提高自动缫生丝质量的重要途径

生丝的品质指标众多,其中纤度偏差和匀度是生丝主要的内在质量。目前我国自动缫生丝根据均匀二度变化定级的占相当比例,缫制高品位生丝仍要依靠立缫车。欲在自动缫上缫制高品位生丝,最主要的是要在纤度偏差和匀度方面取得较大进展。本文从理论分析着手,重点介绍一年多来通过缩短失添时间来提高纤度和匀度成绩的试验情况,并提出提高自动缫生丝质量的具体措施。
