Two n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA)‐rich diets differing in their chemical and physical forms were given to rats during 2 wk. Liposomes [phospholipids (PL) organized in bilayer structures] made from a natural marine lipid extract or a mixture of fats containing fish oil [similar fatty acids esterified in triacylglycerols (TAG)] were used. The influence of n‐3 PUFA dietary sources on plasma parameters, i.e. TAG, cholesterol and PL concentrations, was investigated. A similar hypotriglyceridemic effect of n‐3 PUFA from liposomes or fish oil was observed. In contrast, feeding rats with liposomes led to different PL and cholesterol patterns. In the plasma of rats fed liposomes, total cholesterol amounts were positively correlated with PL levels. Liposome and fish oil feedings caused a marked increase in the amounts of n‐3 PUFA, which occurred mainly at the expense of n‐6 PUFA. However, the enrichment in n‐3 PUFA in the different plasma lipid classes differed substantially when ingested in the form of fish oil or liposomes. These results were interpreted in terms of different lipid bioavailability and metabolic fate during the digestive steps and in the liver, with the dietary source.  相似文献

Systems-on-chip (SoCs) and SoC architectures provide a collection of challenging problems related to specification, modelling techniques, security issues and structuring questions. We describe a design methodology integrating the event B method and characterized by the incremental and proof-controlled construction of SoC models. The essence of the methodology is the refinement of models, starting from system requirements and producing event B models for characterizing the system under development. The refinement is a unifying concept that ensures the consistency of the different models produced and our contribution is an illustration through a case study, namely a system for measuring the parameters of audio/video quality in the digital video broadcasting (DVB) set of digital TV standards. The first part is the derivation of an architecture of parameters from the document ETSI TR 101 290 and the validation of the architecture using invariants of B models. The second part is the proposal of B models of the SystemC scheduler and an instantiation of these abstract models of the simulation semantics by parameters of the SystemC codes automatically translated from the B models of the DVB system. Finally, the third part relies upon a proof-based methodology for deriving an operational semantics of a given system that is expressed by an event B model including invariant properties.  相似文献

Co-doped ZnO-based ceramics using Al, Ti, and Mg ions in different ratios were synthesized with the objective to investigate the doping effects on the crystalline features, microstructure and the electrical behavior. For Al and Ti doping, a coexistence of crystalline phases was shown with a major wurtzite ZnO structure and secondary spinel phases (ZnAl2O4, Zn2TiO4, or ZnaTibAlcOd), while Mg doping did not alter significantly the structural features of the wurtzite ZnO phase. The electrical behavior induced by Al, Ti, and Mg co-doping in different ratios was investigated using Raman, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and 27Al and 67Zn solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Al doping induces a high electrical conductivity compared to other doping elements. In particular, shallow donors from Zni-AlZn defect structures are inferred from the characteristic NMR signal at about 185 ppm; that is, quite far from the usual oxygen coordinated Al. The Knight shift effect emanating from a highly conducting Al-doped ZnO ceramics was considered as the origin of this observation. Oppositely, as Ti doping leads to the formation of secondary spinel phases, EPR analysis shows a high concentration of Ti3+ ions which limit the electrical conductivity. The correlation between the structural features at the local order, the involved defects and the electrical behavior as function of the doping process are discussed.  相似文献

This work aims to study the thermal behavior of basic-geopolymers derived from metakaolin (clay). The geopolymers were characterized by different techniques: thermal analysis (DTA, TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and impedance spectroscopy. Some physicochemical properties of the products were also determined: the phases obtained after geopolymer heat treatment and their electrical properties. The results obtained after drying and heat treatment showed that the products kept their initial shapes, but revealed variable colors depending on the temperatures at which they were treated. The products obtained are amorphous between 300 up to 600 °C with peaks relating to the presence of nanocrystallites of muscovites and zeolite, thus at 900 °C it is quite amorphous but only contains nanocrystallites of muscovites. From the temperature of 950 °C, we notice that the geopolymer has been transformed into a crystalline compound predominated by the Nepheline (NaAlSiO4) with the presence of a crystalline phase by minor peaks of Muscovite, this crystalline character has been increased at 1100 °C to obtain a whole phase crystalline of a Nepheline. The treatment of this geopolymer for one hour at 1200 °C shows an amorphous phase again corresponding to corundum (α-Al2O3). This indicates that the dissolution of the grains by the liquid phase induces the conversion of the material structure from sialate [–Si–O–Al–O] to sialate siloxo [–Si–O–Al–O–Si–O–] and the formation of a new crystalline phase (α-Al2O3). This development of sialate to sialate-siloxo was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. As mentioned above, from 300 to 900 °C, Na-sialate geopolymer exhibits the same disorder structure of nepheline. The crystal structure of nepheline is characterized by layers of six-membered tetrahedral rings of exclusively oval conformation. The rings are built by Regularly alternating tetrahedral AlO4 and SiO4. Stacking the layer’s parallel to the c axis gives a three-dimensional network containing channels occupied by Na cations. This topology favors easy movement of Na+ ions throughout the structure. For this reason, ionic migration in nepheline is widely reported. The refinement of Na-Sialate geopolymer at room temperature gives bulk high ionic conductivity of about 5 × 10?5 S cm?1 and this is due to the probable joint contribution of H+ and Na+ ions. Above 200 °C, Na+ seems to remain the only charge carrier with a low activation energy of about Ea?=?0.26 eV. At higher temperatures, the characteristic frequencies become so close that it is impossible to distinguish the contributions. A total resistance comprising both grain and grain boundaries contribution is then determined.

OVERVIEW: Supercritical water is a great medium in which to perform chemical reactions and to develop processes. Due to its unique thermo‐physico‐chemical properties, supercritical water is able to play the role of solvent of organic compounds and/or to react with them. These specific properties have been used since the 1990s to develop new technologies dedicated to the environment and energy. IMPACT: Supercritical water based technologies are innovative and efficient processes having a strong impact on society, the environment and the economy, and is termed a sustainable technology. APPLICATIONS: Three main applications for supercritical water technology are under development: (i) supercritical water oxidation (SCWO); (ii) supercritical water biomass gasification (SCBG); and (iii) hydrolysis of polymers in supercritical water (HPSCW) for composites/plastics recycling. In this paper some fundamentals of supercritical water are first presented to introduce the above three major developments. Then these technologies are reviewed in terms of their present and future industrial development and their impact on the environment and on energy production. In addition to hydrogen bonding and Coulombic forces, charge transfer interactions stabilise the 1:1 adducts formed between [Pt(bipy)(NH3)2] 2+ and a series of dibenzo-3n-crown-n (n = 6–12) ethers as evidenced by 1H NMR and UV-visible spectra in solution and by X-ray crystal structures (for n = 8 and 10) in the solid state. Mutual diamagnetic (ring current) shielding by the aromatic systems of host and guest results in dramatic upfield shifts of certain aromatic proton resonances on adduct formation, especially when n = 10 or 11. A broad charge-transfer absorption band at 350 nm attains its maximum intensity at n = 11 though stability constant measurements indicate optimum binding when n = 10. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that, when n = 8, only one of the crown ether benzo-rings interacts with the bipyridyl ligand in a charge-transfer sense. However, when n = 10, the macrocycle is sufficiently large and flexible to allow both benzo-rings to enter into stabilising interactions with the bipyridyl ligand such that the platinum complex is encapsulated by the host in a U-shaped cavity.  相似文献

Several inositol sphingophospholipids (ISPL) were isolated from mycelia of Phytophthora parasitica Dastur, a phytopathogenic fungus of carnation. The ISPL structures were determined by fast atom bombardment. All ISPL consisted of ceramides linked to inositol phosphate. We investigated the effect of growth conditions on the ISPL produced in four different media that are commonly used for fungal cultures. We showed that P. parasitica Dastur synthesized four major classes of compounds with molecular weights of Mr=751, 807, 835, and 849 containing the 16:1 base and the 16:0 or 20:0 or 22:0 or 22h:1 N-acyl group. Despite the frequency of traumatic injuries due to road accidents and potential importance of identifying children at risk of impaired recovery one year after a road accident, there is a lack of data on long-term recovery of health status, except in children with severe traumatic brain injury. The aim of the present study was to evaluate predictive factors of recovery in children one year after road traffic injuries. The prospective cohort study was composed of children aged <16 years, admitted to public or private sector hospitals in the Rhône administrative area of France following a road accident. Recovery of health status one year after the accident and information concerning quality of life and the consequences of the accident for the child or family 1 year after the accident were collected by questionnaire, usually completed by the parents. Victims were in majority male (64.6%) and had mild or moderate injuries (81.9% with Maximum Abbreviated Injury Scale (M-AIS) <3). One year after the accident, 75.0% of the mild-to-moderate and 34.8% of the severe cases estimated health status as fully recovered. After adjustment, severity score (M-AIS ≥ 3) and lower limb injury (AIS > 1) were associated with incomplete recovery of health status: weighted odds ratio (ORw), 4.3 [95% confidence interval (95% CI), 1.3–14.6] and ORw, 6.5 [95% CI, 1.9–21.7], respectively. Recovery status correlated significantly with quality of life physical scores (r = 0.46), especially body pain (r = 0.48) and role/social–physical (r = 0.50) and, to a lesser extent, quality of life psychosocial scores (r = 0.21). In a cohort of children injured in a road accident, those with high injury severity score and those with lower limb injuries are less likely to recover full health status by 1 year. Impaired health status was associated with a lower physical quality of life score at 1 year.  相似文献
