for the ability to detect V. parahaemolyticus in seafood samples. V. parahaemolyticus populations spiked in short-necked clams were enumerated by the most-probable-number (MPN) method combined with the rpoD-LAMP assay and the MPN method with a culture method using agar medium. The MPN-rpoD-LAMP method had better sensitivity and was more rapid than the conventional method. These results indicate that the MPN-LAMP assay targeting the rpoD gene is a specific, sensitive, and rapid method to enumerate V. parahaemolyticus organisms.  相似文献

Barium titanate (BaTiO3) thin films that were derived from methoxypropoxide precursors were deposited onto (100) Si, Pt/Ti/SiO2/(100) Si, and molecular-beam-epitaxy-grown (MBE-grown) (100) BaTiO3 on (100) Si substrates by spin coating. The crystallization behavior of the amorphous-gel films was characterized using in-situ transmission electron microscopy heating experiments, glancing-angle X-ray diffraction, and differential thermal analysis/thermogravimetric analysis. Amorphous-gel films crystallized at a temperature of ∼600°C to an intermediate nanoscale (5–10 nm) barium titanium carbonate phase, presumably BaTiO2CO3, that subsequently transformed to nanocrystalline (20–60 nm) BaTiO3. Random nucleation in the bulk of the gel film was observed on all substrates. In addition, oriented growth of BaTiO3 was concurrently observed on MBE-grown BaTiO3 on (100) Si. High-temperature decomposition of the intermediate carbonate phase contributed to nanometer-scale residual porosity in the films. High concentrations of water of hydrolysis inhibited the formation of the intermediate carbonate phase; however, these sols precipitated and were not suitable for spin coating.  相似文献

Oxidation behaviors of modified SUS316 (PNC316) and SUS316 stainless steels were investigated under the low oxygen partial pressure of 10−31−10−22 atm at 600-800 °C. Oxygen uptake by these materials parabolically increased with time, and the kinetic rate constants depended on both oxygen partial pressure and temperature. Thus, semi-empirical equations of the parabolic rate constants were obtained to be 2.70×104exp(−109/RT)PO20.279 for PNC316 and 9.23×104exp(−98/RT)PO20.313 for SUS316. For the duplex layer formed under the low oxygen partial pressure, the inner layer consisted of such oxides as Cr2O3 and FeCr2O4, while the outer layer consisted of non-oxidized α-Fe. Furthermore, oxidation along the grain boundaries was observed for samples oxidized for a long time. From the point of view of fuel cladding chemical interaction evaluation at high burn-up fuel for fast reactors, it is interesting that formation of non-oxidized α-Fe was observed under the low oxygen partial pressure.  相似文献
